They do the best they can. I rarely have any problems.

Worst service. Staff has no customer service skills, no compassion or sense of urgency for anything. I have been to other Walmart pharmacies and have had no complaints but this one is just simply horrible. Feels like you need to apologize to them for needing medication and for making them do there job.

I do not recommend this pharmacy tremendous bad service I was only 2 minutes late for my medicine that I needed them urgently and I spoke with them that please I needed the medicine and they told me they were sorry but that they were doing other things that they had already closed for only two minutes they could not attend to me they have no heart they do not feel sorry for anyone.

I am so thankful for SARAH, who actually showed empathy, urgency and professionalism while helping me work out a mix up with a prescription that the physician apparently forgot to send in completely. I was at the pharmacy almost up until they closed and Sarah kept me up to date on the progress and did everything she could to help and, since I was toting a sick toddler, I very much appreciated her being so awesome!!

Well I shop at the one here on Del Prado they got all my prescriptions you cant beat the price Ive been to every drug store up and down the yall Prado here in the aint nobody can touch the price cash prize the only thing I dont like is they got rid of all the old people at work theyre going they didnt need them no more Hardees dummies there and thats what the other dummies what are you going to do go there for the price

SLOW!!! RUDE!! They tell you medicine will be done by a certain time and then when you arrive to pick it up its not even close to being done and then you have to wait even longer. Always only one person helping customers at the register so the line doesnt move. Most of the staff is very very unfriendly

They dont even deserve 1 star !!! Worst experience at any pharmacy ever!! Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible . they are incompetent and have the worst customer service . my daughter was suffering with the flu and unfortunately we made the mistake of coming to this pharmacy and after being ignored for what felt like forever at the drop off window we dropped 3 scripts and we where told it would be an 1 hr. Because they close pharmacy so staff can have lunch together never heard of this practice before but whatever we did our grocery shopping and returned to a line waiting for pharmacy to reopen after waiting in line we where told it would now be atleast another 30 min. With groceries already purchased and not wanting them to spoil we decided to return home and go back for scripts 1 hr. Later my husband returns with only 2 script because he was told her nausea medications they did not have in stock but in fact we received her nausea medication and we where missing her cough/codon that she desperately needed so i call pharmacy to see where my daughter script now was because they didnt not even return it and to see why i was not told hrs. Before when i handed them the script that they did not have it in stock. i was told it was only a cough syrup as if we really didnt necessarily need it . i had to inform her that it did in fact have codon and was needed for pain and can you imagine they all of a sudden got it in and we could now make our 3rd trip in 31/2 and mind you this is all day before easter at walmart !!! The pharmacist did not charge me for the cough syrup but that does nothing for prolonging the suffering of someone in pain !!! I will never use this unprofessional,uncaring poor excuse for a pharmacy .they really should be ashamed of how they treat people !!!

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Also very slow when youre in the store

After using this pharmacy for years, the new pharmacy manager decided that he was no longer going to fill my prescriptions. If you have a disability, of any kind, STAY AWAY...the pharmacist made it known to everyone in earshot what he thought of me and my disability (as if anyone would choose to be disabled!).

Very bad experience. They have made me come every day of the week to pick up some medications supposedly by mistake in the system and that they did not have the order ready. Very bad service indeed.
