For years my husband has been telling me...I need my ears checked! So, I did!Who knew you should have them checked every 3-5 years? Did you know you can have wax build up and possibly need a cleaning, kinda like going to the Dentist for your teeth? There is also a correlation between hearing loss and Dementia. My 87 yo Mother has been living a steady decline and has worn hearing aids for years! Well, feeling a little nervous about what maybe building up in my ears, failing my ear test and my husband being right again...I booked an appointment! What a positive experience, from getting registered on line, booking an appointment and meeting the Doctor! NO pressure and a FUN time with the caring professionals !Please, dont hesitate, book an appointment! I am going to frame my hearing test results...because MY hearing is FINE! The batteries kept dying and finally they wouldnt work at all. I did this twice. You get what you pay for.I am so pleased to have stopped at HEARING CONNECT in Cape Coral. The reception area and offices were clean. Lisa, the front office manager, was very professional, well informed and a pleasure to work with.The hearing tests that were administered by Robert Perkins, the Audioprosthologist, were very thorough. The hearing aids that we both agreed upon are exactly what I needed. This investment finally gave me back my hearing and I couldnt be more pleased.

Robert spent time with Me regarding the issues I have been having. Did and He installed a system change. I feel confident about my hearing aids, but I discovered this morning the RIGHT side still has a problem. The LED light goes to red and I am hearing 2 sound blasts when the right side is green?

Connect Hearing hires caring and skilled front desk people and clinicians. I was in VA and delayed returning to Fort Myers. I called to request batteries for my hearing aids. They were delivered within a couple of days later to the door and Connect Hearing paid the expenses. I have been served in Fort Myers and Cape Coral and have always been very impressed by the personal care and expertise. They are currently doing all precautionary measures to protect from Covid. You will be safe in their care. And the hearing aids are excellent.

I was on vacation with my family last week in Cape Coral. Im from Indiana, so for me to even think about something going wrong with my hearing aids far from home just makes me sick. Well, I woke up very early Friday, Jan 15th and my hearing aids were totally dead... no lights blinking.. no sound.. nothing. I panicked. My vacation in my mind was immediately ruined. I googled everything I could find about how to get my Phonak hearing aides to come to life and kept hitting a dead end.UNTIL - I called Connect Hearing in Cape Coral (I go to the one in Avon, Indiana so I thought Id give it a shot). Lisa answered the phone and was happy to listen to my panicked voice explain my situation. She offered me various solution possibilities but none of them worked or had already been tried. They were completely booked Friday - but Lisa asked if I could drop them off and see if they could find time to inspect them to see what was the problem. I dropped them off within the hour and not even an hour later, Lisa and Dr. Bob had discovered the problem. It wasnt my hearing aids at all, it was my charging case!! She was quick to text me and assure met they had my hearing aids on a new charger and they would be ready to pick up in an hour!Now, Lisa and Dr. Bob dont know me from Adam, they didnt have any obligation to help me as I wasnt one of their patients. I called begging for help on a busy Friday and they MADE the time and went the EXTRA mile to fit me in and help me when I needed it most. My vacation wasnt ruined after all, in fact they helped me to have one of the best trips ever. Its people like Lisa and Dr. Bob that make this world a better place. The people of Cape Coral are lucky to have them in their area. Thanks again guys!

I had hearing aids for 4 years and could not understand people with high frequencies like most females. These new Phonak hearing aids have great fidelity and are great in busy areas like restaurants. Hearing Connect did a great job fitting me and explaining the new hearing aids. The difference between these Phonek Hearing aids and my old ones is unbelieveable.

Extremely professional and detailed in regards to my visit during these COVID19 fears. Masks and gloves were worn by the staff and all equipment was sanitized before and after my testing visit. My test was simple and well explained with paper documentation. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and recommended helpful hints to my wife and I that they were ready to assist us if my condition ever declined below it’s acceptable level. We were both highly impressed.

I love hearing again! They tested my hearing, considered my expectations for hearing. Checked my hearing with aides and explained what I needed to know, saying I could call on them when needed. What a huge difference to hear so much more. Life is louder than I thought!

Very thorough hearing test; comparison of different levels of hearing aids explained well; impressed with professionalism of staff.

