Terrible self checkout today terminal #SC011067 @ 12:00:35 pm the employee was to busy on her fone I asked her twice for help but didnt acknowledge me because of the conversation she was having on her fone. Sorry but customer service is very important being a retail district manager my self. Note; no customer no hours. Thank you

Crowded. A lot of product was out of stock. Good prices; however, disappointed with choices. Would like to go to regular Walmart, but parking sucks and same issues with stock. Not happy.

This neighborhood Walmart is just 5 minutes away so it makes it convenient. There is plenty of parking and lots of self checkouts too. They have a refill your water jug station up front and a liquor store on the way out, what more can you ask for? Employees are always nice and I have yet to meet an employee that was not smiling or asking me if I am finding everything I need. Gotta love that. I used to use their pharmacy but they had in stock issues and keep changing manufactures on my scripts so now I use Walgreens for pharmacy. Groceries ... This is my go to place.

This store could use a little more attention to the cleanliness of the store. The produce department had a unpleasant smell in some areas. It could use some extra attention.

Fully stocked and Lines moved quickly for a holiday weekend

Good customer service. Also nice and neat. But needs work with shelves. Stock is usually not out fast. But still no ones bringing their masks in the lot of them. Customers just the customers not the staff. The staff is real good. Its just a not enforcing the mask.

This is the closest Walmart location for us. Prices seem to be about the same as their superstores so it is a good place to shop for foods, health and beauty items, or liquors. Brighter lighting and wider aisles might make this a better shopping experience.The store is always busy when Im there and the parking lot can be challenging since drivers seem hurried or distracted and dont care that pedestrians have the right of way.

I recommend a very assorted food store. Ample car parking, good customer service, excellent quality of bread and fast foods, very friendly and attentive Walfrido, Aida, In general a professional team.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The store absolutely is hideous theres no managers there and the managers you deal with are young kids that could care less about customer service very disappointed they better get act together I sat in line for 5 minutes at customer service there was no one there I went up to the manager of the front end and she put her arms up in the air like its not my problem dont bother me

I like this store. Most things are in stock and its clean. Lines are also not ridiculous at this location and its a quiet and easy shopping experience.

It was nice to go to just for groceries. There prices are good. The only thing was the shelves were a little bear they needed to stock better.

Good small market, low walmart prices. The only complaint I have is the quality of the fruit and vegetables sometimes are rather bad.

Not nearly as crowded as the other Walmart Neighborhood Markets in the area. Easy access to Spirits sold basically right inside of the store but off to the right.

This is one of the most well kept Wal-Mart store ive been to in a long while, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Aisles are Zoned Well and make for a easy shopping experience. The Meat Department could be been zoned better had steak cuts on top of each other took a minute to find what I was looking for due to the customer piling.

Basic walmart neighborhood store, smaller one, less selection in some departments, especially the frozen food section. It is usually so full of pallets of incoming stock that half the aisles are blocked. The pharmacy area however is usually better stocked than other Wal-Mart stores in the area. Beware of the parking lot at this store, my family and I have witnessed multiple accidents here, if you sit there for a few hours you will likely witness one yourself.

All of the Walmart Neighborhood stores are nice. Just wish they had some of the same items as the Walmart larger Superstores.

Not a super center but had almost everything I needed. A little glitch at self checkout but the staff was super helpful and courteous.

Half the time I go there they are almost out of everything from groceries to vitamins and the lady who works at the liquor store should really consider getting out of customer service because she is just rude.

A little dirty and the shelves were very low when we were there. Alot of holes on the shelves.

I was in self checkout and overheard the front end supervisor. Cricket, berate a cashier that asked for help. She was vicious and dismissive and I truly felt bad for the cashier. Made me think twice about shopping there again if that is how they treat their employees

Well-stocked, but the parking lot is a mad house and the store was packed full of people. So much so that it was hard to get around. Also, employees parked pallets in the back of the store which made navigating the dairy area a nightmare.

Wont through drive thru to pick up 2 prescriptions Well I received a Text letting me know that my 2 scripts were Refilled and ready to be picked up so I took the 25 minute drive and when I finally arrived through the Drive- thru, the Tech Daisy told me that my scripts were not ready and that the computer would not allow her to fill them any sooner! I know that Scripts can be filled faster @, this same location because I also get my Heart prescription filled there as well! So, I had to drive back home and return 2 his later! I am NOT going back to that STORE/PHARMACY EVER EVER AGAIN!!! How inconsiderate and disrespectful that some people are Especially to Disabled People! But NO HUMAN deserves that kind of Service EVER

Couldnt find a lot of what I wanted

Have to return the simple syrup I got. Out of code. Not the first time I had to return a product. The store close to North Fort Myers is better stocked and has more of a selection of products. This store unfortunately has gone down hill.

This was an ok shopping experience. I was disappointed in the fresh vegetables and fruits selections. Also the lack of chicken cutlets and country fried steak was sad. The staff was friendly.

This store is always so organized. The staff are always so helpful. And the cart boy has the coolest bicycle.. Just be careful in the parking lot as people do tend to forget to look around before pulling out of the parking.

The cheese that was fake turned out to be good fake cheese because it was refrigerated well.

Love all the Walmarts in Lee County. My go to place for meds, clothes, groceries and most all myve all the Walmart needs.

This place is next to my work so Im here a lot. Not as busy as the Supercenter so its easier to shop and avoid crowds. Staff is friendly.

I can always go in & get my groceries fast & efficiently! The staff is always friendly & helpful. if you go later in the evening, there usually isnt a wait to check out. Ive been going here almost 2 years & Ive NEVER had an issue!

Conveniently located in neighborhoods as well as the local library. Easy access to get in & out with intersections.

Shoppers beware!!! This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to, and will no longer be shopping at again! Not only is the lack of diversity questionable the employees are so very rude. If you want to have a great shopping experience this is not the place to spend your money.

Slow at the checkout like usual aisles are too close together probably wont go back there again....

This store has better prices on food than Sams Club down the street. There is a tiny slow down in the checkout line... the cashier has to verbally visit with all of the women in line as they go through. This only happens when your ice cream is melting on the belt... otherwise its a great store.

Nice store, good prices and nice employees. The only thing is that sometimes theres so many pallets waiting to be stocked that its hard to navigate your way around in the back portion of the store (dairy and meat sections especially). I know its a 24 hour store so they have to do it while theyre open but sometimes its during the busiest times of day.

Fairly easy and quick shopping

I have been to this store three times. The employees are quite friendly and helpful. The customer service desk staff is great.With the attitudes I have seen from the way some customers are rude and impatient, I am surprised by the end of their shifts the employees can smile and be so friendly!

I have been shopping there for 10 yrs. I live close and its my go-to store pretty much daily. Great staff, always what I need. I call it Baby Walmart. The new BW on Pine Island we only use for the on-line pickup (which is also nice) but rarely use it. Why drive 5 miles when this store is right here and meets all my needs.

I only visited the deli and check out. Deli and hot food employees are super friendly and seem like really great people to work with. Wanted to cut the holiday shoppers and the service desk employee was really nice and rang me up with 4 items. Would definitely shop here if I lived in cape coral

Usually quick in and out, but the l as st time I was in there the err place was packed. I still like going here because its close to my house and its still quicker than going to super Walmart thats 5 miles further.

Tried to returned spoiled OJ same day it was purchased. Staff wasnt helpful at all. It used to be a nice place but its gone down the hill. Ill be visiting Aldi from now on.
