I am very disappointed with their service department. I took my car in for a very simple repair when I went to pick it up I noticed my vehicle was damaged from what I can only guess was due to the vehicle lift not being set right. My service advisor Laura denied any responsibility for the damages although was willing to put the plastic back in place. They kept my vehicle for yet another day to inspect the damages. When I contacted my service advisor Laura the following day she still claimed it was not their fault she then continue to give me attitude then hung up on me. Overall I will not be purchasing any dodge vehicles and will never set foot on their lot again I will add pictures of before and after and you can take your own opinion but since I have owned this vehicle they are the only ones that have touched it.

Desperately lacking Excitement, Adventure and Thrills like the brands they represent.Im very pleased with my purchase of the 2021 Cherokee, greeted and dealt with friendly and professional sales associates. Process was a little enduring approximately 4hrs, a bit long especially with a 5yr old. I wasnt planning on to make a purchase but Dealership made a sale!My only Disappointment was I asked for Military Incentives, NAVY VETERAN.I was denied Cash Back Incentive. They do have incentives for: ACTIVE DUTY personnel, 100% Disabled Veterans,Honorable Discharge within 12 months of separation of service...

Very sketchy dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. My tires are locked onto my car and I do not have the key to remove them so I came here for the master key that dealerships are supposed to have to be able to properly remove the lug nuts. The first man I talked to in the service department (blonde) told me they had the key to do it and that it should be around $150. He redirected me to Andrew Mills outside who was the only person who seemed to genuinely care about my situation. Andrew then told me to talk to a man (I wish I remembered his name, he was in the farthest left service advisor office and had tatted forearms) because this man would know more than Andrew about the issue. This man had a service man named Brad come out and try to remove the lug nuts with their master key. Turns out it was just a key some other Jeep owner had left there and its pattern did not match my tires. I really do understand that and was grateful Brad had tried to help me out, but then this other man tried to tell me after that they could break the lug nuts off for $330 but that there was a 50/50 chance all the rims would get damaged and each rim would be about $1500 to replace. Theres no way I was going to risk that, so I went to my car to leave. In a hurry, the service advisor office man ran out to my car and frantically said they could do it for $165 and it would only take 5 minutes. Yeah right. Go rip off someone else.

Bob Baker Getting our van serviced has been a nightmare! My husband tells me the Technician we are working with is both knowledgeable and friendly and deserves 4.5 stars. He isn’t the problem. It is their scheduling & logistics that are horrendous. Our van has some defects that are very annoying, but don’t prevent us from using the van. Therefore, we set an appointment a month in advance to get them fixed. I thought that describing the problems a month before the appointment would give the Service Team time to prepare. I was wrong. Setting an appointment merely means that there will be somewhere to take the keys from you after you park. I dropped the van off in the morning and tried to check on it a couple times in the afternoon, but you cannot even leave a message if you don’t recall your Service Advisor’s name. I eventually learned that no one had time to look at it that day so I left it overnight. Recall that I had an appointment and they accepted the van in the morning. If they were that busy, they could easily have called to tell me to drop it off the next day instead. The next day, I left messages, but was unable to get any updates. It is our only car so around 3pm I got a ride down to the dealer. I had decided to pick it up whether or not it was ready. The Bob Baker Service Team convinced me to wait in the lobby for a little over an hour so they could take a look at it. They needed to order two parts to fix the two problems so they couldn’t fix our van.. However, they updated the firmware and rotated the tires in an effort to cheer me up. A couple weeks later, I got a call to inform me that one of the parts had arrived at the Service Center. I told them I didn’t want to schedule an appointment until both parts showed up. However, I was told that they can only hold the parts for 3 days. If no appointment is scheduled at the end of 3 days, they will send the parts back where they came from! Instead, I can reschedule the appointment if the second part doesn’t arrive in time. It seems like a crazy way to handle appointments. I scheduled an appointment but set it 3 weeks out because I didn’t want to have to go back for the second fix.. Fortunately, the second part did arrive before my appointment. That was the only fortunate part about this second appointment. Like the first time, my spouse and I arrived a little early, unloaded our bikes, and then drove the van into the service bay to drop it off. We assumed that these small repairs would only take a couple hours. We rode to the beach and then to a park for a light lunch.. Three hours later the van wasn’t ready. The day of our first appointment we ended up bicycling over 18 miles first for pleasure, then to get to another appointment, and then 11 miles to get back home without our van. No way was I doing that again! This time, we rode back to the Service Center at 3:30pm to retrieve our van; I definitely was not going to leave our van there indefinitely. When we arrived, the Technician told us that neither of the parts that were ordered were the parts that he needed to fix our van. Nothing was done! No one called us to let us know we could pick up our van. For over an hour, we had been huddled in the shade of a small tree a couple blocks away waiting for a call back, but we had to show up in person to get any information at all. It has been 7 weeks, and 3 days at the dealership and with no progress at all! These are not difficult issues: a floppy headrest & a mis-assembled air vent. The Technician will now order the parts he needs. In a week or two we can expect another phone call to schedule a third appointment with the exact same purpose as the first two.. I don’t think the scheduling person even acknowledged the incredible inconvenience of spending three days without our van, most of it just killing time in the neighborhood of the dealership expecting any moment to receive a call informing us that our van is fixed and ready to take home.

