Worst delivery service ever. Got a laptop shipped to my store, got a notification that it was dropped off and when i showed up to my store it was not there. I called in to see what was going on an all they could tell me was that someone signed for it. To make matters worse while talking to the rep about how he could fix this problem an what they were gonna do the rep hung up on me. So a 1200$ laptop got delivered to the wrong address an they wont do anything! Do yourself a favor an go to ups!

He doesn’t know how much his kindness meant to me, but I hope he reads this and knows it meant the world to me that he took my package and label (I thought I would have to haul the piece of furniture to the post office). I didn’t even know he was even coming to pick it up, but he was so professional and kind. Thank you so much!

I was concerned about a delivery. It was a scam. They went over their procedures, cleared up a scam for me. Nice.

I was scheduled to get 2 day delivery on my package well I kinda did. They never stated I had to sign for it or an adult with photo ID and Had to live in my residence. But the worst part of it all was that they said it would be delivered the second day by 8 pm!!! So I was expected to sit amd wait on them for 7 am till 8 pm!!! And when I called all They could only tell me some time between 7am-8 pm what bs. Even Santa clause could deliver a package in that window of time.

Had NO luck with the 800 customer service number so decided to go to this facility where Ive picked up packages before. Even though my package was FedEx Ground and these guys are FedEx Express (didnt even know there was a difference), they put me on the right track and helped me get my package. Thank you so much!

I retrieved a package without any issues from the FedEx Center after a mixup with the shipper scheduled this package for an incorrect delivery date. I phoned this location and they gladly accommodated my request to pick up the package rather than wait 3 additional days!

I saw the driver pull into the driveway and waited for the door bell. Then the driver left even with a sign on the door telling the fedex driver I was home and please ring the bell, they didn’t make the delivery. There was no door tag left either. Yet the driver said they maid an attempt to deliver. That is a lie.They also didn’t make the delivery when it was scheduled the day before and I received no notification of what happened. Now I am expected to waste another day tomorrow hoping they come. Yep, 3 days waiting for this delivery.

Getting worse and worse to get a package delivered from them. 3 to 5 day shipping has been 7 days and in the last 36 hours my package moved 18 miles.

Im not 100% sure this is where my driver works but its the closest to my house. Not only for Christmas did they deliver my package to someone elses home and I NEVER got it BUT today they left someone elses package on my porch. Of course you can only call the 800 number and the Asian lady with poor connection wanted all the shipping info even though I said I need someone to come to my house and get it and deliver it to the proper address. I am FURIOUS. Meanwhile Amazon delivers to my home with no problem all the time.

I went in feeling frustrated. The person who first tried to deliver my package put the ticket on an obscure door in my apartment complex and I didnt find it until weeks later. However, the fellow who I interacted with was friendly enough to turn my mood around completely. I really appreciated that.

This is a very well organized FedEx shipping center. Staff is extremely helpful and always ready to help you. Ive came to this location a few times and every experience is the best!

So they list all of there drop boxes but none of there actual offices and cant get ahold of anyone on a phone to find out where one is absolutely ridiculous.

This is a great, and convenient shipping location for my business. It lets me skip the congestion of most other shipping locations and providers. I have never had any package issues at all.

Extremely helpful when I was returning my DirectTV equipment. Also, the lady that helped me showed me around the store and showed me which items were on sale. After I told her that Im an amateur photographer, she pointed me to their printing offers and what is available. I will definitely return to this store for more than shipping!

I do windshields for their vehicles and I can say that they have always been very accomodating of our needs for getting the job done.

I have had the most excellent services by the lady Missy, Jay, Kyle whenever I go to ship in the afternoons. I stopped going in the mornings simply because there is a rude lady that works in the mornings. All employees should treat customers like the other 3 do.

Incredibly incompetent. The same exact packaging, same exact company, same house, same purchaser for months and just NOW a signature is required? (On product less than $100). Yet these idiots managed to leave a MACBOOK on my doorstep (Over $1000). So, instead of attempting to deliver at a normal time, that the majority of America isn’t working, they continue to come at 2:00-2:30 in the afternoon. I would choose any possible delivery service over FedEx and will continue to recommend that all of my friends and family do as well.

Absolutely great! In, they packed my items in a box, payment made and out in 5 minutes! Delivery to Maryland in one day. The guys working here are the best.

This was the absolute worst service Ive ever received with receiving mail. I paid $20 for 2 day shipping and the delivery date wasnt set until 4 days. I wait all day from 8am to 5:00pm for my package that requires a signature. I finally check the tracking number and find that it says I wasnt home to receive. I see this call the center closest to me and am told I can pick up between 6-7:30. I drive 20 minutes to pick this package up and am informed the driver isnt back yet. I am told 10 minutes. I wait 20 minutes. Still not back. Wait 10 more. Still not back. I am late to an event because of this. I would never ever EVER recommend them to my worst enemy. I have never had a problem with USPS and am honestly appalled at this whole situation

My experience with the Fedex Center never happened.The website says they are open until 5pm Saturday.I arrived at 2pm and they were closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Window sign says Saturday hours are 9am to 1pm.The hours posted on this website are incorrect for weekdays and Saturday.That sucks.....

I sell alot of car parts online and through ebay that requires shipping of item sizes from 4 to 52 boxes and weigh up to 45 lbs.The fedex drop off location here is always easy to use, very seldom has any line at all. They took they time to help me set-up a fedex frequent shipper account and gave me stacks of shipping paperwork to save me time at the location.Theyre way cheaper than USPS and UPS for shipping to the lower 48 US states, plus you get a reliable tracking number to send to your buyers and so you can track it online. A tracking number is a MUST when using paypal for transactions.Ive never had a buyer complain of items arriving damaged or being delivered to the wrong address or anything.However, they do have a limited offering of packaging to purchase. They never seem to have a box that fits exactly what I need.

They changed my shipping date 5 times, when they finally brought it, they only brought me two of my three packages for a COUCH. They said theyd try and bring me the third package in two or three days. Its been a real nightmare, the delivery guy acted as if I were an inconvenience to him.
