I would like to commend the staff at the Sherwin-Williams, Ford Rd., Canton store.What I call the triple threat! My first visit I worked with Ryan the manager and he went above and beyond and assisted me with all of my questions regarding paint selection. He encouraged me to come back for anything else I needed.My second visit and I was a little more desperate! Painters were coming and I still hadn’t decided on a color. Jason, a newer employee assisted me and was so helpful and patient. Jason’s shift was ending and Chris stepped in and put the icing on the cake! He listened to me and honed in on what I was really looking for in a color. He looked at my fabric samples and had a great eye. I was impressed with his genuine desire to help. Ultimately I made the color choice but his input really helped! It’s been a few days since the painters finished. We are beyond satisfied with the SW paint performance and the color we chose.I would highly recommend this SW location and thank you Ryan, Jason and Chris for the outstanding service.

Muraad was extremely helpful with my custom color match and product switch due to supply chain issues. He was friendly, informative, and had me in and out quickly after seeing I was struggling with my decision. I had previously walked out of the other Canton store on Ford Rd due to an opposite experience with the same issue earlier that day. I also heard the female employee at the Michigan Ave location offer to go above and beyond for the people she was helping. Great customer service here. Thank you!

Awesome customer service. The rep that helped me today was very patient and took a lot of time to tweak the paint I bought several weeks earlier. He also mixed another can for me for free just in case the old can didnt match. Will always shop at this location. Great store.

Plenty of parking. The hours are cknvenient. They are always right on with tinting. As a contractor I appreciate their expertise. Their prices are the best around for fine quality paint and painting equipment.

Great service and support for a perfect color match. The associate not only fulfilled my request with the color that was written in an old bucket of paint but he confirmed match, notice that although close it was not perfect with his trained eye and he went to fulfill the order with a perfect match taken from the dry paint in the lid of the old bucket of paint that I took to the store. That was excellent service.

The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. They had the stain I needed and he automatically carried it to the car for me. Great customer service that is for sure.

They have helpful, knowledgeable sales people. They are willing to give time to you until you feel satisfied with what you will do with your project. They have sample sizes to take home and try out on your falls. The store is pleasant to be in, well stocked and has friendly coffee bar. Two stores, Plymouth and Canton located in shopping areas easy to get to. I was very impressed with Sherwin-Williams paint stores.

We have used this location for all of the paint we have used for my sons recently purchased home. All the colors have been spot on and in the correct type of paint. During the Covid 19 shut down, they were there, ready for your orders at the door, with safety in mind.

Curbside pick up was simple quick and safe during these times. Although I like to go in to look at the paint squares, looking on line, ordering on the phone and then picking it up curbside was the next best thing

You want amazing paint? Go here! I was skeptical about how good their baseboard paint was. WOW! One coat covered up all the yuck, and it cleans easily to keep it looking nice! Since using the baseboard paint, I have since used SW paint in both of my kids rooms and am currently planning on using it for our kitchen, bathrooms, and family room. When choosing paint for the one daughters room, we went in store with questions about color, and the staff was so helpful in choosing coordinating colors.

This will be my first time painting and my sales guy was magnificent. He knew his paint and made sure to point me in the right direction of what to buy and everything I need. He also pointed out the sale that’s currently going on and how to benefit from all the beautiful colors. I was very impressed and can’t wait to get started painting on my day off. Sherwin Williams has excellent product selection. If you have another product or paint chip and wish to use their products they are able to match the color. The staff at the store is extremely helpful, particularly Virginia. She goes out of her way to make sure you get the product you need. If possible try to go on a weekday because if you go on the weekend you will wait but that is only because they are assisting customers to help them find the proper products for their needs.

Eddy and everyone else is so friendly. They are knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in helping people. Nice to see the same people- feels local.