Bob Baker Ram Service has been one terrible experience after another. I am so disappointed. I love my truck, but this group has been awful to me. After driving my 2021 ram for 3 months I had an oil leak that required them to do a warranty repair on the vehicle to rebuild the engine. The truck was in the shop for over a month. After a lot of discussion, they finally agreed to provide a rental car to me. 8 months later, I get a bill from Enterprise saying that Bob Baker hasnt paid the bill and now I am going to be sent to collections and I cant rent a car from Enterprise/Alamo/National until I pay it. I call Kathy at Bob Baker and leave 4 messages over two weeks and she wont call back.

If youre looking at the Stellantis brand, I can recommend a trip to this dealership. Roy the nice salesman and I developed a good rapport and he provided an excellent conduit to the boss in the little room. I wasnt able to get the GC I was eyeing but the communication was fine and the staff willing to help. Just remember that in these odd times of supply probs, surcharges, and the general attitude of dealerships thinking they dont need long term relationships, you really have to watch the numbers. I let the young lady know I was already at the service department waiting to be helped. Soon after a gentleman comes around I explain why I am there and he proceeded to turn me away tells me they cannot help because they are too busy and that I need to make an appointment. I was not happy about that. Usually I drop of my car they give me a loner and call me when my car is ready. I got my first jeep from this dealership & traded in my used car to get it. I was in the military and only stationed there in California, so the car was still registered in Texas, with TX plates. The dealership took our trade in vehicle, the vehicle title, told us they’d remove our Texas plates, & informed us we signed over liability.BUT now 4 years later, I live back in Texas and I’m getting calls from the Moreno valley sheriffs department in California, saying I have to come pick up my impounded car (of which was no longer mine) & that the Texas license plates are still on it. How did you people manage to sell my car without registering it in the dealerships name, and WITH THE OUT OF STATE plates still on it?!

EDIT: after the response from the owner, The representative called back and let us know that they will be providing a new key for the truck free of charge. My wife and I bought a 2020 Ram 1500 a couple weeks back and were not impressed by our representative Patrick. We attempted to trade in our older vehicle and were told it was worth much less due to only having one key yet for the truck we bought we were only provided one key and we were not told that we were only getting one. We attempted to speak to Patrick and he kept being short with us and rushing us off the phone blaming the single key on the fact that it was a used vehicle. We understand that it is a used vehicle and that if it was a prior owned vehicle it might not have a second key. But we were told this vehicle was previously a rental for the dealership itself so there is no reason it should not have come with 2 keys. We attempted to resolve the matter and this dealership refused to work with us or attempt to resolve the issue. Overall the experience wasn’t pleasant and more stressful than it needed to be. Even when buying the day of, we didn’t feel like the customer mattered or our business mattered. We probably should’ve gone else where.

