I have to give a huge shout out to two very kind, patient, and hard working Reps from this store. First off I must of called customer care at least 12 times with about 20 hours into trying to fix my issue with having a multi-line service on auto pay. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. It was all a nightmare till I meet Angel at this store. He had about 5 customers in the store at the time. I watched how patient he was no how impatient they were with him. Then he got stuck with my head ache upon which he took over an hour trying to fix. Not once wanting to quit on solving the issue but unfortunately it seemed I wouldnt have the answer till 24 hours later. We ended with him letting me know I could come back if the problem persisted. 5 star service for sure.Well unfortunately the problem continued to plague me after 24 hours. I pretty much was ready to give up on AT&T entirely. Called customer service and they gave me the run around. Slept on the problem for a day and to my surprise I got the first call back from someone at AT&T. Her name was Toni and she was following up for Angel she was making sure I was satisfied with the service I had recieved. This was no ordinary phone call follow up. My issue really mattered to her. She took about 1.5 hrs with me and my problem hammering away at solving it. She issued me a credit for all the time I had dealt with solving this issue. My account was finally in good shape and so was my service. She even called me again today. So thank you above and beyond Toni and Angel your service saved AT&Ts rep from being hit really hard in my 12 year status with their service. God bless you both may life only treat you with smiles and praise.
Ilse was very helpful in changing phone cases for me. I had no idea 7 screws needed to be removed from the new case before it could be opened and my phone installed. This one is waterproof, the previous one was moisture proof, and not after 3 times dealing with moisture under the screen and having to wait to dry it out before I could use it! Thank you again Ilse! 🥳

The Associate ILSA knew what my problem was immediately. I had been trying to get the issue resolved on my phone since April. It is now July. This young woman knew actually what the problem was and resolved it within minutes. I am grateful for her expertise. I will always seek her out if I ever have another problem. Thank you ILSA🥳💐👏🏾.
Ilse is 10/10 in how she represents att and conducts herself. Very kind and understanding. I was bugging out over not receiving my sim card with new order and Ilse was in store alone with multiple customers and was able to calm me down even. Worst service ever. Went in for a service plan. Guy wasnt informed on the plans I was interested in or just didnt want to provide me with answers to my questions. I asked for pamphlet or something to better inform myself of the plans available and the options. Took a drive to the corporate store on Pine Island rd. There I got the service I deserved. I will never enter this store again. Wish I wouldve known before I entered this wasnt a corporate location.

First off. I wanna say Micky has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. He knew what he was talking about and even stayed late to meet my families needs. Thank you Micky for the excellent service. Your going places.Now I’m gonna speak about the Cuban girl. She doesn’t belong working there. She barely knows English and threw Micky the iPad as soon as he walked in. She didn’t even wanna help us. I’m still giving 5 stars because Micky saved the day. I will be sending friends and family his way if they need a plan.
My experience sounds exactly like the review before mine...hum...Cuban girl, nice, went in for, and she agreed they had, was $40 for senior line w/paperless billing and auto pay plus a trade in for the I11 for $10 a month for 30 months. That’s $50 a month. When all was done, my old phone transferred, there for two hours, it’s $65 a month. I complained and got no where. Will be here one month and leaving! Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten and I feel it was intentional. I am calling the better business bureau now that i see the same thing happening to others.It’s shameful
I went into the store the other day and I was absolutely blasted away with the quality of service I got! Mick was absolutely amazing with helping me fix my issue!! He was super professional and courteous. I even mistook him for a Manager at first! 10/10 one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with ATT. Mick represented ATT very well!
Mick is a five star gentleman and very helpful, and thorough if you have any questions. The store is cleaned and sanitized to accommodate CDC guidelines during these times of pandemic. Usually at least two or three reps on the floor to help.
My family had a horrible experience with Sprint and decided to switch. The manager Sara was amazing! She gave us a great deal on our new plan and new phones. She knew what she was doing. She gave us great recommendations for what we needed and helped us tremendously. Her customer service is why we’ll be working with her as long as we can and we’re so happy we switched to AT&T!

