Spacious inside and the AC was reasonable, not blasting as is often the case. Staff knows many of the regular customers by name so it has a friendly vibe - but not overdone. Restrooms were also spacious and clean

If they had plugs for your laptop, this would be five stars. Friendly staff, store kept clean and lots of seating inside and out. And theyre open in the evening, perfect for a lemonade and snack after work.

Busy and slow workers around 2:35 pm on Saturday. I waited atleast 15 minutes for my specific drinks. I asked for iced tea with extra ice and Java chip frap ... my tea came with little ice and the Java chip tasted like it had NO coffee! Then they ran out of straws! They offered me a spoon for the frap?? Not happy with that!Waste of time and waste of my money.

Always burn their coffee, and its always barely drinkable quality; add cheap milk to the mix, and you have the lowest grade coffee / espresso their is. No idea how this chain is a success.

Unorganised young staff, all teenagers, every time different staff!!! One time I asked for cappucino and they gave me warm milk another time they give me something else not the drink i ordered and the wait is so long in the line because of the mistakes that the staff make!!

I had gone literally 10 mins ago and the person at the drive in wasnt paying attention i was wait for an hour yelling hello and is anyone there? I go up to the window to tell the lady and she says its not her problem and didnt seem to care. Over all very unprofessional and they just lost a customer

Good location with drive thru which is packed before 10am. Small patio for outside seating which is a plus.

The parking area gets busy, becareful.This is one of my favorite Starbucks because their baristas concocts better drinks in my opinion. Well, its Starbucks. Not the best one, and nowhere near the worst. Drive-thru makes it a weekly goto. The drinks and food are usually better than just decent, but theres less than a 50/50 chance of getting your entire order right and in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, for a Starbucks, pretty average. Drive-thru and consistency takes its 3 stars to 4.

One of the few drive through Coffee houses. I ordered a Smores Frappuccino and it was nicely made as the description stated and had a wonderful flavor. Young personnel, experienced and personable. Will go there again.

I love the new Starbucks spot.but today i went to go get my regular venti frappuccino and it took for ever for me to get my order and when I asked why it took so long the explanation I got was because everyone decided to get the frappuccino I looked inside and there was 3 Ppl and in front of me 1 car..when I finally got my order they were water down like when you make them and leave them for a while i told the guy and he was like oh no they arent water down...and I tasted it and it doesnt taste like coffe it tasted like water and I told the guy that....I asked for a new one and he told me he couldnt do that!!!I am a regular customer and I feel like i got robbed ...and now the drink just sits there...

As other people have noted, its brand new. Generally better hours than the small location inside the Safeway across the road. Convenience cant be beat. Not too many chairs inside but some seating available outside. Large restrooms. Didnt see any wireless charging mats.

This is by far the best Starbucks Ive ever patronized. Roomy and brightly lit due to the large glass storefront running the entire length of the establishment. Barista was very friendly and efficient.

Every hot breakfast sandwich is sold out. You would think that as such a high traffic Starbucks, they would be better stocked. Not sure about other days in the week, but this happens every Sunday. Wasn’t always this way.

My go to drive through Starbucks. They work quickly, order is always correct, and it doesn’t matter how early in the morning it is, they are always super friendly.

Line was fast and the sandwich was fine, but nitro brew was the worst weve ever had anywhere: flat, thin and bitter. We couldnt drink it and had to toss it.

This is a smaller Starbucks. Hence, not much room for charm. But the location is convenient and easily seen from the road, very limited seating, seats maybe 15 max inside on a rainy day maybe 4-6 more at the outside tables. Service here is very good, though.

Drive thru may be busy looking but the line goes pretty quickly. Employees are so nice and the inside is so cute! Loving the new location.

The staff really know their customers and their preferences. But this small store with limited parking--though you can use the large and empty lot next door--could benefit with a sign on the building. I drove by twice before seeing it listed on the mall sign with the other stores. As a tourist I find this pretty odd.

This Starbucks is consistently busy because it is on Hamilton Ave. but the staff does a great job moving along the morning hustle. They are always friendly, understanding and diligent.

Probably our favorite location in the area. Comfortable chairs, good wifi and predictable coffee, we take a walk weekly to visit. Also a good selection of products overall which has been more important since SB closed their online store.

The drinks and food was good as always, however this is the 5th time I go there and it opens late, this is the only Starbucks around my work so it gets very busy so opening late does not help

They were singing while making my coffee which brighten my day up a bit more than what it was and the coffee was also delicious.

Every time I order the baristas are confused. This is multiple drinks that I have ordered at other locations with no problem but for some reason, THIS location does not do well taking specifications.

Brand new location with the new Starbucks style. Limited parking and seating but a great location by San Thomas Expressway with a convenient drive through for fast coffee stops.

I came through the drive-thru and I wanted their egg sausage muffin sandwich, but they said they ran out of it which has never happened to me at a starbucks before. Instead I ordered the chocolate croissant and it was small and mediocre for the price of it and on top of that it was totally squashed and looked like someone had sat right on top of it. My iced caramel macchiato that I ordered was also not mixed and starbucks no longer offers straws or lids that dont have an opening for your mouth to drink out of, so as I tried to mix my drink on my own it was spilling out the top of my lid. Drive-thru service was also very slow and they took about 10 minutes just to get one order for the person in front of me. I wont be coming back!

Service not good in the morning in store. They only serve the drive-thru people and I waited for very long time in store. I ended up asking them about my food and they put it with the drive-thru orders. If I didn’t ask they would never call my name.
