Clean and friendly service in store. over the phone customer care leaves alot to be desired. absolutely horrendous treatment. I suggest going into the store to get the best service. the only reason its a 5 star rating is because I rather not penalize the store.

I would like to know why this company is ok with having maint. done for days on end without a heads up to their customers. If their office internet went down by their maint. team for a single day they would tell their staff and prepare for it. But shutting down my business multiple days in a row (with no notice) for tech is fine by them. No wonder this is the one of the worst/most hated companies in the country

The customer service is OK it was fine but the only thing I didnt get my 800MB goodbye and all of a sudden I got a call for the Philippines the next day and they change my whole contract Im planning to go to Comcast nonetheless I gotta get the manager to create me a call and give me my price that I was supposed to get other supposed to get other than that I would change my stars

Went about changing tv to Xfinity and was told I MUST have Comcast internet, no explanation except to say tv wouldnt work without it. Comcast does not work where I live, I tried it. Then I was told I should be streaming my tv anyway!

I sent my daughter to het help activate a line that we brought from Sprint. The woman that my daughter spoke was rude from the beginning. My daughter asked her to speak with me over the mobile phone that she had on her. She got on the call. Didn’t let me speak. Was extremely rude an unprofessional. Its disappointing that such a big company like Comcast allows such a low Custumer service skilled personnel to be in the front of the store. Her and her red hair should be open up box in the back of the store.

Employee Tracy did an excellent job of addressing my issues. Had to cut costs, couldnt keep package or afford penalties for reducing service. She worked it all out in a timely manner 😊 Wish prices were lower, but service is excellent.

The store associate that helped me was Howard. He was more than just polite. When I explained my issue, he didnt just listen to my rambling, he heard me and resolved my issue without trying to up sell products or services. Thank you Howard!

I like it. Ive seen customers and employees get frustrated here - mostly customers. Being the only Comcast store in the cape, its always busy. And, when they first open, all the early risers are in line, and theyre cranky. When someone walks up to the start of the line, the entire line gets upset and complains. Even when an employee explains that the customer has an appointment, people still bicker. Ive seen customers occasionally argue with each other. I have no idea what the employee pay is here, but whatever it is, it should be higher. They have to have a lot of patience to put up with the crowds of people that show up each morning.But the employees generally maintain a calm and professional attitude, and do their best to move the line along. When its your turn, theyre swift and straight to the point. Ive been there twice now, and each time, theyve gotten me taken care of within a couple of minutes. So I think they do a great job here.

My mother who has MS an is in a wheelchair ♿ dropper her remote an accidentally ran over the tip of the remote. We both had covid when I had to drive all the way to the store. I wavied several times at employees an they just ignored me. I was Im front of ten people that got taken care of before I had to open the door an tell them Im Covid-19 positive an I need a new remote. The heavy set guy that worked the front desk checking people in kept letting people go ahead of me when Im try not to go in or touch anything because Im covid positive. Very lazy an unconsiderable staff. I was not happy sitting in 100° heat outside to make sure I didnt infect anyone else. I had to go into the store an yell at someone for help then walked back outside waited a few more minutes before someone helped me. There are thousands of people that need jobs, if this guy cant do his property Im sure someone else would! Xfinity whats going on??? We been with you almost 12 years straight!

Service goes out at least once every other night. Customer service was no help. Only reason Im using this company is because there is no other that offers above 25 mb/s internet. There is a 1.2 terabyte data cap or u can pay extra to not have one. This is ridiculous in 2021 to have a data cap. Gotta love monopolys

Went in there recently to return equipment and they have a tent outside with a line that protrudes to the parking lot. Rather unsafe and the need a better system. But other than that the staff was friend and helpful.

This review is for the technician, Zack, specifically who finally got my home hooked up after a couple of unproductive appointments by others. Zack was very polite, very efficient and very professional. I feel blessed to have had my install done by him today. Comcast is lucky to have him as an employee as far as my experience went.

Xfinity customer service is absolutely ridiculous. They do everything they can to keep you from talking with someone on the phone to get a problem solved. The automated service is for paying your bill, or seeing how much you owe. Infuriating.

Xfinity Store: Cape Coral, Fl. Sams Cub shopping Ctr. Cashier # E97 time 3:09 is when this employee caused my raise in blood pressure 180/120 that produced chest pain. Did not show any concern for my issue, no empathy, sorry, bad but did show indifference if I left Xfinity as a customer he could care less. Did not try to help & it was a horrible experience if management would like to speak w/me please call Richard.

