First of all...they do NOT anseer the phone. How can you rin a business like this? I called 3 times for a 31 rings and hanged up by itself. Called corporate office they give no answer and after 25 minutes wait.

While I have found most of the staff there to be knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, the store itself needs to have seats...not footstools for customers to wait. You will wait...while there are 4 terminals to do business..never have I been there when more than 2 are being used. Just creature comfort for those of us that have difficulty getting up from sitting at floor height.

Tried to return equipment but Jamison changed sim card {his idea when i came to return phone and tablet . The phone had no reception . So then when I came back again to return it I had 4 employees and manager around me angry that I was returning again . I am 66yrs old lady I found this behavior to a customer abusive !This change the sim card was to put me off to be over the 14 day return period so they can charge me for a phone that I had no reception . Never again will I do business with t-mobil !

This store is the best in cape coral. i have gone here more than 5 times and have gotten help by different people. the last visit the manager helped me and was wonderful, the staff are friendly and professional and take care of you quick and painless. if you ever need help come to this store, and its a plus that the store is always spotless.

I went in to have a problem with my SIM card fixed and I was in and out in 5 minutes - on a Friday after work - Had no service for 24 hrs but Christian (who was extremely helpful) fixed it immediately and I was on my way. No charge, no wait, no problems. Very happy with this location! Thanks Christian!

The staff was extremely friendly. I was on the phone with a customer service representative forever. It was just an incredible amount of time only to find out I could have done the same thing from home. Great compliments to the store staff. Maybe they should go into customer service and make it more efficient.

I came into the store with all types of issues.. I had a payment to make because my old debt card was compromised and my auto pay stopped. Also, i was having a HUGE problem submitting my Veteran Status paper through the T-Mobile website. Aldair (the awesome Customer Service Rep at the store) took care of everything for me! He called corporate directly on my behalf to get my vet paper work in the system once he verified it. And he help me set up my autopay with the new card! I was super impressed. So I paid my bill lol what a headache, totally resolved by a true professional.

This store is horrible. Nobody knows anything. Just switched carriers from Verizon and am seriously regretting it. When I got my phone I traded my 6 plus in and upgraded to the 7 plus. They didnt have the silver color I wanted so I settled for the rose gold in the meantime. I ordered the silver color through their customer service line 611 (which is horrible also). The lady specifically told me that once the phone gets delivered to me to take it into the store and they would give me my $228 down deposit back for the original one I got and that it would just be applied to my first bill for the other one. She did notify me that I would have to pay a $50 restocking fee and I was fine with that, even though its ridiculous they make you pay for simply switching a color. Anyways, I went into this store and not only did I have to wait almost an hour to be accommodated but they had no idea what to do in regards to the situation and spent about an hour trying to figure it out. Then after all that time they proceeded to turn around and tell me Were gonna have to send you to the Fort Myers store because we are unable to make any authorizations and cant give you that money back I asked why and he said because they werent corporate and that only the manager at the Ft. Myers would be able to take care of it. So....... I finally get to the store in ft Myers and explained everything they told me to the guy that works there and he said they couldve done it they just send everyone over to us. Long story short it was nice to know that theyre too lazy to do their jobs and this has been nothing but a big ******* HEADACHE.!!!!!!!!! Will no longer come here.

1. There is nowhere to sit inside the store.2. My husband went to pay our bill. The chat robot on their website said we owed X amount. 2 hours later at the store my husband was told a completely different amount. The person he spoke to said pay $600 or else were not helping you. We dont even owe anything close to that amount.3. Just found out Ive been paying an equipment fee for the past few month for a phone thats completely paid off.4. DO NOT SWITCH TO T-MOBILE! Its horrible service! Cell phone coverage, employee service at stores, and even customer service when you call their 1-800 number.