Overall a decent experience only because my saleswoman was very nice. Though I definitely think they need to hire some real Jeep enthusiasts who actually know what their talking about to customers.I showed up with an apt at 1200 noon only 15 minutes early, and I was expecting the EcoDiesel Gladiator I drove an hour to see to be out front and ready for me to view, but it was not. Instead I had to wait for my sales person to arrive and than we had to go find this vehicle. I was given the option to wait at the front while they brought it to me, but I figured since I had already been waiting; let’s just go.After looking at this Jeep I realized it was missing some key options for me to even consider buying it. My sales representative told me to make a list of all the options I needed and they would find one for me. They did find a few matches and were willing to trade with another dealership to get me the Jeep. Though at the end of the day, I didn’t feel a sense or urgency from my sales person or anyone at this dealership. I also could not get straight answers from any of them on the legitimate towing specs of this gladiators, I got a range between 5000 and 6500lbs which is a big difference and than no one could tell me the max pay load.I asked about employee pricing as Jeep is advertising employee pricing for everyone on certain models, and my Sport S would have been eligible but I was told that the Bob Barker dealership doesn’t honor employee pricing.

You would not expect that after purchasing a new vehicle and finding an issue on the SAME day and after coordinating with the service manager that you don’t want to wait in line - that the first question would be “so, do you have a ride?”. The day before the guy said it will be couple of hours. Now it’s the whole day. I am NOT here for service - this is a brand new car! I drove 40 miles each way because it was supposed to be in and out.Would NOT recommend.UPDATE:If my comment did not convinced you that this is not a place where you want to do business with - just read the general manager response. If this is how the head manager works - I am glad that I did not do my business there.Their Service Manager did accept me the day AFTER (not same day). I did talked to him on the phone, and he did not set these expectations with me. I did explain that I am coming and expecting an in and out he said everything is service is at least 2 hours. Why didnt he told me it will take the whole day? what has changed in the last 18 hours?I have another car which is a BMW and very good relationship with BWM GM dealership. For the Chrysler car I worked with other places - much better customer service.Seems like a dodge a bullet in this caseBTW: It is not that the other Chrysler dealership does not to help, on the contrary: they are trying to help - finding me solution so I dont need to drive all the way to them.BTW2: You are a Chrysler dealership, if you dont help Chrysler customers just because they did not purchase the car from you... well that says it all

I also needed to replace my key fob, and after 2 days of calling and leaving messages, I was finally able to speak to a real person, and the quote was $1800!! I got my local locksmith to make me a new key and reprogram the car and it was only $230. Epically bad service. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee with the well known 3.6L V6 valve tick due to failed needle bearings in the rocker arms. Luckily it was still covered under the engine warranty. I was very friendly with the service advisor as I knew this was a common repair and hoped it would be done without issue. When I returned for pick up it was late on a Friday night, so I could not talk to my service advisor and only a handful of techs were around to hand me my keys and the invoice. I saw they had replaced both driver side camshafts, but one only rocker arm, and only 2 valve lash adjusters. As part of that warranty repair they should have changed all 12 rocker arms and 12 lash adjusters to prevent damage to the new camshafts, as well as replaced the 6 intake gaskets and the valve cover gasket as part of that service, but they didnt.Whats worse is that I picked up my car at night, so I did not see until the next morning that the car floor mats were full of sand and the drivers seat was filthy. Further inspection revealed more sand all over the suspension and underside of the car. I hadnt been near any sand and left the car clean before dropping it off. The odometer showed several additional miles since drop off. So someone there had taken my Jeep for a joyride to the beach!I opened the hood and found that the engine cover was heavily damaged as if it had been dropped, stepped on, and kicked across a concrete floor, scratching the paint and logos on it. The engine cover was immaculate and the engine bay was CLEAN when I had dropped it off. I also found the drivers side shock tower was heavily damaged with deep scratches and gouges down to bare steel! Finally I found one valve cover bolt was loose and that several bracket bolts and plastic clips along the driver side of the intake manifold were never fastened back down upon re-assembly. Finally, I found there was oil splashed all over the engine compartment. After several attempts I managed to get the service manager and he did offer to replace the engine cover and repaint the shock tower, and he apologized for the terrible condition of the engine bay, so I brought my car back. There they found that that the oil spilled was mostly from a leaking oil cooler that they didnt notice the first time. They replaced it under warranty, cleaned the engine bay, replaced the engine cover, and touched up the shock tower with paint by hand. But they also tried to upsell me on other fluid changes and spark plug changes that werent yet required, quoting it at nearly $1000. I said No thanks. They had wasted enough of my time that week and I just wanted to go home, so I thanked them for fixing their mistakes and left.Several months later, the valve tick appeared on the passenger side of the engine. This time I went to Poway Chrysler Jeep and they did the job RIGHT. They replaced both right side camshafts, all 12 rockers, all 12 lash adjusters, and the intake and valve cover gasket. They left the engine bay and my car clean, and did NOT take my car joyriding at the beach. The reason I am complaining now 2 years later is because the valve tick has returned on the driver side because Bob Baker Chrysler Jeep did NOT replace all of the rockers and lash adjusters the first time under warranty as they should have, guaranteeing that I would have to return for service. Now my warranty has expired, and I will have to take my Jeep elsewhere to pay FOR THE SAME REPAIR on the driver side. Camshafts are not cheap.I live nearby, but I will never go to Bob Baker Chrysler Jeep for service and I will not buy another Jeep in the future. If I need a dealership repair, I will go 35 miles to Poway Chrysler Jeep for better service. I work as an engineer and project manager in the automotive aftermarket industry and have been working on cars for 30 years. I have rebuilt 5 engines myself. Bob Baker, you could have gained your best advocate and a future vehicle sale with me. Instead, in an effort to save a measly buck you lost a very good informed customer.

