Very enjoyable experience. Super friendly staff and the doctor took the time to walk through my eye health and answer questions. I would definitely recommend Camas Optique.

The Optique has nice lenses, prices seem fair, and they disinfect surfaces. Sadly, I had to leave cause all I could hear was conversations ongoing from staff members about real estate dealings. The lady gave me her card, and wrote notes of lenses I liked. I would like to try on more Bartina Perora lenses.

I was new to Camas and Camas Optique was happy to bring me on as a patient! They got me in for my eye appointment right away and Dr. Pinske was a true delight! She was very knowledgeable, very energetic, and I felt like she had been my eye doctor for years. She updated my prescription to meet my work/life needs. I was able to order a new pair of glasses and the team was very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage. The new glasses came in a week later! When I needed to get them readjusted, they were able to get me in to see Melissa right away and she helped adjust the fit. I love coming into Camas Optique! The office is clean, cozy, and beautiful!

The lovely team of Dr. Pinske and staff far exceeded my expectations for care. They patiently helped myself and first time kiddos (6 and 3) with care in explaining each test while making things fun and silly for them. Sterility was on point and everyone strictly wore masks. The office is adorably decorated in a modern/industrial and rustic vibe that i loved. Great team! You can see they all work well together with excellent communication and respect for one another.

Coming here was one of the best choices Ive made when it comes to my eyes. After having terrible experiences at other eye clinics in the Vancouver area I decided to come to Brittain Eye Care.The staff is amazing, theyre friendly and genuine. Samantha was a HUGE help with getting my contacts fitted. I was so nervous because I had never had contacts before but she was helpful and cheered me on.The atmosphere is calm and beautiful, the entire office is very well decorated and kept very clean and comfortable for both adults and little ones. Dr. Brittain did an amazing job with my exam, very helpful and willing to address any questions or concerns I had about the health of my eyes.The parking lot had lots of room and I didnt need to worry about finding a spot. I am so glad I came here, and will be returning for all my eye care needs in the future. Thank you Brittain Eye Care staff, you guys are doing an amazing job.

Dr Tara Pinske is one of the best. I have been to about half dozen Optometrist in my life and her knowledge and expertise is top notch. She also takes her time to explain the process and answers any and all questions. I cannot recommend her enough!

Had my first appointment with them today to get an eye exam and fill a new glasses prescription. Convenient location with many different frames and styles to choose from which are all very affordable. They accept most insurance providers. My doctor was extremely thorough in her examination and gave me exactly what I needed while explaining why along the way. The customer service I received when choosing frames was amazing, they were extremely helpful and friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed and at a good price. Everyone was friendly and willing to help and the atmosphere was clean, professional and welcoming. I will be going back when the time comes and I would recommend them to anyone! Very happy with my experience!

We called to get the prescription for my Fiancé to order him some glasses online as his were really loose and he is currently working during the pandemic (I know clinics arent open for appointments to see the doctors).When I called to ask for it Melissa let us know she could help order some glasses through them still and seemed very helpful, she also let us know we could expedite the shipping as well. Ok great!We ordered around end of March and when we called last Thursday or Friday we were told they would be delivered on Tuesday April 14th. Wednesday I called and we were now told that they didnt pass inspection with them now having to be redone... some how they were shipped and on there way to now having to be redone?I could understand complications during times like these but it seems this wasnt handled well at all. When we called we were met with Oh let me call the lab and Ill call you back and wouldnt get a response so we would have to call back again and Melissa seemed to be all over the place about them. Unfortunately, my fiancé is now at work trying not to touch his face but because his glasses are constantly slipping he has to.We ordered some more from another website and will probably see those first.P.S. Outside of this, the doctors are great there and he has had a good experience with them. Mistakes happen but I forsee him not wanting to go back because of this.

Dr. Pinske was so sweet and attentive! She listened to my concerns and addressed each one specifically! She made me feel like I was talking to a friend! Im a teenager now, but Ive needed vision correction for years. Dr Brittain is totally chill. Hes got all this high-tech equipment that helps him get my prescription right on. I like that takes time to explain everything he does and things I should do and not do to maintain optimal vision. Thanks Doc!!

Dr Pinske was very through and helpful. She made sure I was getting the right prescription even though it took more time. She truly cares about her patients and not just getting people through. I’m very happy with my exam and prescription outcome. I will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough about Dr Brittain. He went way over and above the call of duty on me. I was having some serious stye issues and the personal attention to my situation was amazing. He will always be the only one I will see and refer friends to. DR B is the man.