In 2016 we purchased a galaxy Prime with a 3 month data and phone package. In 2017 I went to the local T-Mobile store on Santa Barbara in Cape Coral to see if I could get the phone un-locked. I was told by the staff at the counter that this would be no problem since we had not used the phone since March of 2016 and they gave me a number to call. When I called they told me I would have to purchase another $100 in order to be eligible to have the phone un-locked. It is apparent that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The sales clerks just want to sell and customer service after the sale is not something that T-Mobile cares about.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever gotten from a cell phone store. They were supposed to have ordered me a new phone on Sunday for me to pick up at the LATEST on Tuesday. After many calls to them & corporate, they say the phone is there. After work I drive 15 minutes to get it and was told that they made a mistake and it was for someone else. Then, I go home & call 611 again.. they cant do anything. I use this phone for personal & work. I am going on day 4 with no phone and meaningless, unintelligent conversations with their Customer Service Reps

Wasted 3 HOURS at this location transfering my info from 1 cell to another. I even left my phone there & came back, all for nothing. The rep that was helping me decided that she wanted to do it her way. In those 3hrs, pretty much nothing transferred on to my new phone. It was a complete waste of my time. Finally she did what I asked her to do since I initially got there thru the switch app. In less than 20 mins I had all that I needed. I trully feel that these reps need more training & if they dont know what they are doing, they should listen to someone that does know. Also a little common sense does not hurt !

The past 2 times that I was in this store I have received the worst service. The staff did more talking and screwing around then they did helping customers. I think her name was Michelle, red dyed hair caucasian girl with freckles and I forget the short hispanic busty one, Maydin or something, both were super helpful with my difficult problem and are multitasking machines helping multiple customers at once. Very impressive, as with the rest of the staff, but those two girls helped me directly. Great service.

I had a incredible experience at this store. I came in with a problem with my Galaxy Note 5; which was a defect with my phone, and Michelle B. went above and beyond to take care of the issue. I walked out with a brand new phone. She and the rest of the team in that store are wonderful. Tmobile should send all new employees to this store to learn how to take care of customers. I only say that because I have had really bad experiences at other stores. Thank you Michelle for taking care of me with a smile !! This will be my goto store from now on. :))

Had an amazing experience this afternoon at the store. Walked in upset as I had a new broken iPhone 6s. Walked in a was warmly greated by Bryan (store employee), waited a lil till my term to be helped.Again I was helped by Bryan, he proceeded to make the missereable broken phone replacement expense that I dreaded into a pleasurable new phone upgrade experience. He provided me with a lot of helpful advice and I ended up upgrading to a NEW iPhone 7plus. Thank you for hiring people like Bryan to take a little extra time out and have compassion for their customers by putting the customer first!!!Please do your self a favor and go see Bryan for all your cell phone needs, as he will go above and beyond to help!!!!!

This T mobile store is the best by far... I have been a t mobile customer for well over 10 years and the crew that was there on Tuesday the 18th was on it. From app use to phone upgrade they had it covered. I actually received a call from the new store in fort myerd offerring promos upon promos & i gladly stated that my business was in Cape Coral & staying there... thank you again guys... P.S. I bought a phone, but the reception was terrible. When I brought the phone back, I was told I had to call and send it from home. When I called, I was told I had to bring it to the store....then I was disconnected after talking/being on hold with someone for over 40 mins. So now the 30 day free trial....will cost me at least $100 and 3 hours of time on hold and driving around town.

I consider that the sales representative named Paul García deceived me by offering me a Samsung Galaxy A 12 phone for the price of 212.00 usd, when in reality the price of said phone, which was not on display at that time, is 149.00 (On sale ).First, he charged me 212.00 and then he provided me with the service.When I found out where I had hidden the proof of payment, it was already in my house and thats when I realized the scam: He included the Sceen and the phone protector in the price of the phone, without my consent and in a deceptive way.Since then I have been calling insistently to communicate with the owner of the store, but Paul himself always answers me saying that the owner is not there, etc, etc.If anyone reads this comment and knows how to contact the owner please let me know.
