I believe my reps name is Car, He was great with me. He helped me find the phone I wanted and the right screen protectors and cases for the phones I bought. Unfortunately they were out of my phone and had to order it but I got to take my husbands home. I miss the old days when we hardly had to pay anything for a phone lol.
Waited my turn watched this guy spend over 30 minutes with a very pretty girl he was nice and charming. Well because I’m m old he had no time to help me very short and condescending, wouldn’t even show me cases he wanted me out!! Never again!!!!
Absolutely horrible customer service. We were treated as if we were a burden, and we chose to leave rather than even try to receive any service. Very sad that we pay as much as we do for our phone service and we are treated in such a manner.
First experience with this store was a few months ago and Laurie helped switch our service over from ATT. She was fantastic. Service is excellent. Second experience was again with Laurie who helped straighten out a problem with the two iPhones I preordered. Billing got screwed up and Laurie sorted it out. She even stayed after her shift was done to be sure it was done correctly. Excellent customer service, smart young woman. A pleasure to deal with. Thanks also to the store manager Lucy, who assisted. Very happy customer.
The Manager Mike always makes you feel like an old friend when you come into the store,-which is such a nice touch! He is very interactive & concerned that your experience is a great one-WOW!Well the “team” here always goes over & above with any needs that you have! The employees that work here are either unaware of Verizons own policies, or are willing to mislead customers as long as they open new lines. I opened an account for myself, and later my family wanted to create a plan too. I believe the employee we saw was named Manny, the only Spanish worker at the store. He said for it to be under their name, they needed to make their accounts separate from mine. He said we couldnt merge them in-store, but we could merge them immediately after leaving by calling customer service. Turns out he was wrong. Theyre now telling us we must wait over a month to merge the accounts despite him clearly saying we could call customer service ourselves and to get it done. The waiting period was never mentioned, and had they mentioned this waiting time we wouldnt have opened the other lines at all. I now see why he didnt want us to merge it in-store. This will cost us much more because now we have to pay for two separate accounts, but Im sure he didnt mind since he gets to boost his numbers for the month. Theyve already said they cant refund the difference when the accounts are finally merged too (assuming there are no further problems). Pretty scummy behavior, which I shouldve expected since he signed us up for the most expensive plan and most expensive insurance without even bothering to ask us what we were looking for first. He seemed much more concerned with getting us on insurance and getting their accessories deal than anything else (I guess spending $150+ on accessories is considered a deal by Verizon). When we came back in to try and fix this issue, another man, a blond, handed me the store phone and walked away just so I could hear the same thing from customer service. Everyone at this store and over the phone has been unhelpful and misleading. If we werent already locked in, we would immediately cancel our plan and switch to a more helpful provider
I went to this store due to my phone being stolen 8/15 around 2:30-3 and met with Caelyn he was absolutely terrible. I will never return to this store refused to help me pretty much pushed me out the door and didnt want to help in any way. He told me to call and do everything myself! Even setting up a new phone. Do yourself a favor and drive to the verizon store down the road off of Viscaya they were wonderful and was willing to help me. Also this store is so terrible you cant even call to get ahold of anyone! Dont waste your time or money in this store.

I had to exchange a case and 2 technical support issues. They are working by appointments only, which would have been fine if the store actually had a person that would schedule one for me. The calls gout routed to the main Verizon line even the one time that I was lucky enough to get a store employee on the phone. The Verizon operator even had a difficult time and she was being very helpful. The store was very careful about social distancing rules and the employees very nice. As for the tech support, he had to keep using Google, which Id already tried. I walked out with the correct case and the number for tech support. Good place to shop for accessories but dont expect much help for any phone issues.

This location has the worst store manager I have Ever encountered! I purchased a new phone on Jan 9,2021. I paid 500.00 cash and 139.09 on my credit card. After changing my mind, I cancelled the phone purchase. The phone shipped to the Verizon warehouse in Fort Worth Texas instead of my address. Which did not allow me return the phone to the store for a refund. After 20 or more calls to Verizon, which take at the minimum of 1 to 2 hours and at least 4 or more trips to the store. I have no refund! The store manager on February 22, 2021 basically walked me to the door yesterday asking me to leave! He told me again, my refund could take up to another 3 weeks . This is absurd! Yes I was furious and loud, I do apologize for that!

