The place was nicely acclimatized, the storage units were clean and communication was perfect. Didn’t quite understand why you had to buy their lock and I’m not thrilled about the sticker they put on it but what can you do. They’re just following protocol but still shouldn’t have to buy the lock

Excellent customer service by Mary. She is knowledgeable, and informative. She walked us through the contract explaining insurance etc. she even mentioned the availability of dust covers. She immediately followed upafter all of our initial calls and she even gave additional 800 numbers explaining their accessible 24 hours a day leaving us extremely confident in our decision to select cube storage.

The general manager, Mary, is simply the best. She is super attentive. We are building a house in Florida and having everything delivered to Cube Smart - microwave, blender, silverware, bar stools, beach chairs etc.... Mary makes sure everything is handled perfectly and winds up in our storage locker. She goes above and beyond. Hard to find a better employee who takes their work so seriously!

It’s simple reservation process is one of the things that makes storing your extra things easy! Rented a unit earlier today from a manager named Brad. He made getting the unit way easier than I thought it would be, it took less than 15 minutes and I was very satisfied by the end of it, on top of that Brad is a genuine guy who cares about the customers and about his work environment. GO RENT FROM HIM!

We were helped with a unit and The Gentleman Named Terrance Gave us a good deal. He was very polite to me and my family. He knows what he is doing and he Is a blessing from above. Every one I recommend to come on in and Use this storage place. I say a huge 5 star from me !

Was a customer for a few months, stopping by to pick up a few things we discovered our entire storage unit and all of our boxes were infested with silverfish.Long story short I had to pay to have a junk removal service empty what I couldnt salvage out of the unit and I left.Bugs happen, the real reason for the 1 star review is how absolutely terrible management treats their customers. On moving out the person running the front desk was aggravated I didnt schedule a move out because she just had people here she could have rented it to immediately. This is what was told to me after explaining the bug issue. My complaint was immediately dismissed as my fault, for having a box of books in the unit, and soon after I was ignored so the person behind the counter could try to get the other people on the phone to have them move in right after me without dealing with the bug problem.Honestly couldnt be more disgusted, treat your stuff better than leaving it here. Who knows, you might get someones old bug infested unit an hour after they moved out.

This Cube Smart location is awesome! Brad, the manager was so helpful and was always there when I had a question. I rented a storage unit for two years and knowing my belongs were kept safe and the ease in which Brad made renting is why I would recommend this Cube Smart location!

I wanted to take the time to write a review for the general manager of CubeSmart on Pine Island Road. His name is Terrance Rokosh and he is the best! He is so nice and helpful. He has gone above and beyond for me a few times since I got my unit. It’s going on two years now and I am thankful to have him running my store. I have had horrible experience with a local storage facility to the point of having to move out within 24 hours notice for no reason other than personal preference of Manager.( Which I can see no cause for )(Previously I have had three storage units there )home you cannot make a complaint against because all the numbers that you can find go to that person. The owners are not aware. I appreciate this place being a corporation I have no complaints whatsoever ) I recommend this place and the stuff highlyTerry and staff were completely understanding and helpful in making the move as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances it was nice to be taken care of by someone who is not prejudiced for any reason.I can’t say enough about Terry and the staff it made me feel very welcome and understanding .Because of the abrupt move, I didn’t make my first payment on time and they completely made me feel comfortable And accommodated me the best they couldthank you for being great

My dads stores his work equipment here and I met the managers brad and Terrance . they were so nice and helped me and my dad with everything. Specially going on during Christmas time they made my dads day due to some confusion about his account. They clarified the information about this storage company 5 star customer service!

The staff at this location are phenomenal and dedicated. Anytime I call I know I will get in touch with either Terrence or Brad and they are always so friendly and so very helpful. CubeSmart or this location is doing it right. I feel like they take the time to get to know their customers. Coming into the office feels like stepping into the local corner store that you go into every day. Except, this is a storage facility and you only stop in every so often, yet somehow Terrance and Brad always make you feel like they just saw you and know you. Not to mention the premises are always extremely clean and feel safe. As a female these are great attributes to a storage facility.

He walked me through how to enter my pin, EXCATE monthly amount, when due and all over the phone. Shoot he even made sure that my online discount applied correctly and let me know how long i was locked in for that savings! NO GUESS WORK on my end, NONE. We were moving out of our storage today. We have been here a year and a half. CubeSmart has been wonderful. We were down to our last unit and we had a few loads left. Our biggest fear was how we were going to move the heavy bar. We thought about getting a trailer or hiring a moving company on Monday. Terrance was walking around the property. He wasn’t working and he stopped and asked us if we needed any help. He introduced himself as the GM of the property. We had a load in the car and a full load in the truck. He suggested we take this load home and he will help us with the bar. He jumped in the truck and helped us with the first load. We came back loaded up the bar and the rest of the unit. We are both in our 70s there is no way we could have done this. Who does this. And on their time. He wouldn’t even take any money from us. He told us he has new friends and that’s what CubeSmart employees do. Thank you Terrance you are amazing. Thank you CubeSmart for taking care of us.

He stayed open a little later to meet me, he was very thorough with all this information. He even helped me to find two amazing guys to help unload a very large U-Haul. I went online and looked at quite a few storage places in the area. Cube smart had the best price and after i reserved a unit for same day i was contacted within 15 mins to confirm and get store hours so that i was able to access it later in the day. Brad was fast, efficient, and even showed me to my unit. Very clean and secure buildings also. Definitely would reccomend to family and friends. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service!! Brad and Terrance both went out of their way to help us out. We had an 8 hour drive turn into 12 hrs due to rain and road conditions, and were running behind. Terrance met us after closing time to get us set up and let us in. He also helped us get a 2nd unit as we had too much stuff to fit in one unit. He was super kind and patient, and worked with us to figured the rate plan that would work best for us. They also allowed us to leave our rental truck and uhaul overnight so we didnt have to unload after a 12 hr drive. This is a GREAT place to store your stuff!!

Everyone was so kind, understanding, patient, and helpful. Also, and perhaps most important, both gentlemen seemed to be happy, welcoming, and friendly.

I rented a unit for a year and never had any problems. I lost my key once and the staff took hours helping me and my family empty the unit and search for it. That was really nice of them and we were not actually expecting them to help but they did because they are nice people. I just emptied the unit and there was an accidentally charge of my bank card for the month. The staff there immediately tried to refund it but it went through again. Thankfully she noticed and refunded the money twice. My bank on the other hand saw it took me into the negative and decided to charge me an overdraft fee. The lady at Cube Smart said if my bank would not refund me they would. I called my bank and they saw the reversals and processed them faster and refunded the fee. Everything is good now and I appreciate Cube Smarts quick and fast response with helping me and offering to pay the overdraft fee. I would rent a unit there again. Thank you for the friendly service!
