The staff was excellent in serving me as I needed good walking shoes for myself and my 6year old granddaughter. The staff took time to assist me as few customers in the store. I was pleased with the good sterdy shoes. The purchase was a pleasant experience which is unusual in an outlet store. The prices high but the 50 per cent off second. Pair of granddaughter s shoes helped. I will return.

Great 40% off Sale today. I really like the idea of having access to all of the womens tennis shoes on my own. I could try them on and if I had questions someone was available to help. Will definitely go there again.

Store associates do not understand their own promotions. One tells you shoes are on sale for 25% when there is a sticker and another associate tells you that is incorrect.It takes a store conference with the associates talking to each other to get the correct answer.No apology for wasting customer time.Better prices on their shoes at big 5. Go elsewhere so they don’t waste your time.

Great prices, great selection and very helpfull staff. Took my hubby who hates shoe shopping here. He loves his new balances but absolutely hates going to department stores to shop. This store sells authentic new balances for a third of a price of a department store and has multiples in each size. We walked out with 10 pairs for under $300. I felt like we were stealing instead of shopping.

Sorry Joes, dont like 1-star-reviews but Ive made three orders so far, and each of them was automatically canceled. Ive spent tons of time to figure out why and experienced tons of stress once I finally got my money back. And you know what, restriction to ship orders to forwarding companies is direct discrimination by nationality. It deprives me of opportunities buying within the US being out of there. It robs me and thousands of others of spending our money in your country, which eventually would lead to your GDP increase. Isnt it disparagingly? Isnt it stupid?

You can find more sizes and better pricing online. Staff is not helpful at all this afternoon. They were not that busy when we talked in.

I know New Balance is known for their quality, as well as being made in the US, and as much as Id love to support them, I cant support their Outlet quality items. The things here are clearly seconds, and dont wear near as well as the originals.

Excellent experience!! My wife and I were there today, 7/8/2016 in the afternoon. The associate that helped my wife was fantastic. Went above and beyond the call. Let her know she was wearing the wrong shoe and properly fit her with the correct one. Actually measured her foot!! Lol. No one does that anymore. Forgive the spelling of his name but possibly Vasile??? Please give him props and a nice raise. Thank you, Andrew Rindler.

Big store, everything is clean and the staff is very friendly. I find outlet mall employees to be much kinder than regular retail employees, probably because theyre used to having a lot of tourists/out of town visitors.
