The employees at Jiffy Lube always take good care of me, they are helpful, upbeat and professional. I know my car is in great hands with them and they always look out for me and recommend what is best for my car which is why my car has gone over 300,000 miles and still going because the people and service at Jiffy Lube.

It was my daughters car that we brought in for an oil change. It was Sunday and they were one of the places actually open. We left the car there then came back for it after having brunch. They were efficient and did the job. They had specs for my daughters Lincoln and the price tag for the oil change was just under $90. supposedly because a specific grade and type of oil was recommended. I felt it was a bit pricey but they used that synthetic oil.and so on. If it were a week day I would have brought it to my regular place but she had to drive back to San Diego tonight so.....

First person in line at 800am it was one hour for a simple oil change. The one person in the shop worked on multiple cars at the same time so I had to wait while he worked on someone else’s car.

Eli was super respectful and professional, he had told me ahead of time that they were taking cash only since the computers were down, saving me and him both time and headaches. 15 minutes later my car has an oil change and car is running smoooothe thanks Eli

I stopped in on my lunch break. I asked if I could be back at work in an hour. I was a few minutes late but the staff was friendly and were able to take care of all my vehicles needs. Including the in cabin filter. Which once I saw the old one, it was a no brainer to replace it!

I just got this used toyota camry from my sister and so excited i did add some oil but i overfilled it by 2 quart and immediately went to the location w/c 1/2 mile where i lived. I was greeted very profession by the service advisor and immediately did resolve the problem. And to my surprised they never charged me for removing the excess oil, No one in this modern times that it can happen but, they treated me well.And im so greatful to all of them and shout out to Jiffy Lube, willbkeep coming back to have my car service to their location.Thank you all Gentlemen and more blessing coming your way.👍👍👍👍👍

I just bought a 2017 used car from a dealer a few months ago, I noticed the car was getting super loud so I took it in for an oil change. Turns out the car had way below the oil line, the oil was almost black and the air filter was clogged with leaves and hair and whatever else is out there. The dealership obviously did not service this car before selling it. Even though it past its 5 point inspection.....anyhoo these guys took care of everything. They were honest, showed me everything and I feel like I didnt get ripped off. Very professional. Because of covid, you just drive up and remain in your vehicle while they service it in thier bays. Would highly recommend the Camarillo Jiffy Lube.

First, this is a two lane Jiffy Lube. If youre from a bigger city and used to 3 and 4 lane one, just be aware. They do get pretty busy after work due to the two lanes but I went on a sunday mid morning and luckily it was pretty slow so the whole thing took about 20 min.Chris, who assisted me was great. If the owner is reading this, Chris is the type of employee you want. He was nice, quick, courteous without being pushy.Only deducted 1 star because I called after work about 2-3 times and each time the wait was over an hour. Not really their fault just something for other customers to keep in mind. Definitely call ahead and ask the estimated wait time.

I wont be going here anymore. The staff is not engaged. They told me 40 min when I got the there and it took 1hr 45min. They were just laughing and watching their phones. They didnt really start to Hussle until closing time. A customer came in and wait 15min, when nobody came to greet them they left and even commented I guess they dont want my business. Its not like they were busy they had 1 truck in the bay when I pulled up and me.They didnt fill the windshield fluid, put air in the tires or check my air filter. Makes me wonder what else they didnt do.

Had good service here in the past but here is what happened this week:Went in for an oil change. Attendant looked at my tires and said they need to be rotated and I told him dont rotate the tires because they are old and Im about to buy new tires. I give him my fleet card for Enterprise fleet services. He disappears for 30 min and I see them working on my car. Then he comes out and wants me to sign off on $200 in services including rotating my tires, cabin air filter, wiper blades.... I tell him I didnt want anything but an oil change and he says that Enterprise has authorized the services. Well, Enterprise doesnt pay for the services. My husband owns the company and our company pays the bill. Thanks for the $200 oil change. You have not only lost a customer, you have lost the business of all our fleet vehicles.

I went there late in the afternoon without an appointment and they took got me in and out of there in about 30 min. They were honest and did not try to sell me services that I did not need. My battery was due for a replacement and they reminded about that. My car was ready and I asked them how long to replace the battery. They had it done in less than 5 minutes. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Received a new customer coupon for a $19.99 oil change. My wife left paying $105 for the oil change and tire rotation. Look out for the upsell. I was beside myself listening to my wife retell the BS reasons that they didnt have the cheaper oil for my Toyota RAV 4. Will never go back to this or any Jiffy Lube ever again. They cost as much or more than the dealer. Watch out, buyers, beware of the upsell, especially for the unsuspecting trusting women out there.

I love going to Jiffy Lube in Camarillo!! They are the most well mannered guys! I went one day and they let me know how busy they were. I went back early one morning and they were awesome! So helpful and so polite! We have been going to this particular location for slightly over 2 years now. Would not go any place else!

Not good. I dont believe that it was the managers fault. I was informed that it would be an hour and a half for a simple Uber vehicle inspection because they dont schedule very many employees until after 11am. This store never has seemed very motivated. There are always new, very young managers and I have seen the workers sneaking off to their personal vehicles to spend time on the phone in the middle of servicing vehicles. The choice is yours.

Best Jiffy Lube Ive been to. Didnt try to upsell me, greeted me when I walked in and offered me coffee or to change the channel on the TV. Offered to show me exactly what they were doing to my vehicle. Will be going back every time.

The staff was friendly and they do a decent job. As a company I think Jiffy Lube can be fairly pricey for some services but this shop did a good job for an oil change and a differential service on my Toyota FJ.

Double check the looks of your vehicle, inside and outside, before and after every work done.

Not a fan. Found it greatly disappointing that all the employees complained about their job to the customer. One even went as far to say he was quiting. Its not comforting to hear people hate their jobs. Makes me question if my car is going to receive quality service.
