I Rented two 26 Box Trucks In Phoenix one way to Florida. Penske national and all locations I had to deal with across the nation were superb, absolutely outstanding!... UNTIL! I got to Drop off @ Home Depot Cape Coral. I dropped the first truck off, and they were the nastiest, most condescending, unkind, miserable bunch of people I have ever had to deal with. I went to drop off the second truck, and after a few minutes with the rental clerk, nothing had changed, I changed my mind and opted to return the following day at another Penske Location, I would drive 1000 miles to avoid this Home Depot Cape Coral Penske rental location. GO to Ft Meyers or anywhere else other the Home Depot Cape Coral Penske rental location. Penske should pull all of there assets from this location. If I had started my journey at this location, I would have paid double to rent elsewhere. If this would only post with 0 Stars!

Had great experience with using the company when sold our house and bought a new one. Great deal even had a code to get 50 percent off then gave me 10 percent discount to book online. Then they drop truck off ready the day you need it at homedepot. Love the partnership. Truck was in great condition deffently recommend to anyone needing a truck to move house or just stuff they have all size truck and great prices..

Service has gone in the crapper. Will not be using again. With no support call returned, Ill deter others to someplace else for a truck rental. Too much money lost!

Wish it wasnt located in Home Depot. Difficult access in and out with a large truck. Checking out took forever.