I was at the Del Prado store yesterday and today. Your representatives were very helpful. I’m a senior citizen and it’s very difficult for me to understand how the new phones work. Your reps. Ilse, Sara and Hunter were very patient with me. They should be commended for their good work. Then there are some people that cannot pleased.-
I’ve been a very loyal with At&t for the past 2 years and today I went into the At&T on del Prado and spoke with your sales consultant. She shouldn’t give me her name. She was very aggressive and rude with how she spoke to me. I had mentioned that I JUST wanted to discuss pricing details to see if I wanted to upgrade. She caught an attitude once I mentioned I wasn’t positively upgrading my phone. It made me change my mind instantly, and she lost a deal. The way she spoke to me was not the way you should speak to a customer. Very bad customer service. Definitely switching phone carriers.
I was so happy to receive my Samsung Note 10 phone after using my iPhone 11 pro for one year. Overall I had a very pleasant experience starting a new service plan and having the phone activated.
I work at Lee Health Cape Coral hospital and went into the store in my scrubs. The girl who helped me acted like I was contagious and was extremely rude. I was due for an upgrade and my phone had been acting weird lately so I wanted to get a new one before the stores were closed for good. She did not help me with anything to do with setting up my new phone just handed me the phone in the box in a bag after giving me attitude about my account bc it is under my fathers name even thought I knew the password. And the manager was sitting there the entire time not saying a thing.

Shared very useful info/knowledge about the phone I was purchasing that I did not know.I learned something because of her knowledge of the products your store has to offer. I was very pleased!! My Phone recently became inoperable and because it was now 3yrs old, I needed a New phone. Although, I was very impressed and would eventually like to have an S7 unfortunately, at this time that is not feasible. The Sales Associate (Marshall) went through all my options with each and every phone that would fit my needs. He did NOT pressure me or lead me to believe, I needed something that I did not. He was extremely polite and mindful of all the other Customers entering as well. Once I had decided on a New phone, He took care of initiating saving and transferring my Data. While this was taking place, He excused Himself to attend to another couple but, returned promptly and concluded our Transaction. I am very impressed with the Knowledge, experience and professionalism MARSHALL performed His job.. ALL the floor personnel were extremely courteous! Most Customers are always in a hurry.. but, Staff consistently express their appreciation to each Customer for being so patient. Management should also be very pleased. Thank you!
I am a customer service rep myself. I usually give people benefit of the doubt. But my experience here was terrible. I couldn’t believe it. This girl must not care too much about her job. She was vocally rude & passive-aggressive. Asked me why I’m getting upset & in all reality I was not upset at all. She had such a nasty attitude. She must have been having a bad day. But overall worst experience. Would not go to this store at all unless there is improvement with customer service. 1:30 PM 01/11/20.
Had to get a new phone. My Samsung Galaxy S5 bit the dust and was bricked. I should ranked it 5 years ago and avoided all her dramatics departing but tomorrow was always another day. So I lost 3 days Ill never get back upgrading.Who made it so pleasant? My ATT Specialist Neal and my in-store Specialist, Ilsa, (I wanted to break into Let It Go!). That both were superb, making up for my long overdue upgrade!Ilsa was patient with ATT retail support services and thorough. All the staff were cordial, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I enjoyed my buying experience and Ilsa made it easier.Ive been with ATT for a long time and theyre the reason for my loyalty. ~PAJ

Yesterday I visited an “authorized” AT&T Store, located at Santa Barbara & Veteran’s and it was like they were just waiting for the day to be over, neither person seemed to want to assist or help me... with hearing nothing but crickets I left and looked up the closest AT&T store, which is located at 1631 Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral... WOW, what a difference! Both women jumped up to greet me and answer my questions and in 15 minutes!!! (Yes, 15 minutes) I had asked questions about a new phone for my 90 year old mother in IL, purchased the phone, activated the phone, complete demo... and out the door!I have never had such a great experience in a cellular store before! These two ladies know their products, friendly and professional! Exceptional customer service!!!!
Went there to get one phone upgrade, sounds easy...went to the one off pine island and was horrified and almost decided to get a land line. Decided to go to the Del Prado store to give it one more chance before I took my six lines and 15 years of AT&T service to a new carrier, I figured anything would be better service. So I walk in to the most welcoming retail associate I have ever had at AT&T. He listened and tried to guide me to the best phone, he was so good I decided to upgrade another phone, both top of the line. JORDAN made it seem so simple and he did not quit making the experience wonderful for my family. I can not say enough about this young man and we need more of people like him in the service. All the carriers are becoming quite the same and HE made me feel like AT&T cares about your business! Thank you Jordan for making it look so easy!!

