Service was pretty poor here during the previous visit. I ordered in person and almost left the store without receiving some bakery goods which the baristas did not provide until I reminded them. If the store had been busy Id be more forgiving, but the store was slow and the staff seemed more concerned with performing backend tasks and chatting amongst themselves than providing customer service.Location is convenient, not having a drive through is a negative, but the atmosphere of the location makes up for that. Hopefully in the future a better review can be left.

Have you guys noticed when you order a venti they never fill it up all the way? I always get the iced green latte and they never fill it up all the way up because of the foam. The foam sets and so I’m left with 1/5 of the venti cup empty. How insane is this? It is at every Starbucks location now! Managers need to get on it and have baristas make more so we don’t have to pay for the emptiness of the foam! Thanks!

They frequently get my order wrong but most are willing to remake it. Some WILL give you an attitude but some are okay with it.The worst type of people seem to congregate here for whatever reason. A lot of homeless who make a scene, and creepy men who stare and make me uncomfortable. I go to the starbucks farther from me because Id rather go to any other location besides this one purely because of the clientele it brings in. Those who cause scenes are never asked to leave.

Third time Ive ordered a drink with coconut milk and whipped cream on top and did not recieve whipped cream. However, my husbands drink always gets it on top. If its selected as the topping, it is for a reason.

Staff does no cleaning. During the time I have been there teleworking nobody wipes down tables or common surface areas. The bathrooms are disgusting. This is unsafe and unsatisfactory especially during Covid.Staff is friendly and polite but no cleaning even during slow times.

This place is great, really. Its a Starbucks and you know we need coffee! With a large indoor area with plenty of seating as well as several outdoor seating options. The baristas are, (usually), all very cordial and polite. One point I would make is, that sometimes they make errors on some drinks that they have been told more than 4 or 5 times, how to correct and make right. But this is not enough to bring the review rating to a 4. Great location too, just off the freeway and central to Camarillo.

I always order ahead, but then staff is polite and my coffee is always made correctly.

Tried to order on the mobile app to pick up but they were not accepting mobile orders. Got there and the lone was out the door so I walked back out!!!! Went and bought half and half to make my own coffee at home.

Half the time theyre absolutely great. The rest of the time they need to do better at calling out names. I order from the app, and they have people that just put out mobile orders without any mention. Staffing is sometimes an issue, had a drink take 28 minutes here once when the girl behind the counter was left to mind the entire place by herself.

Best coffee store in town, allowing outside sitting, unlike Coffee Bean who has a great location but no sitting at all!!! Thank you Starbucks! You will now be our favorite!!!!

Starbucks keeps up with the flow. Good beverages, fast and efficient service. I used my reward points to get the expensive quinoa chicken salad.. fresh and delicious. $9 about..with tax. The staff always willing to serve. Starbucks treats employees well and they respond to the respect. My criticism for the corporation is the overuse of plastic. Tons of straws cups and containers.Suggestion..give 50 percent discount on drinks and food of customer brings own containers.

Lots of coffee selections. Crowded location but good service. Every time I been here the wait time has been short and in a lot of cases no wait time. People are always nice and polite. Good spot to sit down and check emails or just do a little work.

This Starbucks is like the Cheers bar. “Where everybody knows your name🎶” I always run into someone I know. Lots of room and tables for a quick business meeting inside or outside. Typically good Starbucks service and coffee/food. You know what to expect in that regard.

Starbucks is great! They have nice employees who are always willing to help you and their drinks and snacks just taste really good.

Avoid this place early in the morning. The homeless like to hang out in and around this location. Service is good.

Have gone there three times hoping it would get better, but this was the worst time, the lady at the cash register was awesome and friendly, I ordered 3 mango with dragon fruit and they came to me clear, I ask the young man and he said it’s water and mango and the dragon fruit turns it red, so he blew me off and I had to shake my own drink to make them red . Great customer service NOT!!!

I enjoy this particular location. One of few with truly comfortable seating. As with nearly every Starbucks the service is friendly and top notch.

I know theyre busy an stuff, but when I say Heavy Whipping Cream only thats what I expect in my drink.....twice this had happened to me. They busy an all but stay focused my people.

Its a really nice place, good location. There are a lot of seats and good service. It seems like its very popular in this town. During the time that I spent at this place there were always people waiting on the line and the seats were full.

Its a Starbucks so you can expect pretty much the same type of service from all of them. This one has got the be the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. Plus they dont time the espresso shots correctly so your drinks end up tasting very bitter. Go to a different Starbucks if you can.

Great Starbucks. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have comfy couches if you are lucky to snag one. Lots of parking.

