I like their prices in store, cheaper than Publix so it’s nice shopping here sometimes when the product is right. this picture is just terrible. They don’t have consistency with fat trimming, leaving backstraps on, bone felt, steaks upside down very sloppy meat cutting. I see it every time I go in but sometimes like the other day I have to walk away because I’m not buying uneven steaks on top of everything else that’s wrong with them. Does the store manager walk their case?

The staff is nice and seem like they truly wanna help but the quality of the store is low. Things being way past expiration date, low stock, not that clean.I only go here if I forgot something from publix or just need something quick. Would not recommend for a store to do all grocery shopping at.

We were there EARLY on a Saturday. All the employees were working hard to get the place set for the Saturday shoppers. Our cashier was a doll!! She was friendly, quick and got us on our way quickly. She is truly golden!

Very expensive... They may have buy-one-get-one free deals but most of everything in the store is about 25 more than their competitors... And definitely 25% more than certain clubs... To be fair the personnel at Winn-Dixie I feel is more personable... But their prices are just too high to make me shop there for my weekly groceries.

Great place to shop but cashiers should be more sensitive to ppl visiting the area, your store has complimentary shopper cards, if i dont have one to receive the promotional discount it wont hurt to use yours. Stingy with a smile. 3 stars

I always have a pleasant experience here!! The 2 gentleman in produce are always so helpful. I look forward to seeing Harry in the Meat section for his weekly updates of whats the best deal and the best cut for me. The cashiers greet me and quickly have my order ready to go!! While still managing to ask how I am doing.I enjoy the small town feel I have when I shop here!!

I shop here often. The BOGO deals are fantastic. They always have advertised items in stock. Only once in last 3 years have I had to receive a rain check for an item. The only reason for only 4 stars is they constantly have isle blocked with pallets and pallet Jacks. Makes it hard maneuver around store.

Ever so many great deals. I especially liked the meats. They are very fresh and a whole lot cheaper than Publix. I walked out happy for saving a whole lot of money! 😊

I found what I needed. A lot of what I had on my list was on sale, which was great 👍 I have noticed that the prices are a little higher than Publix or Walmart, but their meat 🍖 quality is excellent. Ill go back again.

Clean and organized but ... early afternoon on Sunday and already out of stock on several sale items. Frozen clerk was helpful.

Good pricing but bad experience when 2 bags full of groceries werent given to me & after calling they were out back on shelves & i had to reship for the items. I live a half hour away!

Very clean and new with well-stocked shelves. Deli employees attempt good customer service. Front end employees are young and during slow periods do a lot of chatting amongst themselves and sometimes with boyfriends. Shopping carts are very clean and sanitized. Customer service desk is spot on and very helpful. Nice newspaper selection.

Store was clean and already busy this morning. Deli did not have fresh wraps made so had to wait for one to be made. She used wrong wrap and added no seasoning or oil.Shelves were well stocked and produce looked fresh. Check out was slow because register froze up and my items had to be moved and rang up again but Kim (manager, I think) was friendly, apologetic and very helpful. Id shop at this store again

Winn Dixie in Cape Coral is not as clean as I wish it were. The biggest issue is though, inconvenient lines and below average customer service.

Love this store....great deals on beef and pork.HOWEVER Watch your register receipt, have found numerous mistakes on not giving correct price forsale items. When pointed off the staff seems indifferent, claim its a computer issue that just happens, they always credit it when brought to their attention.The excuse that its a computer issue is lame, if it happened once I get it, but I have been party to this many times. Most people dont watch so it just passes by,

Best winn dixie in Florida

I was so excited to go! I havent been to a Winn-Dixie since I was a child!

Happened upon this in need of trash bags only. Disappointed we didnt come across this sooner. I actually think they may be better than the Publix. If we need any other foods before leaving town, we will come back here.

Love this store and staff. Would make it 5 but if you have that very small chance u have a problem needing fixed, you have no idea if the person is super awesome or just rude as hell.

Even though Google Maps indicates masks are required many patrons were seen mask less. There were some missing items evident by empty shelve space, but I believe this is more a result of the time we live in and not a fault of the store. Otherwise the store was entirely adequate.

Lets start out by saying the staff here are great. The store and products could use an expansion in variety. Furthermore, one has to think..why the lights are so dim.

The service is better than Walmart and the prices are much, much better than Publix. I think it is the best grocery store in town because of this. Great meat section.

Very nicely set up and clean. Very easy to find what you need and their meat selection is very good. The prices have gone up recently but the seem to have enough different cuts to be able to get what you may need. Easy to navigate the aisles and the workers are very helpful and friendly

I moved close to this Winn Dixie, walking distance. I moved 2 weeks ago. Ive been to this WD three times since I moved here. All three times there was an issue with something I purchased. A package of ham was already opened when I purchased it. A bowl of pulled pork was just no good anymore. It looked and smelled really nasty. A bag of potato chips looked like someone had been playing football with them. Then an old man bag boy set a bag of canned goods on my bread. There were plenty of other places he could of put them but he chose on top of my bread. Going to the grocery store is stressful enough with all these snowbirds here. I think ill just drive the grocery store thats further away from now on.

The Cape Coral is clean, well stocked and has friendly and courteous staff. We came from across town for the great sale on rib roast for Christmas but we will return.

Its unfortunate. Winn Dixie is known as a grocery store that offers deals and great discounts, as well as a gracious reward system for every transaction. With these types of systems, you would assume that the associates that work here would be knowledgeable and could answer questions regarding savings. I spent $29.61 and asked the associate before checking out how much I need to spend to keep the 5x bonus going for my next transaction (I was buying bare necessities and plan to have my large grocery shop another day this month). The cashier had no idea what I was referring to. I finished the transaction, the receipt printed and there was no bonus for the next purchase. I now know that it is stated on the receipt that the required purchase is $30. I suppose I was silly for assuming the cashier would be knowledgeable on the reward system and what was neccessary to hit the next tiers. I would have found another item before finishing the transaction, but now that bonus is lost. Oh well. I also went to the service desk for further questions, they were just as unknowledgeable.
