Me and my family have been coming here for 15 years. Even referred many people here. Joyce and Lisa are amazing to deal with friendly outgoing and go above and beyond very consistent and make us feel comfortable. However the new staff pushes designer frames because of our insurance. Felt more like a hustle than an eye doctor appointment very very disappointed in the service I recieved. Will only schedule when I know Joyce and Lisa are working.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the Calumet City location. I booked about a week ago online for and appointment at 12pm, and I received a text message that they will see me at 240 pm on the day of my appointment. When I called regarding the time discrepancy the woman on the phone checked then told me that they had to change my appointment because the time I chose wasnt actually available.. the problem i had with this is that they not only changed my appointment to a time that didnt work for me, they also did not have the decency to call to inform me of the change in advance to see if it even worked for me. When I informed the woman that it wasnt my fault that their system messed up and that the time THEY changed me to was not going to work, she just said well lets just cancel and reschedule🤔.. there was no willingness to accommodate me for THEIR mess up!!! Just wanted to move me to another day and time!! Not good business!! Needless to say I just canceled and hung up! Wont go there ever again and definitely wont be referring anyone to that location!! I went online and booked at the Lansing location and got in today! Better service.

Joyce went above and beyond to make sure my glasses were fitted properly and adjusted, since my grandson sat on them. she is a phenomenal asset to your company

I was very unhappy with my optometrist a friend of mine recommended this place. Let me tell you switching doctors was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The staff here is so friendly and helpful, the place is spotless and spacy, they have a nice selection of glasses to choose from, and the prices are reasonable. The doctor is one the best as well, she was able to tell me I had the wrong prescription of glasses and contacts and that I have astigmatism in my left eye something that my other eye doctor never told me about. I fully recommend this place to anyone!

Best place i have went so far for glasses. I got exactly what I wanted. They are experts, and answers all your questions.

Love this place ! The ladies in front are so sweet and helpful !! They literally break down everything for you especially if you are stuck between which frames to pick or even if you are on a budget. The doctor is also very nice and the place just looks great as a whole!

Was looking for an eye dr near my home and I googled places and my eye dr came up and I couldn’t be more happier with my decision. The doctor was amazing and she was such a people person and did a very thorough exam of my eyes and the front desk staff was the sweetest ladies I’ve met in a while. And to top it off my glasses are DOPE!!

I love this location, everyone working here has the best customer service and support!
