Terrible service!! I will never go back

I went for my eye exam, purchased glasses and shades. I received both pair within 2 weeks. My eyeglasses were too to weak and I would go in there to let them know. They kept brushing me off. I ended up going to Vision Works for another eye exam, and sure enough prescription reading was way off. I will never go to JC Penny optical yes they are horrible 🤦🏾‍♀️

The medicine in my glasses works... but it isnt my prescription. Just called, no answer. The representive there wasnt helpful at all. When she gave me the glasses and I told her theywerent comfortable she didnt know what to recommend. So I told her Ill try them for a day. Its been 24hrs and Im going to have to take them back. Headache.

Werent friendly terrible service i dis not feel comfortable

They are NEVER available to answer the phone. I placed an order for contact lenses, they NEVER called to tell me they came in, I go to the store only to find that they had opened my contact box and gave a pair to another customer. They were supposed to replace my box and never did!!! So fed up with the horrible customer service!