For years I have been dealing with severe dry eye. My regular eye doctor has a good reputation and uses state of the art equipment, but none of the procedures I had done helped relieve this issue. I grew more discouraged thinking this was something I was going to live with the rest of my life. I finally decided to see another doctor out of desperation. Thankfully Dr. Brittain was recommended to me. He knew exactly what to do. He was kind and professional and provided a different solution and procedure which had never been recommended by my other doctor. This has made all the difference! Im so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Thank you Dr. Brittain, my eyes feel new!

I have seen lots of eye Dr.s through the years. I was recommended to Dr. Britain by a friend. The office staff are very friendly and Dr. Britain is very attentive and truly listens. He wants to make sure your eye needs are met.His office is where I will go from now on.

Super friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are always right on. Been going there for a handful of years now and its always a good experience. They work well with young kids too, so you can take your whole family there. I highly recommend them!

I give Dr. Tara Pinske 5 STARS. She helped me with my difficult prescription when no one else could. Because of Dr. Pinske I have the correct prescription and have never seen better. My usual eye care professional stopped taking my insurance so I had to find a new office. Brittain Eye Care accepted my insurance and was close to my house, so I figured I would try them. I am SO GLAD that I contacted them. I knew from the moment Kristen called me that I made a good decision. She was kind and pleasant and funny! At my appointment, I met Samantha and Dr. Dizon, who were equally amazing. Having someone stare at your eyeballs is uncomfortable by nature, but the made the whole experience super welcoming and chill. Sam was so patient while she was teaching me to use contacts for the first time. That’s something I will never, ever forget. Dr. Dizon was funny and warm and explained everything to me. It was the best experience and I’m so grateful for the whole team at Brittain Eye Care!

Best visit to a doctor ever!! Dr. Pinske is absolutely amazing, and truth be told, I have never encountered anyone in any medical field with the level of courtesy & professionalism she portrayed. She was also very genuine, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the relief and treatment I needed when I came to her office for an eye injury. Her secretary, Jessica was also extremely helpful and went the extra mile to work with me in regards to the out of picked cost of the visit and the immediate need I had to be seen. I will never let anyone in my family ever go anywhere else from now on, and I can not recommend this office, and Dr. Pinske specifically, highly enough to anyone who asks.

Great place for eye health/exam needs! The front staff are very helpful and take the time to answer questions and can look into what your specific vision coverage if there are any questions. Dr. Pinske has great bedside manner and takes the time to educate, inform, and making sure her care is patient-centered. Today the office seemed busy but Dr. Pinske and her staff didnt seem rushed. Very friendly, efficient, and great experience!

Could not be any happier with our experience here! Everyone is amazing and so kind. I came in for a second opinion for my 3 year old(who by the way HATES any kind of doctors appointment) Dr. Filipelli was so patient and made his appointment enjoyable that by the end of the appointment he didn’t want to leave and was so excited to go back and pick up his glasses today! My eye appointment with Dr. Pinske, She’s awesome always so nice and upbeat and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. Instead of having my eyes dilated I was given the option to have the optomap imaging done instead which is super cool to see and so much nicer then having dilated eyes for a couple hours. At the end when she shows the prescription verse how your seeing without a prescription blew my mind I couldn’t believe the difference and wondered why I hadn’t come in sooner!Dr. Pinske has done a amazing job creating Camas Optique! Her staff is wonderful and friendly! The office is super cute! And she’s got a great selection of eyewear for the whole family. We will definitely be forever customers here!

My kids and I have been going to Dr. Pinske for the last several years. Getting in to see the doctor is always easy due to their accommodating hours. Everyone from the doctor to the person handling appointments and insurance is a pleasure to deal with. Ive always gotten attentive and knowledgable service from the doctors. They are great about answering questions and addressing any concerns I have about my eye health.

Camas Optique what an adorable welcoming atmosphere. But that is only when you first walk in. Dr. Tara Pinske is the best. Not only is she qualified she is nice and the variety of frames they offer is fantastic some really wonderful modern and traditional styles. I am so happy she has moved her practice to just passed 192nd on 34th going east. It is close but honestly I would drive several miles to keep Dr Pinske as my optometrist. She is definitely worth it. Congratulations on the new location we all really love it. I would highly recommend Dr. Pinske.

