WOW!! How easy can it be to have you iPhone battery replaced! I made an appointment (same day) at a time perfect for my schedule. I even showed up 25 minutes early, no problem. The man who waited on me was so professional, and courteous. He said he could have it done in an hour, an low and behold, it was done. The new battery is working at 100%, all is now well. This is now my second time here, and this time around I decided to write a review. I took my phone here to get my screen (note 10+) repaired (finally),after calling for quotes everywhere else near where I live. I called to get info here since I have been here before (husbands note 10+ screen) and was surprised to find it was the cheapest price. Came, paid for my screen, was advised that all he had found was a black edged screen (I have the aurora silver edge) I was a bit bothered by the fact that my phone was going to be not as its supposed to but I needed my phone fixed, was getting in the way of teachers being able to reach me and curbside orders. But as i was leaving he told me he would keep looking to see if he can find my silver edge screen, and i jokingly said well if you find it, dont call me, I want to be surprised. The next day ( yup, got the screen delivered next day) I went so that he can install it, took just about an hr as he said, and when i opened my eyes 👀 to my surprise I got my silver screen! Thank You Sir! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY PHONE AGAIN! not only have you fixed a broken screen but gave assurance i can read and text back, i can order my curbside without things being taken out or added by my tripped out screen, you gave me peace, and most of all, I can now take and look at pictures of my children on my beautiful all silver phone. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. They we very easy to work with and kept me informed if when to expect my repair parts were in site. My repair was ready at the designated time quoted definitely would recommend them for all your repairs and battery needs.

I’be had my phone fixed in other places in the past and I know its never cheap, but that’s never been the issue. The most expensive thing is the time it takes to get it repaired, and not the work hours going into fixing it, but the time I don’t have my phone. I use my phone for virtually everything, especially my jobs. In previous repairs with other shops it took a minimum of 1 days, and while they did a great job, that is a long time for me to be without my only means of mobile communication. Batteries + Bulbs took me 20 minutes before my appointment and had it good as new in less than an hour! I am super happy and will definitely return to them in the future!

I got my screen replaced for 170 while on phone he said 150 everything seems fine after first day. My only problem is that now my phone doesnt vibrate and I know for fact that it did before because I got a notification before it was fixed and it vibrated. Horrible.. I literally spent 100 dollars on a screen replacement because i dropped my phone, the screen is gritty and it has slow response time. My phone moves at 30 frames. As i’m typing the keyboard is extremely delayed.

Worst experience ever! Took my daughters phone to have them to repair her cracked screen. Friend told me to go there and she said how much they charged her, he charged me $50 more. Phone screen didnt last a week and it started to go black. Took it back because they state 30 day guarantee. Nope ! They dont stand behind their work! Accused her of dropping it again....but the screen wasnt even cracked! My husband asked to speak to the owner, they called someone and he agreed to fix it. 2 months later screen went black again! This time we took it to Best Buy, an Apple certified repair store. They couldnt fix it because a part had been taken out that goes over the battery, they said it was removed and it was never replaced and because of this they couldnt fix it and said I have to go directly to an Apple store....according to Apple rules. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES FROM WASTING YOUR MONEY! Go to a reputable Apple dealer...not crooks!

I had my screen fixed there they didn’t replace the seal to make sure my phone was still water proof and they must of left some screws loose or not put them in because now when my phone vibrates it does not sound healthy probably would find another place next time

Hello, i am not happy at all with the company. i came in for a battery repair and they gave me a defective battery. next i wanted a screen repair and they took out the protective layer that is inside the case, plus they broke my home button and didn’t even tell me. they swapped it with a fake one. Lastly my home button barely works. it takes me out of my apps without me pressing anything. Do not recommend.

My fiancé left her phone on the bumper of my Jeep. After being a pin ball in my lower suspension & wheel, it fell out onto the highway & was ran over multiple times! The front & back of it was completely smashed & cracked. We figured it was done & I was gonna have to buy a whole new phone, since we didn’t have Ins. on it! We were told to take it to the Cell Doc & he hooked us up & fixed it all, except for the camera lens, since he didn’t have one in stock. Fast forward a little bit after ordering us the lens for it, he installs it & then didn’t charge us for the lens! The phone looks like new again as well! Just left from getting the screen of my iPhone XR replaced. Super fast

My phone screen shattered and this was the only place in the area that was able to do Samsung repairs. Everything was fine, they did the repair in the time they stated, but when I recieved the phone, thats where the disappointment started. They made several large cracks on the back of the phone and about 5 days after the initial repair, the whole screen starts falling off.

Had the screen replaced on my IPhone XR. The screen has a cloudy area in the bottom corner of the phone. I took it in for warranty but was declined because there was a small crack in my screen protector. They stated that the small crack that you have to tilt the phone to even see caused the issue and that it was not under warrant because of the damage. Spend the extra money and have it replaced by Apple.

