Great visit. I moved from Oakland CA to Washougal in January. I had a great optometrist in Oakland, and my hope was to get someone as good. Dr. Andrea Morton was just that. Very knowledgeable, very thorough. She is my new eye doctor. Full stop.

Dr Morton is amazing! Quick and thorough and easy to talk to and accommodating of all our kids quirks and specific needs. I recommend her to everyone!

Excellent and professional customer service with seasoned care by the doctor who examined my eyes for current vision and for a new prescription for contacts. Im always impressed by how in sync the whole team is with their patients. I always know I will get the best treatment and know my sight will benefit by their care. I was greeted immediately upon entering. Front office staff are personable and efficient. I had very few minutes wait for Dr Curtis. While I was there, an assistant took me for initial screening. I only had to wait a few minutes for Dr. She is so sweet, personable and efficient, my exam was a breeze. This clinic location never disappoints with their service and positive attitudes. I look forward to this appointment every year as it is by far the most pleasant and positive experience of the year.

I arrived from my appointment at the Vancouver eye clinic in Camas, I didnt even get to finish filling up the paperwork and they had me coming in the back thats how quickly and efficient they were in fact I was selling out paperwork as they were doing eye tests and the people that I dealt with were very professional and very sweet and the optometrist was very personable woman which I appreciate it I would recommend this to anybody.

Im a brand new patient here, but Im impressed so far. I went in for a routine eye exam and was out the door in under half an hour. I saw Dr Curtiss and she was great. I would trust her with any of the kids, too. Her blurb on the website about getting to know you is facts.Its always comforting to find good care providers close by.

Ive never had an optometrist who goes above and beyond like Dr Morton does! She has made it possible for me to get past some lifelong challenges and severe issues with ease. My son has seen a couple of the other doctors there and everyone is fabulous. I cant give this place more than five stars but I would if I could!

Love Dr. Patel and Vancouver Vision. We have been seeing them as a family for about 15 years. Added my elderly mom (with Alzheimer’s) to the mix in the last 2 years. Staff is very patient with her and understanding.

First appointment with Dr. McTyier, needed an updated eye exam and new glasses. The staff was extremely professional and very personable at the same time. The girls are very polite and friendly. The doctor I saw was very nice and very informative. Their office is really nice and very roomy. I didnt wait that long to see the doctor. I was able to get my prescription right away.

One of the teachers at our pre-school recommended Vancouver Vision- Camas Clinic and we are so glad they did! We were having the hardest time finding a provider with availability for my daughters initial exam and appointment for glasses, Camas was able to see us quickly and they did an exceptional job helping my daughter figure out her prescription and make getting her first pair of glasses so much fun! They had lots of frames to choose from and those came quickly as well. Her doctor made the appointment fun, and explained everything in detail so that I understood. Our follow ups have been great as well. Following our first appointment her doctor wrote her a personalized thank you note and sent it in the mail. It made my daughters day to get her own mail and she keeps the card in her room, a really special touch! I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr was amazing.He took time to explain everything. The receptionist not so much. I am on Social Security so have small limited income. They took pictures of my eyes without informing me it was not covered by my insurance and then receptionist demanded that I pay for them then before I left. Guess it just means I have no gas, shampoo or anything this month. Thank you. Is this even legal?

As soon as I walked in the door, someone came and got me in right away! I was in and out of my appointment in less than 20 minutes, and the staff/doctor were very thorough and very nice. The Vancouver Vision Clinic in Camas is very professional and personable. I won’t go anywhere else for my optometry needs.

Receptionist (Shelly) and technician (no name tag) appeared to be bothered and inconvenienced by patients and my presence. The technician started the exam and then asked if I was wearing contacts. She clearly did not check my paper chart.

Everyone was very kind and professional. They took measures to assure all patients were safe during the pandemic. The women at the front desk were friendly, the woman who first started my appointment was funny, the doctor was so gentle, and the woman who helped me pick glasses was super helpful.A fantastic team all around! ❤️ Im so happy Ive found them.

