The Freehome Publix is absolutely my favorite grocery store. Ive lived in this area for 20 years and its always a treat to visit this location, because of the friendly staff and hometown feeling you get when you shop there. Its never too crowded and the pace is refreshing. You will always be warmly greeted and treated not only as a loyal customer but also as a friend.

Publix in general is a great supermarket. It doesnt offer items in bulk but I think thats what its all about ...to have more unique items. Great staff. Yes to handicap parking.

We had a great experience. The staff is always very helpful. We love coming to this location. It feels like home.

Too often the fruits, veggies and meats don’t make it past 2 days. You have to search hard to find food that is not old, moldy or turning brown. Employees are super friendly. The poor quality of the food just overshadows everything else because it cost so much money to have it go bad so quickly if you can even find anything suitable to purchase in the first place.

Love this publix! Staff is always super friendly, my vegetables and meat are always fresh, and its super easy to get in and out as its rarely super crowded

This a review of the Deli and not the store. Overall, this is a great Publix. The staff is always courteous.If you are looking to get a sub, then you might want to find another location or God forbid go to Subway. I dont know if this is more of an issue that we are wanting sandwiches on the weekend, but the last 3 times we have ordered sub sandwiches we have had issues (the bread we want or items not available).The last time was an order via the Publix app. It was a one sandwich order, we got a call on our drive on the way to the store that they didnt have any ingredients to make the sandwich. The call was a full 40 minutes after the order was submitted, which was 10-minute after the promised time the sandwich would be ready. In the end we we went to Kroger and got a sandwich and some other groceries.You pay a premium to shopping a Publix, but I am rethinking the convenience vs. value of shopping at this location again.

NO MASK MANDATE !!!Store manager doesnt care if customer has a face covering or not.Out of the 9 customers shopping in the store, only 1 had a face covering/mask.The rest believe that they were out on vacation!

Ive been shopping here for a good while and the seafood Dept never cease to amaze me. With recommendations from one of the dept employees I have learned to cook seafood rather good. I just cooked scollaps for the first time last Friday and 2nd time Monday evening and everyone said they were great. I try different items (whatever is recommended and normally on sale) and advised of the best way to cook them. We have been very satisfied with everything we have purchased. The customer service in each dept is awesome at this location.

Great Store

By far my favorite publix. Im in here fairly regularly and they treat me like family. I have my people in the deli, bakery, seafood department, pharmacy and cashiers. The managers are so so nice but I rarely see them as Ive never had an issue at this store. Everything is easy to find its always very clean and smells good. Its a smaller store but they always have everything I need. If you shop the bogos, deals, and coupons it comes out cheaper than Wal-Mart and if you have food allergies or sensitivities shopping here makes life so much easier.

I ordered a bunny cake ove the phone last minute. The bakery girls did an awesome job. Thank you so much ladies!

I like Walmarts prices but Publix has better selection. And the buy one get one free deals are great. At least 5 employees said hello to me as I shopped...almost like they are told to say hello to everyone.

A very well maintained, customer focused store. In comparison to nearby stores (Kroger, Ingles), this is the cleanest and best lit of them all. Selection is very good and they will try and get most products that you reasonably request. Jerry, who helps bag groceries, take them out to your car and does other jobs, is a gem who has been there since the beginning. I also like that this store, and Publix in general, lets you buy one item at the discounted price when it says 2 for $X.XX.

Efficient, helpful staff (tho nobody rivals Ingles people, whose life wish is to delight you!), and bright, spotless stores. If theres a Publix near you, chances are you shop there!

Its clean and almost sparkels.At this location I was in a hurry one night moving quickly thru the store.I hadnt realized my envelope of money had fallen out of my pocket and I ran around in minor shock.. How could I be so careless?I went up to the front and with a panicked face asked a young man if anyone had found it.I had excepted the loss but I had to ask.He looked me in the eyes and asked me the amount.Now came the hope.I told him the amount to the dollar and he walked into the office area and wow he had found it. I reached to get the envelope with eyes of foolishness. Thanks I said and trying to give him a reward he wouldnt take it.I really tried but he said no thank you anyway.This store in Freehome seems cleaner/and more organized and the employees seem so darn happy there like always,its like this each time I shop.Smiles and they know there products and they know there store.I was able to ask him if he collected anything?He said old coins of sorts.I was able to come back to to the store and gave him some nice ones for his honest behavior.All in all Im saying this Publix is a true example of what I need to make shopping a pleasure and not so much a chore .Thanks again all of you for your smiles and helpfulness.

This Publix is always very clean and well stocked. The employees are very helpful and friendly from the deli to the cashiers. There is a feeling from each of the employees that they really want to help in any way theu can.

I just moved here from Dunwoody and this Publix puts the other store to SHAME. Friendly staff, well stocked, clean, spacious and no parking issues. I was so excited when I saw that they sell Elmhurst natural almond milk with no added ingredients - and I have looked everywhere for it. THis will be my grocery store for years to come.....

The people are so nice and friendly. Super helpful and my kids loved the cookies they were given.

Not much to say here. Typical Publix experience. Most of the staff are high-school aged but seem to be well mannered. Clean. Toilet was worn (yellowing toilet seat heavily gashed/scratched) aside from that, not bad.

Bought some gifts for a friend, the bunches of flowers 3 for $12 is a great deal along with some nice dark chocolate.

Truly enjoyable experience the bakery staff as well as the cashier and bagger were all wonderful.

Great customer service and the prices are comparatively lower than the other store around!

Pros: As opposed to some other Publix stores, the packers offer to bring your bags to your car. Cons: Ive bought several expired food items from this store (shelf management needs to be improved), on one occasion the cold cuts I purchased stank foul and gave me gastrointestinal issues (someone likely left out the meat too long at room temperature). Some of the yogurts I purchased from this store also seemed fishy. Cut produce sometimes tastes weird compared to the equivalent Im used to from other Publix stores.