Do not use them. I took my son’s iPad to them and they used super glue to put the new screen on. The home button no longer worked. I took it elsewhere to get repaired and they told me they had to scrape the super glue off and repair the home button.

My friend and I went in for her to purchase a new phone case and she found one she really likes and Ali was helpful. Check out the Cell Doc.

I talked to the guy on the phone and he told me it costs 60 bucks and said it would take 20 minutes. When i got there i told him i called earlier and reminded him that he said it would cost 60 bucks and he then told me no it is 70 and then he said he will do 65 and then he said 60. It then took him well over an hour to fix it even though he said 20 minutes! That shouldnt be acceptable! Hopefully im the only one who had this experience!

My son went to Cell Doc to have the back of his phone fixed to turn it in, and the work was done poorly and expensively. When he went, to trade the phone in, Sprint wouldnt accept it. I called, and the guy who fixed it, could care less that the appearance was unacceptable. Cell Doc does NOT stand behind their work, nor do they possess any bit of customer service skills. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!

The dude dosent know what he’s doing/ talking about. We gave him an iPad to fix, he sent the iPad away because it was “ more broken than thought” he did more damage to the iPad?!? Then 2 WEEKS LATER, he’s gonna say it’s not ready yet. So today I’m going in to give him a piece of my mind.

Great Service. My Galaxy J7 V was run over by a car ( or possibly 2 its a long story). Cell Doc replaced my completely shattered unusable screen in less than an hour for 75 bucks. You would never even tell its a brand new screen. 5 stars. I def could not afford a replacement and didnt want the hassle of trying to set up all my stuff on a new phone anyways.

The guy working was friendly and helpful. Cleaned my janky charging port and got it to work for the first time in weeks within minutes free of charge. I would certainly recommend.

They used a cheap screen after telling me it was a factory Samsung screen, it Cracked less then a week later. I went to crp on Portage, they fixed it with a actual factory screen. You can see the difference in quality. Cell docs screen has a yellow tint over it and cprs screen looks like mine did out of the box. Pay a little more and go to a reputable place.

I went to a few places they told me I couldnt fix my phone and if they could have fixed it that it would had been pricey. I got my screen replaced on my phone a Samsung Galaxy S10 plus I purchased a screen protector along with a case from their store altogether the total for my bill was almost $400. A few months after I got my screen replaced my phone fell from the side of my bed which is about 2 feet off the ground cracking the corner of the phone screen. I called them and asked if they could do anything for me due to the fact I spent so much money and I protected the phone with the materials that they supplied me and a small fall cracked my screen like there was no case on the phone at all. They refused to do anything for me and then I was questioned if I broke the screen on purpose to collect money from them. I was called ridiculous and out of my mind to expect them for any compensation. Very rude hard to understand employees and borated for a lack of quality on their part. Please do not go and spend money at this store it is a hack job and they are rude and do not care for you as a customer.

Went there for a battery replacement after my carrier and THREE other professionals told me it needed replaced. A very rude gentleman told me it is not your battery. When I pushed the issue, he said well Ill replace it if you want me too in a very condescending tone. Also noticed that cases you can get on Amazon for $5 were being sold for $20 on sale. Seems to me this company just wants to line their pockets!P.S. I confirmed my battery issue with TWO other professionals who quoted me a cheaper price than this business.

Bought a battery back in december for my daughters phone. The battery was just a little over a month old. The battery was swollen and the back never went back on properly. Took it back to the cell doc he was a little angry but, replaced it. All in all they fixed the issue fast. Thanks...

I broke my screen for the second time in a month and on a whim decided to take it into that Cell Doc store by the food court in the mall because I didnt feel like driving to Fairlawn to the Apple store. First mistake.I asked if the guy working if they could fix a screen on an iPhone and he said yes. He asked what kind and I told him a 7 and took it out of my purse to show him the cracked screen. He asked if it was a plus. OBVIOUSLY, ITS GIGANTIC.. anyway.. he said he could fix the screen no problem and it would be done in about 10-15 minutes and if I wanted to shop around, I could come back and pick it up. I asked how much, and he said $110 but if I paid cash, he would not charge me tax. I dont carry cash, and I have no problem paying tax. But... big mistake #2 was not walking away at that statement. How shady is that?I walked my happy butt around the mall and for the first time in my life did not buy anything and was feeling pretty good about myself. I walked back into the store and the guy told me he had bad news for me. Since I told him I had an iPhone 6 (I DIDNT TELL HIM THAT), he opened my phone wrong and snapped it. I told him, I didnt tell him that and the only reason hes saying that is to try not to be liable for any damage. I told him I expected a new phone and he OBVIOUSLY refused which I knew he would. I asked for the manager of the store and he said he was the manager. I asked for his information, name, phone number to the store, etc and he refused to give it to me. I asked for the name of their corporate headquarters or for the owner of the store and he told me it was irrelevant. I dont think its very irrelevant. I got extremely heated and it was getting ugly, I had my child with me so I chose to leave because there was nothing else I could do in that situation but argue with this person.I attempted to contact the phone number listed on their website. I contacted mall management. And I also filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General.I realize it is completely my mistake for going there but my phoneless-for-the-next-two-days-self would like to warn anyone else before they go there. DONT.

