I have always said that going to switch out cell phones is akin to going to the dentist. Painful. After today, I take it back.I decided today was the day Im going to take advantage of the great discounts being offered and get myself ready for 5G, for whenever we have it in our area. I got the luck of the draw with Adrienne assisting me. She knows everything there is to know about any question I asked. And when I say luck of the draw, I mean I felt very fortunate. She is the store manager and she knows all there is to know about plans, phones, phone usage, everything. She will work with the customer as long as it takes to have all their questions answered and for the customer to understand what they are buying. She makes sure every discount available is applied to help save money on this costly monthly bill. She told me that my phone would be exactly like my old phone, as far as the installed apps, my contacts, my texts, photos, etc. I had some issues with my last exchange, so I told her I didnt really believe that. She proved me wrong. There is new software that they are using to make the change a breeze. Two hours plus last time was about 20-25 minutes this time for my switch. She stuck with me as I hurriedly verified my new phone and told me I could have as much time as necessary before she wiped my old phone to make sure all is well.My first contact regarding my current phone change was a couple days ago and Hayley was wonderful at answering all the questions I had as well. She changed my phone plan on the spot to instantly save me money from an old plan (quite a bit of money), making room for the costs of my new phone.Im glad I took advantage of these steep discounts when I did and Im really happy with the encounters with staff I experienced. Hayley was a fantastic customer service rep. I went in to upgrade my phone. I had honestly been putting it off for months simply because I didn’t want to go through the hassle. Hayley made the transaction painless. She was very pleasant to communicate with and she is very good at her job. Normally I wouldn’t even take the time to comment on this survey but she deserves to be commended for her customer service. You, as a company, should be proud to have her representing you.
I have worked with Daniel on a few occasions and each time I have done so, have found absolutely no complaints to make of him. He is courteous, professional, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I will continue coming back to B-Movie in Canton because of the level of service Daniel brings to that store.
Quick and easy, no hassle to join Verizon. I used my own iPhone. Daniel switched the SIM card and entered all data. I feel I got a decent deal on the plan I selected. Daniel told me if you have any issues just stop by the store anytime. I’m happy with my experience at the Canton Verizon store.
I have had both good and bad experiences at this store but overall they are good customer service and very helpful.

Daniel was very helpful and personable. He helped us find the right phones and plans for us. And even when the phone we were waiting to get transferred from another store got delayed, he was flexible and helped us adjust our expectations.
Went in here to have two phones added to a family plan and the lady rolled her eyes at me when I was telling her what I wanted to do. And didnt want to help us. They are rude and insensitive to what we were trying to get accomplished. Ended up going over to Macomb Verizon and they were more than happy to help us they took the time to explain things to us. I will not be going back to Canton Verizon

I have been with Verizon for year and have never had a problem, but today I went in to pay my bill and was charged a fee for paying with cash. I find that absolutely ridiculous that we are being charged for using us currency with this company.
Dan was exceptional!! He was so knowledgeable about every product. He helped me pick out the perfect phone for my needs. I am incredibly happy as I haven’t had a new phone in around 4 years! He worked with me to try to make everything I wanted fit my budget. When I thought I had everything I wanted and needed, Dan had just one more deal! I got 2 new iPhones and 2 new Apple watches when the process was over! I am beyond pleased with the product, the price, and the service!! Dan is quite a salesman! He deserves a raise, acknowledgement, and so much more. He is an absolute asset to the Verizon company. I plan to make ALL my future purchases with Dan Fidler!!! He is EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Great service offered by Daniel and staff! We went in primarily to see what plans we could switch to to increase our data plan, and with Daniels excellent product knowledge and offers, we walked out with new phones and plan at a much lower price than I had figured before going in. Just went to pay my bill in the store like I do every month with cash...was told that it would be $3 fee for paying with cash...was never told about this at all...they said it took effect back in Sept but no notice was ever given or any signs about it either...got treated very poorly by Chase over this matter as well
They are very helpful and smiles from ear to ear, even if they had a bad day.

The 5 stars is for Megan. She has a perfect personality and disposition for the work she does. Absolutely wonderful to work with. However Adrian, (a manager i assume) spoke to Megan in a way that should absolutely never happen in front of a customer. It was unprofessional, rude, belittling, and brought the good vibes and wonderful atmosphere provided by Megan to a screeching halt. 5 stars for Megan, 1 star for Adrian and hopefully she can be spoken to about appropriate behavior in front of customers.

Broke the screen on my phone and was eligible for an upgrade so I visited the Canton Digital Store and worked with Brandon B. I was on my lunch hour and in a hurry so I told him what I needed and he was able to help me out and get me out the door in a very timely manner. Left my phone to have everything switched over and it was ready to go when I came back after work to pick it up! He was very helpful and efficient!

I purchased a 6’ iPhone cord from this location approximately 6 months ago and was told it was warranted for one year. The end of the cord that goes into the phone loosened and went bad so I tried to return it for replacement and was told that it had physical damage and they would not replace it!!! Salesman Daniel Fidler is a liar and I would never do business with this place! As you can see from the photo this cord was not abused.

The customer service we received was awesome. All questions answered and rep shared tips with our teenage daughter on ways to use her new phone. From the moment we walked in she made us feel like we were the most important people in the store.