So if you are looking for a place to buy a new or used vehicle with a friendly no pressure staff look no further than Bob Baker auto group.

I walked in for information about a Jeep, not being fully convinced to buy, was told I needed an appointment because of the virus, but there was someone who could help me. That was last Thursday, and after two hours of back and forth, which is not unusual, I signed the deal. Not great, but fair, so I signed. It took two more hours to do the papers. I came back on Friday to pick up the car which would be waiting for me to jump in and drive, and there was some nonsense about a computer recall, so it was an other hours wait. My salesperson, who will apologize up and down if I mention his name, so I wont, showed me whatI needed to know and I drove home. I returned on Monday with several questions: the book said I had lane-changer warning lights and I didnt; he said the book was general; it was very difficult to sync the radio and phone and navigation, so I had another lesson and though I got it. The salesman, flowing over with concern for his rating, said he would call me on Wednesday to see if all is well. Its Saturday and he still hasnt called and Im still having trouble. I really love the Jeep: its a hard drive and fun to drive, but as far as customer service, well, everything that he asked me to check off even before I picked up the car can be erased. This salesperson lucked out with me.....but I didnt luck out with him. Same old stuff, I guess. I hope the general manager reads this....

Worst experience I ever had at a professional dealership and they promote false advertisement as well. They had a Jeep that was on sale price with a discounted price of $1,000 but when were looking at the numbers they add an additional $1,000 fee for vehicle transport, so they said. So, it was advertised with a discount on their web page but when she pulled out the price sheet it was at full price and said they added the $1,000 on transport fees but they couldnt point on the price sheet where that fee was.The sales rep. wasnt pushy but she wasnt helpful either. Instead she started giving us numbers on a lease which we were never interested in. She then left and brought in the manager to negotiate and close a deal. The problem in that is instead of the manager helping us out and getting us a deal on a new car he further pushed on us trying to lease a car. He was rude and unprofessional and up until the point where he insulted us by saying if we even knew what a lease was and how it works. He disregarded everything I asked in what I was looking for in a vehicle and pressed on about why I needed what he thought was best for us from what I was looking for in a vehicle. There was no negotiation with him on some sort of deal or even some incentive for us to buy a car from them, Bob Baker Jeep. He just kept pushing on about a lease. Here are a couple of quotes from the so-called manager. Everybody is leasing; everyones doing it, and nobody buys cars anymore they lease!.Long story short; we shot back to San Juan Capistrano Jeep and purchased, not leased, a new 2021 Jeep JL from the wonderful, friendly staff at coastline Chrysler Jeep.