The manager staff is horrible especially LUCY,I went to the store with a issue about a BOGO that 1 suppose to be free, she said that she will take care of the problem but everytime that i went she said she will call me i never got the call. I went to the store more than 4 times and she never resolved my problem when it was they mistake in offering something that was free but i still paying for it.The sales person told me that if i switched plans and port in a number the phone will be free, on the 3 month went back to ask why am paying for my free phone Lucy the manager said she will take care she never did anything or got a call back, i went to the 2 more time and she still didnt resolve the issue. Went back again to found out 6 month later that was a big lie that they cant do anything to help because i took to long.. is not the 1 time i have issues with this store

It was a great experience. I went in just to gather information on offers and plans to switch from other providers, no decision made yet. I was so impressed with the proactive and knowledgeable staff that I decided to switch right there and then. Plus their stock of devices and accessories is impressive.
I arrived at 7pm to cancel one of my 3 lines that I am no longer using and stood there for an hour only to receive glares from the 4 employees inside. Also overhearing one woman say to another employee doesnt he know were about to close?One employee was even sitting on her phone to avoid helping me with a simple task.
We have purchased several phones, iPads and other devices at this location over the years. However since the plandemic, service has gone way down hill.Upon arrival at the store you are greeted by a Branch Covidian, who will not allow more than 1 person in the store at a time. You are instructed to wait outside. Mind you this is Florida, where it is literally 100 degrees and raining.After waiting like an hour for Verizon to service the 2 people ahead of you in line, you will probably give up and go elsewhere. Unless you are a loyal customer who will make an appointment to come back the following day, like we did.Upon returning at our scheduled appointment time and waiting in line again, we were informed that the staff at Verizon could not touch our device, because of the Covid.This would have been great information to know, before wasting 2 hours of our lives waiting to get our device fixed.I understand the need to protect your team members and the public at large, but your service is ridiculous.
Ive had good and bad experiences with Verizon over the years, but my interactions with employees at this store have always been positive. I stopped in a few days ago because of an issue with my phone. One of their reps, Robert, met me at the door and asked what he could help with. In under 5 minutes hed verified the problem, had a replacement phone ordered, and got me on my way. Fantastic customer service and so much easier than dealing with someone online or over the phone.
This corporation has such bureaucratic processes and anti-consumer actions in their processes that I will definitely be looking for a new cell phone company
Worst experience of my life. Sales woman insured me activation was easy by yourself. charged $40 per line two lines for activation. Been working on it for 5 hours. Still have no service on either my old phone or new one. This is a business account with multiple lines. No support from Verizon and missing important business calls every minute.

I bought new phone with contract but was told by employee that he was too busy to set up new phone. I took the phone home and tried to set it up, but to no avail. Went back to Verizon and said I couldnt set it up, so take it back. It probably was more work to return it, employee set it up. He breezed through the commands and set my phone up in less than 10 minutes.
They have a bad attitude. All they want to do is sell you a new phone. They rush you out if looking for help on your phone.

After a bad experience with a Verizon retail store in north fort Myers, I came to this store for help. Everyone was happy to help me out with no issues. They are very knowledgeable and from now on will be my go to Verizon. People that work there truly know the value of customer support.
Store was the best part. Big and nice restrooms. Cute little area for kids while you are waiting. The person who helped us out though got us what we needed but acted bothered to help with additional questions.
So far my experience today has been the worst. The lady claiming to be the supervisor at the store pretended to helped me by calling the number to reinstate a suspended line triggered by an upgrade of devices. It was close to 5 pm so at that time customer service quality evaporates. She was useless. Will never return to that store on Pine Island Road and Pondella.

I have been a Verizon customer for 17 years and this is the worst store I have visited. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted but just wasnt sure of the color. The sales rep refused to show me the model in white because they didnt have one on display and only had boxed units. I was about to spend $1300 on a phone and really wanted to see all of the 3 available colors before I made my mind up so I had to settle for the black model because it was the only one on display that I could actually see very well. The other one the whole back covered with security hardware. After purchase the rep didnt even open the box and power on the phone so I could start using it. He wasnt rude but wasnt friendly or really interested in selling anything and had a smart attitude. Heck, I didnt even get a bag for my purchase. Just sent me out the door with a box in my hand.
Riped off at Verizon store at the Florida fair. It was by design and all the workers ganged up on a 69 year old man and wife. Bait and switch. We left and went to local Verizon. Alix at local is trying to fix the mess, hopefully not forced to Morgan and Morgan. A very bad experience, all Verizon workers at the fair were liars. Fortunately they put it in writing.
Awesome store! Added a new line and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! No pressure to add all the extras, they even made me aware of ways to save money on my bill. After leaving with a new phone and new line, my bill was actually cheaper than when I walked in! Great managers there, highly recommended!

Great experience. Steve is very knowledgeable and definitely a people person. I hope you get to meet him. I also liked the greeter at the door. They put your number in their computer and when it is your turn, it comes up on the phone. No one was disturbed by interruptions and people yelling next or whatever.
My last two visits there were regarding some issues with my Galaxy S9. Seems like since I wasnt there to purchase a new phone (no commission maybe?), I didnt get very good service. My problems werent resolved, and I felt like they couldnt get me out of there fast enough and therefore on to a new potential customer.
Three times I’ve been there to make large purchases. First two employees I dealt with sucked when it came to customer service.They were bad, I felt like I was bothering them. Only reason I went back to the store was it was the closest store to me.This last time I had a attentive knowledge sales person. Nice surprise.

I was greeted and waited on as soon as I walked in. I needed a new screen protector or upgrade my phone. All my options were explained. My best option at the time was a new screen protector. I purchased one, it was installed and I was on my way. Very nice people to work with.

