Great products. Great staff. Great prices
The store is so nice and the products and prices are amazing here. Usually their cashiers are nice and fast.... However, because the cashiers have quotas on how fast they have to scan items and that makes their employees super stressed it really shows in how they treat customers. It’s been twice now that we’ve been there and the cashiers have just had the worst attitude because the customers aren’t moving fast enough. One time we were there and the cashier got into a verbal argument with the customer because the customer was an older gentleman and was trying to make polite conversation. I understand that the lines going fast is nice but I’d rather have kind cashiers than stressed, mean cashiers.
Love to shop there. Good food for the most part, good staff, very clean store and prices are lower than most other stores. Its not a catch all shopping store like Walmart but its good at what it does.
I have not been to aldi in quite some time, I had no idea their closing time had changed. I had gotten there 5 min before closing and the cashiers were pretty rude about it. The sign with the temporary hours is not in an obvious place and does not really stand out. I am not sure if you need to do better at making your employees happy or higher better employees but other super markets have you beat by a long shot when it comes to cashiers/customer service.
Excellent store, good prices and some unique products. Lactose free milk much cheaper than Publix, chocolate muffins far superior to Publix !
Always have stuff that Im looking for at a reasonable price
Always like Aldi. If there is something wrong you can return it with no problem. Getting ready to make our Mama cozzis pizza. It is very good.
I look forward to my once a week trip to Aldis to see what treasures I can find. The chocolate covered sea salt caramels are a must!
Im on line waiting to pay and its slow only one register is open and the line is getting long. One person is paying and one person is in front of me,. I wonder why they dont have their items on the check out and see they only have one item and are holding it.A worker tells me to go to lane 4, I go there but its closed. I wait and thought they/them were going to ring me up, nope the person with one item is already paying and I would be next, but Im still waiting and no one is coming to open. Then I see they/them on the previous fast line waiting to check out and I ask why they told me to move here if no one is there to check me out. So a few minutes later someone comes, they tell me I can start putting the stuff up from the cart. I do that and she starts ringing me up and then asks if i want to pay cash or debit, so I see she forgot to ring up, my last 7 items so she does that and the they/them that works there got out of the store on the other lane before I did.
Did not care for it to much like save alot 👎
Oh Aldi, you and everyone who knows me, knows I love you!
First, be aware that the Aldi supermarket is based on the European hyper market. Meaning, they are smaller grocery stores, with a limited number of choices (one or two brand of anything), but very good prices with the products they do have. I havent been to very many of these stores, but this was by far the cleanest and nicest one that I have been into, and the produce was the freshest looking.
It was a last minute trip in late afternoon. Preparing for tropical storm or maybe hurricane. I usually love this place and their products but they moved everything around to different isles, definitely not good timing. So it took almost an hour to locate products which were still there but felt like a scavenger hunt. It would normally have been a 15 minute visit.
Great customer service. Anything I have had to return has always been handled with a smile!
Last time I was there I was very pleased but this visit, I was quite insulted. The cashier (Aaron) asked me to give him my cart with my reusable bags. I thought it odd because he already had 2 carts on front of him to put my groceries in after scanning. He took my bags and put his hand in and under them, feeling around. I asked was he checking to see if I stole something. He said no, he was just moving the bags out of the way because they were in the cart. By putting your hand in the bags? I said I hope he checks everyones bags if he was doing mine. Again he said he wasnt. I watched 2 other customers not have there bags moved from the cart by him. This is the second time I have felt profiled at Aldis. Not sure if Ill return.
Aldi is my favorite place to shop. I can find good quality organic products for a reasonable price.
Love Aldi, nice prices and winderful products.
ALDI is for educated shoppers only who read labels and care about ingredients in the products they buy. If you prefer name brands from companies who have spent millions of dollars per year to advertise and lobby so that shoppers never realized they were being fed artificial, synthetic and unnatural ingredients, Aldi is probably not for you.
Surprised at the number of empty shelves and prices.
Easy to maneuver quickly thru store to get the essentials I need. Prices are great and produce is fresh!
Grew up with Aldi, always loved shopping there!
Good produce great price
Always good at Aldis no matter where you go. If theres an Aldi there its awesome.
This Aldis keeps extra boxes on hand for customers without their own bags, the stock is fresh and super cheap, and the staff is very helpful and friendly! Good value for most everything, and a few great deals on name brand products, if thats your thing.
Its always a good shopping experience at Aldis.. New grocery products, and items not available elsewhere.
I love this place. Prices are out of this world. Good quality clean place.
CleanGreat cheese selection
I like to find unique items here
This isnt my favorite location. Its always busy because its in a strip mall, its smaller than the two other Aldi stores in town and the people that shop here were raised by savages and leave stuff everywhere, so dont be surprised when you find a warm package of salami mixed in with seasonal home decor. I typically avoid this location unless absolutely necessary, but they still get 3 stars just for being an Aldi.
A good shopping experience. Found everything I wanted and good prices.
