Purchased a “like new” iPhone from your tech spot. after using the phone for a couple days, noticed that the battery life was very poor. i called Apple technical support and they said I will need a new battery soon as it was 83%. when i called, i could barely understand the man. they wanted me to bring the device back in. why should i have to come all the way back up from green just to get something they should have fixed in the first place!!!!! when you go in, the store is very messy and no organization. maybe this was a one off, but this was a bad experience. they did fix it but no offer of discounts. seems like a lot of the stuff they have or use is returns with bright yellow stickers that say micro on them. there were a few things sitting on the counter so im not too sure that these devices are quality or not.

I paid this merchant $160 to replace the screen on my Motorola Droid Play Z. When I picked up the phone, the employee informed me that the screen had not been replaced properly, but did not offer to fix the issue. The new screen cracked and detached within 3 days. The phone was not subjected to any rough usage during this or any other time. I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of parts, workmanship, and services provided by this merchant.ETA:I took the phone back Monday morning as the merchant requested, and the repair was completed by Wednesday morning. So far, the new screen appears to be well-attached, and the function is flawless. My thanks to the staff of Your Tech Spot making this right, and for their professionalism and courtesy whilst doing so. Cheers!

I am awful with phones and this place is great! I went to get a replacement screen for the the iPhone 8 plus and it was replaced within 20 minutes for under 100 dollars. I had issues with my replacement screen and they ensured me that the screen should be working perfectly. They had to order new screens but they called me when it came and in and even offered multiple different options that I could do in the time being to make sure I was satisfied. My phone works perfectly now and I would definitely use this place again.

Went to get a screen replaced on an iPhone 8+ . There price to replace the screen was $100 + tax. I Think that is to Pricey.

They fixed the broken canera lense on my phone in 1 hr. when my provider said I needed a new phone! WOW!

We brought my wifes Samsung Galaxy S6 in today for charging issues. We were greeted in a friendly manner before we even walked up to the counter, and the gentleman who helped us knew what was wrong (bad battery) even before we finished describing the problem. He even doublechecked to make sure he had the right battery before letting us leave without the phone.Within hours, it was fixed, for less than $90.

I break my phones frequently, without these guys id have to go back to a tin can with a string. Great customer service! Lets face it stuff happens and these guys are fair and courteous. The staff (Lynn is my fav) always gets my phone(s) repaired to perfection with attention to detail as well as timely and at great prices. I also got a new laptop from Warehou5e well below regular big box store prices. I stop by regularly to surf the new stock that comes in regularly.

I spent $220 to get my phone fixed with unexplainably cracked in my pocket. 3 days later my phone went black and wouldnt turn back on.Either they get cheap material or did a lousy job at replacing the screen either way Im out $220 and now have a phone that works worse than it did before I went there. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else

I went in with 3 cell phones, waited around for 15 - 20 minutes before I was even noticed. One of my phones had very little crack in screen. No cant fix it. The other two were damaged more. And was told one of those two could be fixed but would cost over $200 dollars. I walked out very dissatisfied.