On August 14 I purchased an Apple Watch from this store. the sales person, Cathy, knew nothing about the watch or about I phones at all so she turned me over to a ‘team member’ Amber.. I bought the best Apple Watch cash. Amber connected my new phone to Verizon service with the explicit understanding that I would return for help a few times as it is new technology for me. I Left in an hours time with minimal instruction. The next day I returned to ask how to work the 911 option. Amber YELLED at me that I couldn’t just walk in for help and couldn’t I see that they ‘were slammed’ and she already spent an hour with me yesterday! I was shocked and wanted to return the watch right then. Jeff came over and told me I must call Apple. I called on the spot in the Verizon Store and was treated well by the person at Apple. Was all that necessary when my question was answered in 1 minute on the phone with apple? I will never return to that store and came very close to dropping Verizon in favor of ATT!Today I went to another Verizon Store to have My contacts erased and re installed which Mindy did without equivocation . Mindy gave me my confidence in Verizon again however NOTHING could get me back into the corporate Store at 1803 pine Island Road in Cape Coral .BUYER BEWARE. Do not go with Verizon they do not keep up to there word and screw you blindly out of money. I used to love Verizon I had them for years YEARS!!!!! Till they ripped me a new one by charging me 130 for a plan I had cancelled and was told by staff everything was good !!!! And before that when I had a problem with the phone I had got it wouldnt work properly and Id come in a few times asking for help and they acted as if they were to busy for me this happened for 4 days in a row so I terminated the service and I returned all the items I had got with it and didnt get anything back for that either. Verizon you lost me and my family and friends and anyone I know for future business unless something is done!!
I have been a verizon customer for many years. This store is closest to my home so I go there when I am changing phones or need assistance. Service has been mixed at best. Some techs are really great like when my husband got his new phone. The young man was patient, knew his stuff and was fun to work with. He indicated they also put Zagg screen protectors on if we needed them since they are difficult to do, particularly for curved screens and for those of us who dont do it regularly. So, when I needed one put on and brought a warrantied protector to the store I thought it would be a quick stop. The young lady assigned to me immediately had an attitude. She indicated they only did them as a courtesy, asked me to take the case off, proceeded to clean the screen, then asked me to put in my code so she could turn off the phone. She got snippy when I swiped the code, stating she had just cleaned the screen. When I saw a speck and mentioned it to her, she got angry and asked if I would like to put on the screen protector myself. She then proceeded to tell me she knew what she was doing, would I tell someone changing my oil how to do it, and then told me she couldnt talk since she had to concentrate on her job. I was livid and told her a good customer service person could have made light of my comment and just said she saw the lint and shes got this. She worked on the screen for awhile, continuing to chastise me and stress this was a courtesy service and then suddenly left with the phone and went to a back room. About 5 minutes later she came back, gave me the phone, rudely thanked me for coming in and said to have a good day.Please talk with your staff. This is not the way to treat a customer and for what I pay monthly for Verizon service I shouldnt be made to feel bad about asking for a screen protector to be installed.Again, kudos to the nice young man who helped us last time but service there is more bad than good in general.May look to AT&T if service doesnt improve.
I came here before and the lady was super helpful and friendly. On the other hand they are extremely expensive! I went there today to get a new battery for my IPhone because my battery dies within minutes of being off the charger. Apparently Verizon doesn’t sell phone batteries lol. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you want good customer service DO NOT GO HERE . This is just the latest bad service account Ive got for this location. I walked in and bought the buy one s10 get one free . Walked out with the free one but had to order mine Paid almost $20 for next day by 10:30 a.m. 12 oclock comes and I call Verizon 1 800 # And the guy says they havent called u yet? I said for what? He said the order failed yesterday and never went through they should have seen that! I asked how did we walk out with the free s10 e he said omg are u serious u left with a phone ? . I am currently on hold while typing this trying to figure out how I paid almost $200 in taxes for 2 phones and still sont have both. Another instance I had here. I walked it years ago for an early upgrade for 2 phones the guy sold us two new phones and said the way it works is we activate these with 2 new lines then u call next month to cancel the old lines and youll be all set. Well that was a load of bull ! So needless to say we got stuck with 5 lines for 3 people and were forced to buy out the old phones for just under $1,200. Verizon did absolutely nothing to look into that matter. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS U LIKE BEING TOLD BULL ISH!. SOME of the people at this location are friendly so Id hate to ruin it for them but if you can avoid going to that store I would suggest you do so. Otherwise ask them to write down every quote,price or deal they offer you and allow you to keep that paper so WHEN everything goes south (and it will go south eventually) and u call to fix it youll have proof of what your were told at the time.

Music too loud in the store. I felt like I was at the wrong store. The first question the clerk ask me after I told her what I was there for was did you buy it here. Its Verizon does it matter? I spent over 2300.00, you park me at a phone and walk away. Not good customer service....
