Not very helpful gives out bad number to waste your time.... and then helps other customers that come in after you before you...Returned today and was helped promptly and feel like allot better about the store as I had always had great dealings in the past ima raise the stars up for getting my phone prob solved timely

Even with all the negative reviews, I gave them a shot..Well, I currently use Cricket Wireless 4 lines for $100 and havent had 1 issue yet. No buffering, havent ran into spots with no service (yet), I havent needed to use customer service, so there is that.. Verizon used to be top notch but for the price and all the other carriers coming out cheaper ... Why?

Danielle was wonderful! Had to get a new wifi from Asurion insurance (which neglected to send the activation number). She connected everything for us including the new Sim card number. Thank you so very much and thank you for your service in the military!

Oh, I wish I could talk to a higher up about this store. God awful customer service, absolutely rude reps in there except 2 of them. I would recommend people go to the next city to avoid these people. I was with the company for 8 years and I never want to set foot in there again. Awful customer service!

Being told I couldnt accompany my wife into the store because they were at capacity 6 employees & 2 customers CAPACITY? And not coming to get me when they said they would? Customer service? We spend thousands of dollars here every year, but that may have come to an end. Not a great job taking care of loyal customers. Send employees home and take care of your customers.

Cadillac Verizon store.....Great place to go! Very organized on there work ethics and very helpful couldn’t be more pleased with there staff and the way they interact with you. even if you have to wait they let you know when your up they help in anyway possible and I appreciate how nice they are to customers is amazing! Sales associate put wrong screen saver on phone. Took 5 months to get rebate promised and 4 long phone calls. Both phones didnt work! Still, 1 line doesnt work, even after replacing phones. Too many calls to customer support...sick of it! Sales person was shady!

Friendly atmosphere. They know what they are doing and very helpful. Takes about 40 mins to get service turned on and all your goodies. Dont forget to ask if you qualify for a discount!

Horrible customer service. They just send you to a department that doesnt answer their phone of they dont want to help you. I made an early payment, after scheduling a payment. Then when i went to cancel the scheduled payment, it would not let me cancel, so i thought it was already taken care of because it was not showing up in my scheduled payments. Boy was I wrong. The payment posted to my bank so I called verizon to see what I could do and they said it was not showing that payment in their system, but they would refund it when it did post. I recalled once it posted to my verizon account and no one knew what i was talking about. I spent the next 3 mornings on the phone trying to get this payment back. Now they are saying by the time it will be refunded, (10 business days) Ill be past due so they wont return it, then they turn around and say wait, this was taken out unfairly, well send you to another department with the capability to figure this out. And well get it expedited. It would have had they had canceled it when i first noticed they charged my bank. Every time i try to call and figure it out they just send me to another department where i sit listening to elevator music for 10 minutes and then the call drops. So, unless you want them to charge you for no reason, go to someone else, anyone else

I left them because they do not stand behind their products and will lie to you just to get a commission and they will do anything to get a sales. If they offer a free phone its not really free. Deceptive business practices. Buyer beware.

Had to switch since moving here. Our old phones didnt work here. Paid over a thousand dollars this month moving my oldest son to his own plan..and got a message saying they was going shut off my phone because I was 100 dollars behind. Give me a break..Friday is 2 days away...seriously looking at Wal-Mart. Feed back on that is welcomed. Just cant believe it....

My wife and I live in Houghton lake. We travel to the Cadillac Verizon store for all of our cell phone needs. Friendly, fast and exceptional service each time we visit.

My phone experienced a manufacturers error and I was told a new one would be overnighted to me. Turns out, the woman at this location did not select overnight shipping. Ive been on treacherous roads for four days without a means to call for help, if needed. Now my phone has been misplaced by USPS and no one has answers. Im really disappointed and displeased that Im paying a monthly fee to not have a phone. I pay on time every month and I pay too much to be expected to go this long without a phone in these kinds of conditions.

Everyone was super helpful. Lyndsey worked with me and she was AMAZING. Very patient, answered all my questions, and was very upfront about all pricing and fees.

Not much good to say, but the network is better than the rest by far. Wish the plans and customer service was better.

Only interested in looking, Ryan was very helpful, not pushing us to make a purchase. When we are ready for new phones, this is where we will go, and it will be to see Ryan.

The worst customer service ever! Make sure you check your coverage with corporate before you buy service. Do not believe the agents. Expect 20 hrs of your life wasted when you find out they lied to you to make a sale. When you find out they forgot to cancel your line, kiss your credit rating goodbye! They really dont like to help someone who no longer has an account with them.

This place is amazing!! Lyndsey helped me and went above and beyond the call of duty. Ive had numerous negative experiences with Verizon via phone, and the Manistee Location, but the service and knowledge of the friendly staff in Cadillac was incomparable. I wont waste my time going anywhere else from now on, and absolutely recommend this business to all of my friends and family. I even took a paystub in a few days later for the corporate discount and was helped very quickly with no hassle at all. Very good experience! A++

Incredibly pushy and will do anything, including lie, to get you to buy service. Sales representatives are clueless about what they are selling, I had to call corporate to fix the issues they caused. Simply pathetic.

Might be good if you are getting work done on your phone or paying your bill but they are not too sure how to add data to a mobile hotspot. Spent over an hour in there a few times when they were working on it.

Picked up Pixel 2 XL. They treated me well and switched to Droid from iPhone from 4 - 7S and its so much faster and customizable. IOS is going down hill
