Marquis was simply amazing! He was personable, friendly, and super knowledgeable about the bed! I came in thinking one thing and realized that I knew absolutely nothing at all! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. NICE EMPLOYEES.My husband and I purchased a mattress at the very end of August. The delivery date was pushed back multiple times due to warehouse issues. So they offered to switch our order for another mattress rather than let us remain pending for who knows how long! Instead of electing the other mattress, we requested a refund on 9/26. So at this point, we’re almost at a month out from ordering a $5k mattress with only the lumpy one at home to sleep on. Now, it is the middle of October and we still don’t have our money back!! Seriously Mattress Firm?!?!GET YOUR S*#% TOGETHER!!!

The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and after laying on several mattresses I left the store knowing I bought the right mattress for me. Delivery and setup was just as good and they arrived on time and were in/out in 15 mins. The mattress I had was 17 years old and was also purchased from Mattress Firm. Sam was excellent! We stopped by Labor Day weekend to try some new beds and he was very helpful in showing us different levels of plushness within our budget. We ended up with the perfect bed at a great price. Very excited to get our new bed and have a great nights sleep.

Amazing that I will be this stores first 1 star review, I find that incredibly suspicious.I purchased a mattress from this store Aug 30 and it was supposed to be delivered Sep 17. The night of the 15th I received a voicemail from the store that It was delayed, but no date given so I called back, new date Oct 5th but will probably be delayed again. Well it was delayed again until Oct 19th. Called back again to check to find out they do not know when it will be delivered, It wont be Oct 19th. They told us to come in and pick a new mattress, which we did. After some discussion with my wife and going to other mattress stores we decided to get a refund.So we requested this refund Sep 26th, As of today (Oct 12) I have not received my refund and it is not pending on my account yet. I am now doing a charge back with my bank to get my money back.

This is the only place to buy a mattress. Go to the other stores first then go to them and they will beat the best price you found (that’s not on the internet resale sites). We bought a mattress over Labor Day and thought Firm was what we needed. Unfortunately after sleeping on it, I kept waking up in pain in my back and hips so we decided we needed to exchange the bed for something softer. Ryan helped us with our exchange. Me and my boyfriend came in today to get a mattress. We came in dreading the sales person who usually stay down your throat breathing down your back. Nope, that is not what we go with Jared.