Said (sai-yeed) the sales rep was outstanding, and even with constant traffic coming and going he was able to assist us and handle our switch from Verizon in a very effective manner. Just needed a SIM card, but very friendly service. The two associates in the store knew their stuff and customer oriented.
Horrible reception at home, horrible treatment when you go into a store for help and the worst phone help and customer service system of any company. When you call in for help, you get passed to about 7 or 8 different people, yo at least 3 different countries, talk to at least 4 people that are either pretending they dont know what you are talking about or even scarier they truly dont understand your problem. You go through multiple departments, get hung up on at least 3 times and after 4 hours still dont have your problems fixed.
Getting 3 stars for not telling the truth about the direct tv for your phone. Man said I’d pay 10 a month for four months and that was it for the year. Well after four months you get charged a lot more than 10 bucks. I haven’t canceled it yet but I’m definitely annoyed he didn’t tell the truth.
Why I stay with AT&T their customer service is outstanding at the 1 on 1631 del prado boulevard I give a shout out to Mason Christina and the manager Sarah They are always so helpful they will answer any of your questions and they have patience of a Saint I thank you guys so much

AT&T is broken. They make you come in person and nothing is easy. Not one issue or purchase Ive personally dealt with at this store takes less than an hour. Very rarely do I leave this store thinking that was easy. Complete garbage.

Too bad I have to even give this place one star. They are HORRIBLE Thieves! Lie, Cheat & Steal! This store is a complete FRAUD FACTORY! We were loyal Sprint customers for many years and we happened to stop in to just see the difference with AT&T. Marshall Friedline and Kyle Walsdorf were the reps we spoke to and they lied about everything they promised us. They are two of the worst little minimum wage scam artists I have ever seen and I have been in high end sales for 30 years. We bought $2000 worth of phones (2 Note 8s) and we were made promises that our early Termination fees would be covered FRAUD! We were told that for only $10 per month (every month) we would get 60 channels of DirecTV Now FRAUD! We were told no activation fee FRAUD! A bill that was supposed to be $150 per month will now be close to $300 every month. FRAUD! After calling them, they deny everything they promised us to switch from Sprint. After contacting AT&T directly they are not responsible for the individual stores. Gave a $50 credit! Sounds like a poor admission of guilt. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROME THESE THIEVES! We will NOT just end this or let it go until AT&T or SOMEONE does the right thing and fulfills the promises made by their reps. We WILL FIND JUSTICE FOR SCREWING PEOPLE!!! Obviously, AT&T as a whole is a terrible company so far in their response!

I worked there the manager makes the assistant manager do his work while the assistant manager does drugs at work while staff most of the staff was very harassing when I worked there until they learned I wouldnt put up with it! I messed up the computer 2 times but Ali the manager said it wasnt that because there low standard training that real att store do offer allot better training I hear but & quit because the Pakistani manager told me I quit because a girl Lindsey who lies to her costumers allot said she didnt like me & the manger said since she didnt like u know... so I quit I know y thats a bad thing if you go she might give away money like she did while I worked there she gave away money to a costumer for a phone under my name that they couldnt get back for giving him the wrong cash for a phone he got 100$s more for a phone under my name in the computer and he said thats y I told on her so he didnt want me working so I quit there because she didnt like me because I told on her it was under my name on the computer she did it on my name thats y thats bs I worked there for a few months I sold the most phones directv digital life meet all my quotas and bonuses from lg Samsung etc. on of them where doing that I was the best hardest working & I didnt get paid bc I quit tell them to to jump off a cliff! & some up charge accessories for a bigger commission that I never got!

I arrived at the store at approximately 4:00 Marshall was with a customer and the other employees attempted to help me but only Marshall could. Marshall got my paperwork out went to the computer. Another customer walked in and he laid my paperwork done. I have been here 2 hours this is uncalled for.
The guy who was there did not take good care of me, had an attitude the whole time .seemed like another employee had their kid running around the whole time . Did not get good customer service . What’s so ever