I absolutely love Aldi. Had been shopping there for years on the east coast. And was thrilled when they came to our side if the state. Prices, quality and personnel are the best
Nice clean store, staff is very helpful with returns and whatnot.
I have never been to Aldis before, and really enjoyed it. I heard online about how great a bargain their pizzas were. Why were they right! An extra large supreme pizza was $5.99! It looks really good! I took one star off because you had to have a quarter to get a shopping cart. Since I dont carry change with me, we had to carry everything by hand. Other than that it was quite enjoyable
Aldi is certainly unique compared to other grocery stores. You might not be able to get everything on your weekly shopping list but they do have great deals on produce and they carry products you wont find at other grocery stores. The layout is odd and you will probably wander the store several times as there is no rhyme or reason to where things are located in the aisles. They always have an aisle of odd ball gifts and houseware items that seem so out of place, but I guess thats what makes Aldi unique.I want to comment on the cart and shopping bag situation as it seems so many people complain about this. If youre a first timer I can see how it can be frustrating to pay a quarter to use a cart or get a bag for your groceries. So, first timers, bring some bags and a quarter for the shopping cart and all is well in your world. Dont worry, you get your quarter back when you return the cart. This system of charging for bags and having to pay a quarter to use a cart is brilliant! Whether you like it or not you are being trained to be a better human being in a small way. First, you prepare for your trip and bring your own bags and always have a spare quarter with you. This is how they can keep prices lower because they are not spending lots of money on plastic bags that end up in our landfills. You are learning how to recycle and our planet thanks you for it. Second, have you ever seen carts scattered all over the place at Aldi like you see at Wal-Mart and Publix? Nope. Nobodys complaining that people are too lazy to return their carts. Nobodys complaining about the cart parked right next to the front bumper on their car. The reason you arent complaining is because you return your cart to where you got it. Its funny what a quarter will do to motivate people to return a cart. Every store should adopt this strategy.Lastly, I see people being responsible and kind because of this system. I never see a stray cart in an Aldi parking lot. I see people paying it forward by offering their shopping cart to somebody on their way into the store. Aldi is creating kinder more responsible human beings one quarter at a time. If you cant see the reasoning behind it then keep shopping at Wal-Mart where you see the worst in humanity.
Aldis is my favorite and first place to shop. Mostly European food products that have much less chemical additives found in US brands.
Love this store.NEEDS MORE STOCKERS
Always happy with Aldis. Their Lactaid free milk costs less than anywhere else. By at least $1.00.
Great atmosphere. Good products. Quick checkout+!
Nice staff, but inventory low very busy store. Other store on Pineland near Chiquita Ave has more inventory and plant based food products.
Busy. Good prices but they were out of several items I wanted to purchase.
If you want to buy things inexpensively like a dozen eggs for $.49 this is definitely the place to go. Just be prepared that it’s no frills you bring your own box or bags to put your items in and it cost $.25 to use a shopping cart they don’t have everything but what they do have is lower price than most supermarkets.
Always fresh and priced well
Good prices and products. Fast cashiers
Always a great experience at this Aldis. Customer service is great, the store is always clean organized and well stocked.
The cashiers are always extremely rude, unprofessional (act like they dont want to be there and hate their job), rush you through checkout, and have no clue how to pack the carts. There are never any store associates around for questions, this store was very dirty, there are never enough checkout lanes open, there is no one sanitizing anything in this store, especially the carts, and they were not wearing face masks. Definitely will not be visiting this Aldis anymore.
Dear American people. Please dont buy this Marzipan Stollen. The taste is not original and not good at all. If you think about, hey thats the tasty Stollen they eat in Germany at Christmas time. No! Not this! Dont waste your money on this. Im very sorry to say that, but I want to share my experience here with you.
Ive always like Aldis. But I like it even more now bcuz they deliver and accept snap on deliveries. Publix does not.
The prices are nice and low compared to other stores
Aldis is an awesome store that I shop at every week for groceries for my family
Love the convenience of this location - though not always as well stocked as others due to the busyness of the surrounding area
Clean, easy to access all foods. Well stocked; friendly staff.
Very nice clean large assortment friendly everybody wears mask
Clean and fast paced... friendly staff and well stocked
Good place. Good prices
I love shopping there
Not bad, but they were out of some sale items.
Closed an hour early. Recording on phone claims limited staffing issues, running concurrently with limited open hours. Publix is open.
I went to Aldis for one item.I like theyre low carb wraps. My cart was half full when I checked out.I love that they have a lot of organic food.
Product and staff. tremendous
Interesting selection... Liked the fact a women gave us her cart, it cost a quarter, you get back when returned. She wouldnt take a quarter.... So when we came out, I returned the favor and the mom of 3 I gave it too said shed do the same 💜
It seems like Aldis does the absolute minimum to make you happy. You have to pay $0.25 for your own shopping cart, there is no change machine so if you want change you have to stand in a long line to get change, they sell you bags, and even if you provide bags they will not bag it for you. There are very few customer service agents around to help you and the place is always crowded. Also, they are almost always out of stock on everything.
Very clean and organized, they have everything on my list, and the cashier was superb!!