I highly recommend Cell Doc. Kenan went above and beyond...and I wasn’t even his customer.I needed an iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced and went to one of the 3 places ( I will not name any names) in the mall that replaces screens. They had it done in less than an hour. When I got home the battery would not charge. Took it back and was told they do not repair the internal workings of the phone only the screen. I tried to explain the battery was fine when I brought it in but he said it’s not his problem, only the screen. He recommended I could take the phone to the Apple store (which is 40+ min away) or call the Apple company and have it exchanged. I then went to Cell Doc and explained that there was nothing wrong with the battery...it only stopped taking a charge 6 hrs ago when the screen was replaced. Kenan asked if I could wait until he had a moment and he would take a quick look. The battery was not connected. He connected it and didn’t even charge me for his time. I highly recommend Kenan and Cell Doc!! Thank you!

Got my daughters phone fixed, had to come back two days later to fix the speaker that they broke, and now her phone will not turn on at all and its not because the battery is dead.

Kenan did an excellent job with the repair of my cracked Galaxy S8 plus screen. Its as good as new now. The repair itself only took him 30 minutes to complete. I would highly recommend this shop for cracked screen repair.

My iPhone 7s screen was cracked so I came here to get it fixed. The service was excellent, the guy repaired my phone in 15 minutes and it looked like nothing has happened to it. I would highly suggest this place if your looking to get your phone repaired.

To bad you cant rate under 1 state. Got a sceen protector put on my phone Friday 12-7-18 afternoon, the person that was doing it was having a hard time so I left my phone with him for more than an hour. Picked up my phone and paid and headed to work that night I picked up my phone as I was leaving work to head home and looked at the screen and the protector was loose ( air under about half the screen.) So after working long 14hr shifts all weekend I went to the store Monday 12-10-18 and was not treated fair, was told no refunds ( never asked for a refund) and we will only warranty 1 time. Asked me what I did to it and that it never happens. I spent just under 40 and for some reasons they do not charge sales tax but I paid with my debit card so I had proof of the sale even know he was unable to provide a receipt. After all this I left with the protector resealed to my phone to look and hour later to see that it is doing the same thing.I will just count this as a lesson learned. But NEVER AGAIN !!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE HERE!!Currently at the mall, so why not write a review.. this was long overdue. So about 3 weeks ago, I took my iphone 6plus to this place, my device had a touch disease problem and I called in prior and even asked if they can fix it, I was told yes. So, took the phone in the next day, they told me it’d take about 20 minutes so I walked around and came back, the guy instantly went to charge before I could pick the phone up, I then checked around to see if it worked and it did... for a few seconds, instantly it stopped working, I was told “weird, it was just working”. Well duh. So I did research on the problem before i took the phone in and people all over the internet were doing temporary fixes on touch disease and I asked the guy who was working at the time in he simply taped down the touch ic or used something to force it to stay connected.. he goes “something like that” what do you mean something like that? I was very irritated and obviously they couldn’t fix it but sure wanted that 85-90 bucks. I advise anyone to go anywhere else that has a separate building and actually knows what they’re doing. Took this phone to a place near here and they are able to fix it for cheaper and actually told me what they’re going to do to my phone and and how long.. everything you would need they knew. DO NOT GO HERE!!! (they also have you pay in cash so theres no records of you ever being there.. u get no receipt so if your device breaks when u step out if the store better believe they wont fix it)

AVOID AVOID AVOIDThese guys are cheaper than any other repair shop in the area and I know why. After a 3 hour wait, they handed me my iphone 7 plus back with a non functional home button. They claimed this was my fault somehow. Like I opened it and broke something inside of my phone. I still paid for the screen repair $160 (tax free because I paid cash?) and I took it to the guys in Massillon. They looked over my phone (while I watched) determined the cables on the screen were torn (the screen i just paid Cell Doc to replace) even showed me how they got pinched while closing the device. After they replaced the screen, everything was working again. As of this point, Cell Doc still has refused a refund. They claim there is no record of me being there. Probably because they dont charge tax or provide a receipt for cash payments. Super shady repair shop, Id be surprised if they last more than 6 months.