Awesome drinks and quick pickup if you do online ordering from their app. Long wait in the morning anywhere from 7 AM-3PM. A good place to do work quiet but outside is noisy from opening to close

Very large store. Lots of seats, LOTS of power supply plugs, great coffee, kind staff. Many Q-tips come here to sip coffee all morning and run their mouths, but theres still plenty of room.Has a nice selection of meals in the cool box as well :-)

I love this particular Starbucks because it is always so quick with my mobile orders. I lived bout two minutes from the spot and I would set a order as walked to my car by the time I parked and walked in the order would be waiting or they would just be putting it up

They have comfortable chairs inside to use when drinking your drink. Nice patio with fountain to view when outdoors. Good selection of foods and good service. I like starbucks in general and this is one is great.

This Starbucks is second to none. It boasts a quick and courteous staff, with a clean and well run location. The baristas were friendly without being fake, and most important, got my drink order correct. I met the manager, Karina, while there for an interview (not for SBUX) and she made my day! Couldnt be happier. Thank you!

I work in retail and have really early mornings some days. We ordered 9 drinks + food + a traveler from the Startbucks app. When a member of my team went to pick up the drinks, the team in the store was VERY RUDE. The manager even made a comment on how it was inconvenient for her that we ordered a traveler before 5:30 in the morning. They also did not have any traveler carriers so I had to send an additional employee over to help her in bringing the drinks back. My first employee asked for help by giving her a box to carry the drinks, and they were so put out by this request and said we havent unpacked any. I have so many issues with all of this. Firstly, you work in service and people are going to order things. Secondly, if you have an issue with a larger order when you first open, then dont allow it. Thirdly, we are all human. Just be nice. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Starbucks. We will be taking our $70 orders somewhere else.

A fun place to shop for those ladies who have everything. They used to have a post office, which is why I went there. However, that is now closed, sadly. They are just getting ready to put up all the Hallmark Christmas ornaments in July! Shop early, shop often!

Generally good service and drinks are usually made as ordered - which is no small thing, because there are lots of Starbucks stores where the error rate is quite high. This store had a big turnover in their personnel several months ago, and the atmosphere for regulars like me has changed to a more impersonal one. Many of the new people dont seem to make much of an effort to improve that. The old crew made it fun to go there, but now I just order via the mobile app and go in to pick up my drink.

The wait is usually long. Beautiful spot to work or enjoy a drink. Great service & staff but the drink here is too sweet for me.

This Starbucks opens at 5:00AM, which is very convenient. Large interior with plenty of seating. Staff are always pleasant and friendly.

Wonderful location. Do not go here during prime/busy hours. This store is completely and disastrously disorganized. Your order will slowly come out part by part, so by the time your order is complete something is cold.

It seems this Starbucks is always slammed, so I find it hard to believe its not better staffed. It takes a looooong time to get a drink here, sometimes in excess of 10 minutes. The staff is nice, but a little to chatty sometimes, especially when theres a long line. If youre using the app to order ahead like I do now, your drink will be ready on time with no waiting!

Nice place. Needs cleaning. For the four hours I was there, I didnt see one employee clean up the dirty tables. Baristas unhelpful. They never have decaf and dont have a filter machine to make a quick one. Needs a new staff; otherwise, the venue is decent looking

The service used be horrible, I was always ignored and would wait as long as 12 minutes once for my redeye coffee and sandwich. Since Kat is no longer there or isnt ignoring me, it seems to have gotten better. I know the attitude towards me has changed a lot

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. 25 mins for just a reg. coffee. If you are pressed for time dont go here. And management are numb to you when you say something. They didnt even know about my order. And when I got it it was the wrong size. And I was nice about their issues. I was so late to my appointment I just left. Staffing and customer service is not this places strength.

Just a few minutes off of the freeway. This location has nice enough seating in an older strip mall. The people are friendly and efficient and they also have a clover machine.

Drive-thru can get held up. This location does not have the best iced coffee, but staff is friendly.

THE STORE IS VERY NICE AND VERY KIND PEOPLE BUT THE STORE LATELY HAS BEEN VERY WARM AS IF THE COMPANY MIGHT BE TRYING TO SAVE ON ELECTRIC BILLS....I CANNOT GO THERE AS MUCH NOW UNFORTUNETLY AS A STORE THAT SEEMS TO BE CLOSE TO 80 IS NOT COMFORTABLE FOR ME...I HOPE THE COMPANY SEES THIS AND MAKES A CHANGE IN THE THERMOSTAT..THANKS MARTY

I did a mobile order and apparently ordered from a different location than I intended. Whoops! The batista quickly made my order anyhow and I was on my way.

This is one of the best Starbucks Ive been to, lots of seating, very nice customers, and great service due to one hell of team there, and get this, it is even a training store, so I have been nothing but impressed. Highly recommend it.