Mr. Perkins and Lisa were just wonderful. Mr . Perkins took the time to talk me through the results of the tests so I understood my hearing loss and what my options were. He programmed a pair and showed me how to put them in and I practiced with him putting them in and taking them out. I had a similar pair Oticon but the Dr. never showed me how to put them in. I went back twice to her. She told me my left ear was crooked and I should get a new pair of hearing aids consequently I never went back and that was 10 years ago. I had purchased them and never could wear them because the left ear one always would fall out. The reason I didnt go to someone else was I was afraid the same thing would happen. When my sister in law had to get hearing aids she went to Mr. Perkins at Connect Hearing and recommended that I go and see him. She was extremely happy with her experience. I listened to her and made an appointment with hi;m and Im very happy I did because I can hear everybody when they talk. My new Phonak hearing aids I purchased a week ago are great I have no problems putting them in and Im wearing them twelve or more hours a day. I wear them when I go to the gym and thats 5 days a week at 6:30 a.m. and have no problems. My daughter in law said its wonderful you can hear me when I speak so I dont have to talk very loud anymore. She said your son was getting worried that you were getting dementia. I told her to tell my son its my hearing and now I can hear everything. He came over the next day we had a nice visit. He was amazed at how well I was hearing.

My wife & I are from Stoney Creek, Ontario & have been down in Cape Coral for the past 6 weeks. I was fitted with hearing aids at the local Connect Hearing Clinic back home 2 years ago. There had previously been a reciprocal arrangement with the U.S. clinics in case of any service issue but unfortunately it was cancelled last summer. I nevertheless visited this clinic to see if they could check one of the ear pieces for a snug fitting as the thin plastic “micro” tube had been dislodged during cleaning. Lisa quickly identified the problem & adjusted the tube perfectly. A simple adjustment & no charge. Fantastic service & Lisa has a fabulous personality......Connect Hearing rocks, thank you!

My wife presented me with a flyer from local newspaper on Connect Hearing. We thought about the situation on her hearing loss. After numerous incidents where her hearing loss presented some difficulty on communication in stores and while having loud tv and yelling from me towards her direction. I was getting really frustrated as well she was also. We called that night and were treated with the utmost respect and dignity by the telephone company rep. He questioned my wife as to the reasoning she thought she needed hearing aides. He set up an appointment with the Connect Hearing store in the Cape Coral area. Dr. Robert Perkins. We went to the store and was greeted immediately with a warm smile and glow from Lisa. She explained Dr. Roberts policies and introduced us to the Dr. He explained everything about hearing aides to my wife and me. He tested my wife and following my wifes tests he explained the results in thorough detail. He explained prices and warrantees. He explained financial costs of the hearing aides. We accepted the aides. He placed them on my wife and her facial expressions was so unreal. She could hear again, utter amazement at all the sounds she had missed from conversations with me, her family, the pets, the daily traffic passing the house, the birds, the neighbors fighting. All the old noises she lost in daily life have returned. We love the new aides. We so profoundly want to thank Lisa and DR. Perkins for their help and the explanations of hearing loss and what the aides will assist her in her life styles. We are so great full. Treated with the most honest and respect. We not only have a fantastic Dr. and assistant as new hearing professionals, we have new and great honest friends. We know they will always be there to back their product. A call away and right down the street. Thank you Dr. Perkins and Lisa. We honestly mean every sincere word of gratitude. So glad we received that flyer in the Cape Coral Breeze paper. Money isnt everything hearing is a necessity in marriages.

I cant say enough nice things about this location. I had a piece of my hearing aide break off in my ear. I went to the Fort Myers location and was ask to wait for over an hour before anyone would look in my ear. I left as I had to get to work. I then called the Cape Coral facility and they could not have been more accommodating. Robert delayed his departure so that I was able to be seen after work. He then removed the broken piece and repaired the aide and cleaned and checked the other aide to make sure it was operating at peak performance. I highly recommend anyone looking for a location that can deal with emergencies as well as fitting you with the best hearing aides on the market.

Stopped to get batteries for my aids and just had a wonderful experience. Lisa Dombrowski greeted me with a friendly smile and was eager to help me. Olga Perkins came out from the back and greeted me as well and offered to clean my hearing aids for me if I had time, which I did. I went in for a box of batteries and enjoyed nice conbersation with Lisa and Olga and even got my hearing aids cleaned. I couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience. I am from the middle of central Illinois and my Connect hearing location was closed. I wish I could move the Cape Coral office home with me.
