Ive been a GameStop Pro Member and customer for over 13 years And always have a good experience when I go. The employees are always pleasurable to talk to and are knowledgeable in video games in general! I will continue to give my business to them for my gaming needs!

First time today in this location. I will now make sure that this is my go to store, even though it’s an extra 20 minutes out of the way for me, by far it’s the best shopping experience I’ve had in any GameStop location. Your employee Mark was extremely helpful. Quick to answer any questions and help guide us through the store. Just stopped in to look around and kill time, yet ended up spending $100 on a game and Funko pops. Only issue I have had lately with any GameStop is the reduction in the selection of Funko pops. They used to always have a huge inventory and lots of variety, but all the stores locally have drastically reduced the inventory. I’m sure on line has a larger selection, but I like physically searching through all of them, being able to pick which ones I really liked.But back to my rating, just wanted to say Mark is an awesome employee, and definitely makes your shop better than all the rest in the Lee County area

The owner in there looks like a nice person but I give it a 4 star store instead of 5 because 1. Most of the amiibos in there are Zelda: age of calamity type amiibos which most people didn’t care much tbh in my opinion and 2. There’s just a few wireless pro controllers.

Gamestop online botched my order, so I went to the store instead. Assistant Manager Matthew was extremely knowledgeable amd honest in helping me choose the right products for my Nintendo Switch and Xbox. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are passionate about gaming and really patient with answering questions and doing price checks. I was there for a while and got a chance to hear many customer interactions. The staff was impressive.

I dont know who the manager is or who hires the people that work there but they deserve a raise. The staff is always super informed about every game and theyre fun and happy and its always a pleasure to stop in... even when I dont need a game but want to see whats coming out next theyre on top of it. (The staff deserves that raise too;)Very organized store with all the new releases and a TON used games and systems. If youre buying games online and you live in Cape Coral, you should stop it and go to this GameStop and get them your patronage.

I went to Gamestop last night around 815 i always feel bad going somewhere right before they close. I went to the Gamestop on Del Prado to trade in my 3DS & they sent me away because it didnt have the update Gianni i believe his name was went above & beyond last night. Helping me do the update & even using his personal hotspot. We need more people like him he wasnt giving up & was so helpful. Thank you so much

Every time we visit, we find someone friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, so does everyone else because there is usually only one person working. Do a better job at staffing this store so we dont always have a long line.

Best place to buy all your gaming supplies and the people that work here are really amazing they are so friendly and they will always tell you their experiences with the games in the store before you even buy them.

This is a great location. The staff is so incredibly helpful even to my young son. They always have suggestions and answers and if not they find them right away. Love coming into this Gamestop.

Their prices are hit and miss. But I hate more then anything they open and break the seal of every software they sell you. Technically its used product selling it with open or broken seal. Doesnt matter if was previously sold or not. I buy there at absolutely last resort. They should put covers out on shelfs and give you a fully sealed product when you ask for it. Also they are true con artists with what they pay people for their trades.Only reason i give 3 stars and not 1 is because the staff is always friendly and excited about games. They are not afraid to chat and treat you right.

Took my daughter in for an older animal crossing for the wii. The guy working was extremely nice and very helpful. I even bought an extra game and controller.

I went to get the new game kingdom hearts something for my boyfriend when he called in earlier today and asked if I could come in and pick it up for him since hed be at work even though it was a different store than the one he pre-ordered it from the manager Austin said that it was possible and that everything would be fine. So I go in freezing in a line waiting then I get to the register and Amy or whatever her name was red head older woman says I cant buy the game for my boyfriend because he didnt come in previously (when he couldnt have thats why he called instead) in person to say it was okay for someone else to get it. I was on the phone with my boyfriend this whole time and had his game stop card and credit card..Amy is not good at customer service because as she saw I had the phone number of the store that my boyfriend gave to me just in case and his cards to get the game while on the phone with him!!! I dont know if she didnt like me or what the issue was but if the manager Austin says its gonna be okay and there wont be any issues then Amy makes it a big issue theres something wrong here. I am not happy and will never go to this place ever again dont even wanna do busisness with any of their stores. This game stop needs work with their customer service and maybe some cultural training too.

This Gamestop is pretty good, even though it may not always have what youre looking for, the employees can order what youd like. Very helpful and friendly workers, as well as the manager.

Staff is incompetent. I bought insurance for my playstation 4 and the playstation was storm surged and now they want to charge me because the 500gb was discontinued but when I bought the warranty they told me it would be replaced no problem.

Never pre order anything from this store. They will tell you they called you to say it arrived and that I never called them back within 48 hours (even though its a business phone) so they sold it to someone else (their friends or themselves).
