Jesse was ecxellent from his greeting when I entered the store, his inquiryif I needed some help to completing the sale. Friendly, yet professional. My deck stain was discontinued, but he found a similar one, gyrated the can and compared the stain with the one I brought in. Great customer service and it was 25% discount on sale!

I went to Sherman-williams this spring hoping to match some 35 year old latex paint. The young man that helped me was very nice and very helpful. It was a real pleasant experience. I sure recommend Sherman-Williams in Butte.

I have two cans of paint, two different bases and two sheens on my walls. I was hoping to have this remedied so that I can finish my project over the weekend. Instead, I had an unpleasant experience with an associate who denied photos that clearly show there is a problem with my paint. Unfortunate experience. Unhappy customer. I wish I could upload pictures as it’s very obvious something is not right.

Sherwin is a great place for all your Drywall and painting needs. If I had it my way if they carried texture mud and more drywall tools Id give them 5 stars. Customer service is awesome. Free coffee, and a area to find local construction workers business cards.

The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Sherwin-Williams frequently offers paint sales. The last time I was in the staff informed me that I could buy the paint during the sale and have it tinted at a later time for no additional charge.

The gentleman working yesterday was very prompt, helpful and knowledgable. I dont particularly like going to the paint store but this was painless and easy and the product worked as promised.
