We came here about 2 weeks ago after going to every other mattress store in the Belden area. Tim was very helpful and took his time answering any and all questions we had. He helped us find the right bed for our needs and at a price we felt comfortable with. It was extremely low pressure and it felt like he was really passionate about helping us get a good nights sleep. Because of covid most other mattress/furniture stores are running a 4-6 week delivery time but sleep outfitters is running no more than 3 weeks. We were scheduled for delivery at the end of next week and Tim called because it came in early so they delivered our bed yesterday and they set it up free of charge! The delivery guys were very friendly and worked quickly to get our bed set up. We opted for a memory foam mattress with the adjustable base and I don’t know how I lived this long without having an adjustable base. If you are in the market for a new bed I highly recommend going to Sleep Outfitters on Whipple and talking to Tim!
