My sales rep was Trace. He was great! He was very accommodating to my circumstances of being elderly and using a walker. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He showed me the various mattresses and frames that were in the store and we also looked online as he explained features. I liked the store layout. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I visited US-Mattress in Canton because of its excellent reviews, and because photos made the shop look clean, modern, and spacious. I was greeted by Dave, the general manager, who gave me and my partner a warm welcome and eased us into a stellar mattress-buying experience. We came to Canton from a nearby city, and it was certainly worth the drive for the hospitality and transparency Dave offered us as we tried a variety of different mattresses.It was a real boutique experience - Dave asked us a few questions about our sleep preferences and started us with a few different mattresses to try out. It takes a few minutes to really sink in and feel how a mattress will treat your back and hips. During this time, Dave would either leave us to relax alone for a few minutes, or sit nearby and offer some anecdotes or answer our questions about the mattresses. We learned which makers built their mattresses differently to explain why some felt right or wrong to us. We really were able to dial in what was best for our needs, and then we were given a few options for a totally no-pressure purchase.I highly recommend anyone visit US-Mattress in Canton, MI if theyre in need of a good mattress. Id never felt so welcome, or made to feel so comfortable by someone working in sales. My fiancee and I came in to this location early on a Saturday with only the intentions of shopping around and not buying just yet. We have visited two other mattress stores and because of Dave and his professionalism during his perfect representing of a great salesman we decided to give US Mattress our business. He walked us through the vast options while narrowing down what best suited us for comfort and support. Dave guided us through our options pressure free while being most informative. He did not push us towards a mattress based on the highest price like Gardener White did just down the road but was more concerned about our comfort and happiness with our choices. He had us try each bed for 4-5 minutes a piece which was a great time frame for making up our minds and was around enough to be informative but hands off enough for us to get the right relaxing feel one needs to feel at home in a bed. I visited US Mattress with the intent to try out a latex mattress. They didnt have one, but Dave was still dedicated to helping me find a mattress that suited me. After exhausting the various beds in the showroom, Dave and I decided I had all of the information I needed if I were to make a purchase here. Purchasing my mattress from US Mattress in Canton was very easy and far less difficult than I thought it would be. I was a first time buyer so this was a great experience. Very friendly and custom made. The mattresses were great and you learn alot about comfort and your body. Just be prepared to pay some money because the mattresses are on the expensive side if you want to pay for whats proper.

Having done some research, I was still hesitant on purchasing a mattress online without ever being able to touch it first. I elected to go to US mattress where Lucas greeted me upon walking inside. I explained my preferred preference of firmness/material but was open to suggestions. After weeks of shopping for a good bed, we decided to go back to US-Mattress where wed purchased the bed and mattress weve been using for the last 10 years. I called to get more information and spoke to a delightful sales rep named Dave Blalock. He was patient (Im a handful and he made me feel comfortable) and attentive, and ended up putting us in a great bed for a great price. He went well above and beyond the call of standard service, making our experience as hassle-free as possible. If there were more Dave Blalocks, everyone would be a happy, satisfied customer. I know we sure are.

We went to US Mattress to see some options for the firm mattress and learn and understand more about mattress. David treated us really good and explain everything in detail. David is one of the best sales person I have ever met. I struggled with the rating and almost gave it 1 star. David sold us our mattress and it was your typical sales experience, the mattress we purchased came with a rebate after purchase and he casually threw in that the rebate comes from his commission. I laughed it off but he instructed us to email him when we received the mattress to get the rebate and I wrote those instructions on my receipt. After receiving our mattress which was great we emailed David about the rebate, after a week had passed without reply we reached out again and copied financing. Financing was able to give us a reply within hours leading us to believe he was trying to not let some of his commission go. I gave it the 2 stars because we like the mattress and the delivery was prompt and professional.

This was my first purchase of a mattress and I was blown away by Lucas customer service. He was by far the nicest sales person and so informative. He made a hard decision really easy. The world needs more people like him representing there company.

Dave really took his time to explain the details of my Harmony Lux 1000 Extra firm in regards to construction and coil count and making sure I understood the comfort level of this bed. This firmness may not be for everyone but I had tried a few beds at Macys which were Harmony Lux Carbon series and it was good to find out they were the same bed. A huge difference was the price with nearly a $500 savings off of Macys sales price listed at $1600 before tax. Dave was very good about explaining the current production cycle, and shipping times due to Covid 19. I also picked up a Mattress protector for spills. All in all a Great experience not usually found online. With 120 days to try and only $139 to exchange, if necessary, without restocking fees is a no Brainer! Thanks Dave