I needed new contacts on short notice as I was leaving town on a business trip. They fit me into their schedule the afternoon I called for an appointmetn and sent me home with new contacts for my trip. My contacts are great and I was so pleased I ordered new glasses as well. I highly recommend the friendly and competent staff.

Dr. Brittain is amazing! He has been my optometrist for 7 years when we moved to Vancouver for work and has been sure to get me in for my annual check ups as well as I worked with him on getting corrective eye surgery. The corrective eye surgery is where he really became involved.Dr. Brittain first referred a group to me that were able to do ICL because my cornea is so thin that I couldnt get Lasik done. The group he referred me to was awesome and very thorough. The great thing is that I was able to do all of my post ops and follow ups with Dr. Brittain here in Vancouver instead of traveling 40 minutes to the other group.Dr. Brittain has always been very responsive and walked me through any questions I had with my corrective eye surgery. I have really enjoyed working with Dr. Brittain and would highly recommend him, not just for the close proximity to Vancouver and Camas, but for the personal services that he provides.

I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great doctors and great service. They are so friendly and really care about their customers. Dr. Rondeau has always gone above and beyond to help me and my family with our eye care needs.

Update: the new Camas Optique location is SWANKY gorgeous and I love the new personnel too. They are all so personable, yet professional, and I made a point to notice how they treated other patients as well as each other, which was nothing short of wonderful. They have WAAAAY better eyeglass options that the chain stores, and even have OTC items that were great to browse. My eye appt today was great. Highly recommend!Knowledgable, friendly, extra-mile care. Dr. Tara Pinske and her assistants, Jessica and Jamie were all so kind and helpful at my appointments. This was the first time I really felt I had a thorough eye exam - I even know more benefits of wearing my sunglasses! It was a fun and fascinating appointment, actually. I left seeing more clearly in my updated Rx - what a joy! I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Our family of 5 were in for appt.s last week and I so appreciated the friendly staff who worked hard at making sure we all got in before the end of year, even though I dropped the ball and waited till the last minute! We tried COstco out last year and was not at all pleased, so we came back to InVision who have always treated us well! The Doctors at this location are fantastic and I especially appreciated Dr. Tara Pinske who assisted my 8yr old who is quite shy and reserved. She was absolutely FANTASTIC with him and I will make a point to schedule his appt with her in the future. She made him very comfortable and he had a great time with her!!! I was faced with a dilemma where I needed new contacts because, I had plans to go to a meeting then a soccer game, but whats the point in going if I cant even see? I called my original optometrist for a hopeful booking. They were booked solid. I was desperate. I looked up on google where I could go and boom, this place came up. I was warmly greeted by the Vision Works glasses associate/Doctor (Im sorry I didnt catch her name) and was directed to Jessica in the optometry department.As I explained the desperate state that I was in, I could literally see the look of determination on Jessicas face. It only took her seconds to give me one of the best customer service experiences I will ever have. Jessica phones the doctor, who by the way was on her lunch break...yes her LUNCH break. With in minutes, she gets my eye tests done, and fills out insurance forms. Jessica effortlessly maneuvers her way through technical hurtles, while at the same time, maintained a thoughtful considerate attitude toward other customers. While shes is doing that, from the corner of my eye, I see the doctor rush in.The customer service was PHENOMENAL, there is no other way to describe it. As I was filling out the paperwork for the appointment, I found it peculiar that the receptionist didn’t have my record on file. I inquired about why that was, and she explained that there was a change in management, and that the previous doctor no longer worked there. To my surprise, she ended up getting her own practice! I was so happy to hear that, and I immediately cancelled my appointment to go schedule another one at this new location.Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome. I was pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful room with unique displayes of glasses throughout the lobby area. The receptionist was very kind and friendly, so much so, that she accommodated to any and every need that I could think of.Dr. Pinske is such a high caliber women, and she takes her practice seriously, but is such a classy women that she naturally puts you at ease. She is extremely smart and knowledgeable about not only what is best medically for her clients, but also what works for them personally. She is very good at what she does! You will not be disappointed when you come to this well put together establishment.They deeply care about their clients, and you can feel it. They don’t rush you, or try to push products in your face like big corporations do. They truly just want to help you and give the best customer service possible. I will continue to come here!! They told me my insurance will cover the exam up to 100%, however; they sent me a bill to pay as a copay and when I went back to them to ask them why is that happening? They said “oh sorry we were mistaken, yes you have to pay us the extra although we told you ur insurance will cover it all”!!! I am not happy at all with my experience with you.