Right upon walking in I was greeted by kindness. This place is fantastic and Dr. Curtis and her team were patient, knowledgeable, and very reassuring.

We scheduled our Camas appointment weeks ago through the Vancouver clinic. When we arrived for our appointment at Camas location we were told our appointment was 30 min. I even called two days prior confirming the time. The receptionist was rude and off put like we did something wrong. Not to mention they dont send reminders, although they claim to do such. Very disappointed in this referral.

I’m super impressed with the safety protocols and how clean everything was! The staff was awesome, everyone genuinely happy to meet you and so courteous.Dr. Curtis is so much fun and very thorough too, going the extra mile in trying to discover what my problems with fuzzy vision might be. She has great rapport skills, reassuring me that by going for a cataract consultation, most likely we’d both get better answers.I highly recommend Camas Vision Clinic and all the lovely people who work there!

If it were not for the wonderful Doctors here I wouldn’t continue to come here.The front desk girl never seems as tho she knows what’s going on. Explaining situation 3-4 times on the phone. Being asked who I was 3 times at check in. It was also the same scenario when I came in a few months back for my yearly eye exam. Tried to use old insurance. Called to inform me the no longer took my insurance although they had looked up the wrong family member information. Seems very unorganized and that the only competent staff are the kind, knowledgeable, and always genuinely care about their patients Doctors.

My first visit. Everyone was AMAZINGLY friendly. They had their COVID practice dialed in and I appreciate that. Knowledgeable and friendly. Really listened to my questions. I’m so glad I went. Recommended to anyone.

I used to love this place as it’s my daughters eye doctor I went there to get my contacts and they tried to charge me extra money when I told them for sure this is going to be the final price??? and then I went in there to talk to him about it and they were very very rude I would not go here and they also did the same thing to my neighbor tried to charge her all this extra stuff .

This place is absolutely amazing. My son is slightly far-sighted, as well as having ASD. The optometrist took extra care of him and made him feel safe and welcomed. After his visit, a few days later we received a letter for him stating what a wonderful job he did at his appointment and that if he has any problems or questions about his new glasses, shes there to help.

I absolutely loved this 1st visit to get my eyes checked! From the minute I entered the building with a warm welcome from the receptionist to picking out my glasses, I felt comfortable, respected and cared for! Dr. Martin did a great job. At 67 my vision is not as sharp, and I have the beginnings of cataracts. She explained what to expect and should things arise, treatment is possible with lense implants.Peace

By far the best appointment Ive ever had for vision. Dr Morton was absolutely fantastic. She went the extra mile to try and help my vestibular issues Ive been having...and even found a lens tint that substantially improves my dizziness. I highly recommend for anyone looking, to just go here!

I had an incredible experience here, and would suggest anyone with vision or medical needs to have their eyes checked at vancouver vision clinic. I have not met a group of doctors that care for individuals like this clinic does, and am so happy that I was able to spend the time here that I did. This is a 5 star doctors office. If I ever find myself in the area again, this would be the eye clinic that I choose to have either medical concerns or vision concerns taken care of.

Well overall they got nice people that works there and seem to care for you but their glasses they dont have a very good variety and have just a few and expensive

I needed to find a local optometrist after living here in Washougal for the last 3 years. Travel to my old doctor in Portland was just too much of hassle. I was a bit reserved at first, but after meeting Dr. Patel I felt right at home. I was impressed how he showed me the difference between 20/20 and my vision; so simple as giving me lenses to directly look through verses using the machine. None of my ever doctors did that until AFTER I have my new glasses arrived. Totally awesome personality as well. Julie is another employee who goes the extra step for you. She was able to get me a pair of prescription Nike sunglasses (purple lenses) made even though it was not available through Nike Direct. Awesome again. On a final note, they provided the special eclipse glasses without charge! I highly recommend.
