I contacted these guys about running network cable throughout my house. They came up with a crazy plan that would have required multiple contractors in order to fix all the cutting they would do to my walls. And on top of that, once they left, they never even called us back with the estimate at all. I called to check on the estimate, and was told I would hear back in the next day or so. I never heard back at all. How do they expect to run a business if they cant even return a potential customers call? I ended up calling Hi Tech Communications. They came out and figure out how to do it without all the cutting and having to hire other contractors. They came in and got it done in less than a day, and did it right. I do NOT recommend using HD Media systems. They dont seem to know what they are doing, and are extremely flaky.
