Very friendly ladies and very helpful too! Two of my sons needed new phones and they got everything ready for phones and had to very easily add stuff from old phone and done. Made it so easy with buying new phone for first time since we got these phones. I will go to Boost Mobile store for anything else with Android phone.

I went into have my phone activated in the woman in there said that my phone was not eligible for the 10 or $15 plan it was only available for new phones even though its a bring your own phone plan that I was going to have to pay a minimum of $35 and $15 activation fee I decided not to have my phone activated there instead went outside called boost mobile and viola.... My phone bill is 15$. the one the women inside that store are con artists and will shake you down for everything they can possibly scam out of you with lies and deception. I wouldnt trust them and I highly suggest that you tell to find another store

I can only say only say since the phone is never answered it must be the absolute worst customer service of a boost store on the East Coast of the United States

Store was closed at 10:30AM when they supposedly open at 10AM garbage

Unprofessional. Have tried calling about 80 times and no answer and when I finally went to leave a voicemail it was full 😠

I love this store! The girl that works there is really nice and knowledgeable. She was able to do my screen replacement in less than an hour. Now my phone looks like brand new. This is definitely the spot to get your phone fixed!

They are never open during business hours. The sign on the door says they open at 10. I went there at 11 and they was closed. Called a few times and it goes straight to voicemail.

Worst boost mobile. ever. The interior is severely outdated and rundown. the staff is very unprofessional. They scam at this store! Most of the reviews are FAKE!! They log into the new customers phones and give themselves 5stars! Don’t trust them for one second. They’re also never open during business hours. Save yourself some time and go to the one on Santa Barbara and veterans. Giovanni is the best! Very helpful.

Sign says open. Hours say open until 7pm. Handwritten sign on door says be back in 10min. I waited 30 and no one. Texted the phone number on the sign and response back was won’t be back until tomorrow. Well I won’t be back. Very unprofessional.