I visited this store today to see what we could do with my upcoming end of contract. My daughter and I was greeted nicely and assigned to see Anika. She was able to answer all my questions and able to thoroughly explain the different options available. Anika was extremely friendly, knowledgeable of all products, and diligent in explaining the extent of our new plan. The customer service she showed was nothing short of stellar! Great job!!!

Returned equipment and was never credited. I have been disputing the charges for 3 months and so far no satisfaction. The representatives seem to be constantly lost and always referring to the notes and never understanding what happened... Unfortunately I am due over $200... They are truly a monopoly... Isnt that illegal????

I must have talked to 6 different people about what is involved with installing cable at my home....I received 6 different answers. Plus, when the installer arrived at my house, he wasnt even able to complete the installation. And, Comcast took my $50 immediately to schedule the installation, but it took them a month to refund my deposit when the installation was not completed.

I had a great experience with this place today. In and out. Dropped off 4 boxes, downgraded my service and picked up my new single box. Friendly staff, clean lobby, short wait. You walk in and are greeted with a smiling face to sign you in. A few minutes later they call you to your rep and move through the process. What a welcomed change from the last location.

Terrible service. The agent who is middle aged thinning hair and wears glasses was not only reluctant to even help but he made it obvious he didn’t want to help us at all just bounced us back to their call center and told me we don’t do that here I could call and put you on so you can talk. This was his response after I asked if he could possibly call his own tech support to assist a client whose been loyal and paying over $500+ monthly for internet, cable and cell services we are HIGHLY dissatisfied and disappointed that this place treated us is a biased manner and did not do anything to help us besides telling me “ we don’t do that here, we do sales” WE NEED HELP WITH OUR ACCOUNT!!! It’s your services we are using and no one knows how to help us!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! They charge things to your bill without permission, they lie about what they are actually billing, cable hardly works, TERRIBLE customer service, they don’t show up when they’re supposed to, it’s not worth the aggravation. You’re better off with Century Link even with the outages. Outages are better than pretty much always never working.

I have had Xfinity and Flex for over a year and was having issues with the remotes not working, extremely slow internet speeds (should have had over 400mbps) and having to reset every TV in the house whenever we used them because they kept getting disconnected from the internet. I called for service to get a tech to come to my house. It was going to take 10 days and they said everyone in the house had to wear a mask while the tech was there. Sorry, my house...my rules. Nobody in my family was going to be wearing a mask. I went to this store to change out the remote and get some help. The girl at the front (outside) changed out the remote, took my name down for assistance.and said I could wait inside. As I was going to sit down in a seat that wasn’t blocked for social distancing, a man asked if I had a mask. I said I didn’t and sat down. A few minutes later, a guy with a ponytail (later told me his name is Albert) came up and said the other guy told me to put on a mask. I told him, “No, he asked if I HAD a mask and I said I didn’t.” Albert told me that if I did not have a mask, I had to leave. I got up and said, “No problem, then cancel my service.” Albert said, “Sure. Bring in your equipment and we will be happy to cancel your service.” So I went home, contacted CenturyLink to start service and cancelled my Xfinity subscription. It is their right to require masks, but it’s also my right not to patronize their business because of it. Plus, I found out I have faster intenet and a cheaper price than Xfinity through CenturyLink. Well done Albert, you chased off a customer. Nice job.

I’ve been trying to get internet for two weeks and had 7 guys come to my house (not one of them wearing a mask either) my neighbor comes here within 1 day has internet they come to my house and tell me they can’t hook mine up cause they hooked his up illegally whatever that means no one will tell me why either!

They constantly have a line going out the door and if you have to go inside the wait has been over an hour. The first time I went to pick up cable boxes and modem/router. They called me after I left and let me know that they gave me the wrong equipment. I had to return to on another day for the exchange and it was the same experience.

Have had TV and internet problems since early April. Have tried to reach Comcast/Xfinity that long with zero satisfaction. No one answering calls, no call backs with messages left, their phone system doesn’t recognize our responses, Store is closed, no way to watch a complete show or movie without scrambling (even in perfect weather), constant internet outages for our business that relies on it. No way to know how many customers we have lost due to this.We love Xfinity when it’s working, and when we don’t require customer service. Customer service is basically non existent

Fast and efficient and they know their product. When we had our last hurricane they were courteous and arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. It was actually fun because I ended up working with the tech. We were both up to our knees in water trying to find the line. I actually had a great experience working with the repairman. and a great deal of respect for the work they have to do to get the job done. Great job.

Comcast’s customer support is a joke. I’ve called multiple times to have several issues address and their illiterate representatives are rude and unprofessional, despite waiting on hold for nearly an hour and thirty minutes. I’m sick of paying for something that never works. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and go elsewhere. The automated system they’re using because of covid is useless.
