Just purchased a GE stove from Eli at the ABC store in Cadillac. What at pleasure it was. Eli delivers the old time service that I thought was gone. He is patient, knowledgeable and communicative. We will be back.

I will never go here ever again I went in bought a washer and dryer in July the 1st week in August it stopped working called abc warehouse they basically said I have to call GE so I did my dryer still isnt fixed they ordered the wrong part and there service center is horrible they dont know wut there doing

Got what we were looking for but the salesman acted like he was pod that his sale was so small. He had a HUGE attitude. And when we asked him questions he said he couldnt help us. And he asked someone else if they knew anything about it she said no too. Went to Walmart. I hate Walmart.

They sell refurbished junk my ac never worked and refused to fix it I was under the impression is was brand new in the box they never discussed it being refurbished nor a sign just a small print on the bottom of the box.

Our LG Microwave we purchased September 29th randomly stopped heating yesterday. Called LG and they said it would be a long turn-around to either get it repaired or get a refund.Given that I have had such a good experience at ABC Warehouse, I decided to give them a call. The lady I spoke with said they only had a display model, but It was just placed out there, in perfect condition so if I was ok with swapping for that one bring mine in. Took 5 minutes, no red tape and I walked out with a working microwave, which is vital due to us nursing newborn puppies and needing to heat formula almost every hour. 10/10 would recommend!

I went all over Cadaillac looking for subwoofers and these guys were the only ones in town who had them! Not only that but they also had awesome brands (I bought two Rockfords) at fair prices!!!! Everywhere else has limited brands and high prices!Also a shoutout to Darren for helping me get what I needed and hooking me up with my veterans discount! You guys ROCK!!!!

Very friendly and knowledgable employees. This is the only place I go to get appliances. They have a large variety at great prices. There are financing options available. There appliances are really good quality. If something gets messed up or broken they are always very helpful.

My sister bought an auto start for her van. And then I bought the van from her it kept draining our battery. So my husband took it in to have it removed. They told him because he was the last appointment they were only going to cut the wires from the computer but still charge us full price. I said, I dont think so. I told him to let them know seeing that you are not doing the whole job I am not paying full price. I had to replace the battery twice. I know now not to get stuff done here.

Its ok but do not have lots of faith in thier knowledge of products.

The Manager Darren is very knowledgeable and gives good advice on what appliances will be best for your needs and/or budget. I never feel pressured when shopping at ABC Warehouse in Cadillac. I highly recommend this location.

Save time, money and frustration - shop elsewhere. ABC does not stand behind the defective merchandise they sell. I purchased a 50 inch Vizio Smart TV. The TV had defective speakers (muffled and static sound making speech unintelligible). ABC refused to replace or refund. The manager, Mr. Elli Peck, was smug and pompous. He stated that it was the store policy not to accept returns of defective Vizio products. He admitted that this policy was not stated in their written materials. He stated the salesperson should have told me - she DID NOT. If she had, I would not have purchased. BEWARE - SHADY BUSINESS!!!

Car Audio has major malfunctions. Trina, the manager of car audio, scheduled me for 4pm to have speakers installed in my vehicle, and stated it would be a quick job. When I got there, they were running behind, which was fine. They then had double booked me with other installs, even though they borrow 1 tech from Traverse City to do installs. Long story short I was there for FOUR HOURS for a quick job and the manager mostly kept walking by and avoiding us. I was the first one scheduled, and the first one there, the others should have been asked to wait. When we were leaving she finally said a quick sorry about the wait. Hey at least the janitor offered us a beverage and a snack. Will never again suffer through that experience!!

Jeremy is phenomenal. He took great care of us and was so very patient. He even walked us through set up and old people tech issues lol (my words, not his).

But a new refrigerator from salesman Keith Ronk. He went above and beyond any expectations. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I didnt feel pressured at all and was more than happy to buy from him. I will definitely be back in a few months to purchase from him again.

Paul was a great sales person. He really listened to what we had to say and made sure that we left the store happy. But the plus side was he even asked if my son could have a popsicle before even telling him. I will come back to this store and work with Paul.

I would give 5 stars if it was a little more classier, but it is a warehouse. The staff is super friendly even the delivery guys were very nice even on the phone. (Doesnt happen too often in Michigan). Go see Paul he is one of the most helpful and honest salesman Ive ever met. (Salesman and honest never have gone together​ in my book). I would go back again and for sure from Paul. Ordered our mattress Friday, got here Monday at 9:30am!

Came here to purchase a radio and have it installed. Everyone was very nice and understanding. And while waiting they allowed me to sit down on a sofa and they even put in a movie on a tv while I wait for install to be complete. Very happy with service.

We have purchased a large TV and a dishwasher here using the tempo lease to own program. The products have worked perfect and the program was easy to sign up for. The salesmen we worked with were knowledgeable and helpful...and everyone was nice to my kids, who were running laps around the store. We will be back!

I called ABC to check on availability of a television and Jeremy Blackmun was very helpful! He was quick to let me know what was in stock, the differences between the models and the great price he could offer. Upon arriving at the store he showed me what I had inquired upon, as well as lesser models to show me all the options. I suggest others ask for Jeremy!!

The staff was friendly an professional however prices were a little high

I purchased an $700 television from here 4 months ago. We planned on buying one for no more than $400, but the sales lady showed us one and pushed and pushed. So we got it. She also convinced us to purchase a warranty protection plan. In her words “you have two young kids, accidents happen. It may get broken or something may spill on it. It’s nice to have that reassurance.” So we got it. Because that cushion is nice. Well my TWO year old son was trying to “fix” it and tapped it with a hammer. Absolutely no damage at all to the screen, just a large black area in the picture. Guess what isn’t covered by warranty? The exact thing she said would be. According to the warranty repair “nothing physically damaging is covered”. So I went to the store to see if there was anything they could do. They were able to refund the warranty price ($100 of the $800 spent). That was extremely nice, however I told the manager that their employees are telling lies to make bigger sales. I told him what his sales person told us to convince us to a) buy a much larger tv than intended and b) to purchase a warranty plan that doesn’t cover what she said it would. His response? “Sorry” and a walk away. I wont ever be purchasing another product from this store or company. The only thing important to them is making a sale.

Went to ABC Warehouse with my mom to help her find a new recliner/chair for her living room. The store associate that helped us was Ben Eckert. Ben was knowledgeable and friendly.