Best and cheapest fruit and vegetables. They carry an impressive amount of European foods also.
Well ALDI really isnt for me, dont get me wrong, they have a nice selection of things, but I would prefer to stay with my usual shopping places for my groceries
I love Aldis! They always have different things so Im always surprised when I go in. Every time I get on the checkout line I am pleasantly surprised at how low the bill is! It is the first store I shop in every week. If they dont have something then I go elsewhere. I get all my produce there and all my other staples. Love it!
Good store, very busy.
Small store. Not a big selection of items.
Aldis Pine Island rd is great. I RATE 10..
Definitely worth going and looking around. I got some fruit and veggies there for good prices. We also picked up one of their pizzas and cheese sticks and they were delicious, Good prices.
This place is clean, organized, has a good selection of fresh produce. Prices are very reasonable. They have just about everything you could want, just not a lot of brand choices. But the prices are great! A whole bag of Honey crisp apples for $3.99. That is a great deal. The staff, while minimal, is very friendly. They chatted with us and commented on our baby. Really great place to shop when they arent swamped. This place can be crazy busy!
Some really great finds. Some variety with your purse in mind
It was good. Good pricing and very friendly staff.
Clean And good selection
Great prices, store is clean employees are always helpful and polite!
Great place to go to if you are shopping on a budget. It has some brand name products but most are not. I love getting fresh produce here because it is better than Walmart in my opinion. Only downside is that there are usually long lines due to only one or two open cashiers.
Like the prices for fresh produce, fruit, cheese and eggs. I can live with the limited selection as there are other grocery stores out there. And then if course appreciate the German seasonal products for holidays
I love that storeGreat pricesGood dealsMore then fair pricesAnd the store managerGoes out of his way to make all things right
This is more like a Euro shopping experience than an American supermarket. The aisle grouping of products is odd. Pay attention to the German products they are really good. Have an open mind shopping at Aldi.
My overall experience with ALDI has not been a positive one. My first impression of the store is that it is odd compared to other grocery stores. It feels more like a dollar store that has groceries. The prices are quite reasonable, but the quality seems inconsistent. Even product availability is inconsistent. We have been shopping there for about three months. In that time we have only been able to purchase the keto bread twice. When we ask we are always told its a supplier issue.
Great produce and meat with very low prices. Their Winking Owl white zinfandel wine is light and fruity for the summer months. And at $2.95 a bottle is an outstanding bargain.
Pretty cool. They dont mess with a ton of plastic bags. (should be banned). Helpful staff. Excellent prices. Ill definitely go back.
Always great prices and kind people.
Great store. Grwat selection. Great prices
Checkout needs a ten items or less register. Folks frequent this location and are always checking out with obnoxiously long sets of groceries, while there are two to three max people on registers. It would be nice if those customers with a few items could pay and be on their way a little faster.
Only problem is they are frequently out of cottage cheese.
Ive been going to Aldis for over 30 years. They have great deals on everything. They do have name brand items, but majority is brands you havent heard of but look and taste just like the name brand you think it is. Cape Coral store you can get a dozen eggs for$.48 limit 6. You really get your moneys worth.
A typical Aldis but stock is low. Never has cold slaw or summit can sodas in stock!
They offer good prices but the good prices are on their own brand. Most of the time their brand is pretty good and you can’t tell the difference. As always there are a few misses. I love the cart return system as you never have a lot full of carts. The staff is tremendously lazy and not always friendly. This is pretty much a self-serve place so you have very little impact with them.
Is good as long as I do not have to wear a mask.
I dont go there
I love their extraordinary selection of different food. This is the first Aldi I ever visited. They price their food very reasonably. Most of their food is healthier than the food from some of the other stores. This is an ideal place to buy organic food like coconut oil, balsamic vinaigarette, and salsa. I highly recommend people shop here.
Its a star below a Trader Joes because of inventory and creepy staff. The prices are great. Theres always something new there. Never the same store. Their seasonal items are really cool. The prices are far below Publix but the brands they carry are not ones were accustomed to. It doesnt mean theyre not good because some things are absolutely spectacular. The problem with that is is when you go back to buy it again its not there. I guess theres a rotation and itll appear back again later
I love this place. Great bargains. Nice and clean and great places. Every week have great bargain items. Their Crofton brand of kitchen items are the best. Very healthy line of foods.
YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICES HERE. PERIOD. Its actually one of the best places to shop in my opinion. Small, and not a lot of variety, but everything is there, and you cant beat the price. The check out process is great. DIY so nothing gets smashed in the bagging process unless thats how you decided to live your life.
Aldis...finally a store that gets it! Good product at a great price. They have high end foods at prices you can feel good about. I would recommend it to anyone that loves a good value!
Love this Aldi! This store is new and clean and you cannot beat the prices anywhere in Cape Coral. You can get most staples items here but, if you are particular on specific brands, this might not be the place for you. The fresh produce section has improved significantly from a few years ago and has a good selection of veggies. Bring your own shopping bag!
No frozen turkey breast like you advertise. Very disappointed.
