When everyone else was hesitant about fixing my Surface Pro 4s cracked screen, Downtown Wireless took on the challenge and did great! They replaced my screen and repaired my frame. They were highly responsive and knowledgeable! I would definitely go back again

Recently I took my Google 3XL in to have a screen replaced. They attempted to do the repair however the screen they had in stock was defective and the had to order one which would come in the next day. Ok, not a big deal I thought I would be without my phone for a day. I was wrong, they provided me a loaner phone (same number) during the time they had my phone for repair. This offer just blew my mind and exceeded my expectations by a long shot.I would recommend Downtown Wireless hands down. If I ever need another screen replacement or any repair to my phone, I will be going to the Downtown Wireless team.Dont waste your time going anywhere else, especially those mall shops, for you cell repair needs.

Very knowledge about more than just cell phones. Honest and very informative. Took an Xbox One down to them that Microsoft was clueless about and after letting me know what could be wrong and what could be fixed they looked into it and unfortunately it couldnt be fixed but I wasnt charged anything! They saved me the deposit other places wanted just to see if it could be fixed. Saved me money that would have been wasted elsewhere. This is the only place I will take any of my computers, game systems or phones to if I have any issues! Thanks again!

I had an iPhone screen replaced and got quotes from other stores. Downtown wireless was $40 less than the others. The owner was very friendly and the phone was fixed in ten minutes. Excellent service. Edit to the review, a couple days after having the screen replaced, the color on my phone went out, so my screen looked like a negative photo. I took the phone back and they replaced an LCD component. Now, I have an Important Battery Message saying Unable to verify this IPhone has a genuine Apple battery. Health information not available for this battery. The touch screen is extremely hard to use as well. Long story short, Im down the $104 I spent on the repair and new screen protector and I need to purchase a new phone anyway. I will stick with Apple stores for IPhone repairs moving forward.

I had accidently broke the 📷 glass on my S10+, called other places and they were way pricer then these guys. But they got me in and 30 min later and I was headed home. Will recommend to all my friends that need their phones fixed. Great work for a reasonable price.

Needed a battery replaced in a Samsung Galaxy S8 due to battery swelling. Stopped in here after work and was helped immediately by Rami. A temporary battery was installed while the replacement was ordered overnight. Was called the very next day and got everything fixed up and done quickly and professionally. These guys are great. Im very happy with the service, time, and price of service.

Ten stars!!I was having issues with my phone charger not connecting properly, causing the cable to fall out of the charging port. I stopped by Downtown Wireless to see what they could do for me. They immediately knew what the problem was and were able to repair it right on the spot. If you have any problems with any kind of handheld device do yourself a favor and bring it here for repair before you buy a new one. They can fix it for way less than you think!

Had to order battery, but it was an OEM. Went in on a Saturday to get it replaced, and they were busy, so it took a little more time than they first thought. But, the work was perfect, and I couldnt recommend this place more. And it was cheaper than BatteriesPlus that wanted to sell me a knockoff battery.