I have overlooked a lot since purchasing a vehicle on 11/26/2017 at Bob Baker Chrysler, often giving the benefit of the doubt to the sales and service teams. My buying experience was long and drawn out with many calculated maneuvers on the sales team’s part. As a first time buyer I expected some resistance when it came to financing but did not expect the shady manipulative behavior I experienced. They told me I was declined a loan from every option they had tried including Chrysler, despite my excellent credit. They pushed hard for my mother to cosign my loan so they could shop for a better deal. Upon declining that offer and getting ready to leave, magically the news was past that I indeed did get approved for a loan from Chrysler but my sales associate had “misheard” the manager. I guess they really wanted to finance through an outside venue, I would assume for a kickback from the lender. I also wanted to leave to go to the bank to get a cashier’s check for the down payment. They said they checked what time the bank closed and I had plenty of time to get there after closing the deal. This was obviously a lie because the bank was closed and had I to drive down the following weekend to deliver the check.Upon getting home I noticed that the rear seat was missing an insert for the cup holders in the armrest that left screw holes and unfinished plastic exposed. My sales associate assured me that the part would be mailed to my home address. This did not happen, as I had to go to the parts department and pick it up myself, which honesty didn’t bother me due to the fact I already had to drop off the check. Obviously the part was wrong when I got there because this is Bob Baker we are dealing with. I argued with the parts associate that clearly there is another part to hide the screw holes. In the end he could not help me because the computer did not show an additional part. Well I left and went to another dealership and looked inside their Ram 1500 Rebel and found the missing part myself. I am still waiting to hear back from Bob Baker as to when my part will arrive, with an apology.Overall I am very disappointed with my experience and I clearly took my Chrysler and Bob Baker surveys waaaay to soon. You have lost a customer for life, from all your dealerships and that my not mean anything to you but I hope my experience can benefit other buyers. Thank you for making this experience as long and drawn out as possible.

Thanks Parker! Great selection but more importantly, great service thanks to my sales experience. I bought my car from the sales guy Parker Lanning. My friend purchased his car from Parker and recommended that I go see Parker if I buy my car. He was exceedingly patient and resourceful, very educated on the cars. Was able to answer just about every question of the 100 questions I asked. Nothing is worse than asking a sale guy questions and him not being educated in the product. He assisted me from start to finish and even a few times weeks later when I had a question about my new Durango and some of the settings. Seriously, thanks for all your help Parker! As for Bob Baker and my car. They have a very large selection of cars to choose from, they are not pushy when deciding what you want to do. Their prices seem to be good but with a little help from my sales guy, he was able to knock a few dollars off and That was not something he needed to do.I will definitely be recommending any of my friends to go to Bob Baker and especially go to my sales guy Parker Lanning. Now my new Dodge Durango is resting at home. Loving it.

Awful service. I tried to call to schedule service for my Jeep. The voice recording said I had to make an appointment via their website. So I made an “inquiry” not even an appointment. Then I get not one. But two emails of them wanting to help me purchase a vehicle. I don’t need a new vehicle I just need a freaking oil change. So instead I just showed up. Conveniently all of the techs were at lunch (11:30) and didn’t come back til (1pm). And then it would still take over an hour for just an oil change.

I went in for a scheduled meeting with Jodie and the Fleet Manager. The general manager sits me down and tells me that both persons had just left. I question this as I had a date and time set up via e-mail. Manager proceeds to get defensive and passive aggressively denies responsibility rather than spitting out an apology. Only word that was consistent was Buddy. Earlier the last week, I had come down and was told they were closed by who Im sure was the same guy (while he was talking to a customer)! Unprofessional all around, especially in the customer service department. I doubt I will bring my business here if at all possible, its almost like they dont even want to sell a car.

This past weekend I stopped by Bob Baker. If I could rate this dealership I would give them a 0! I went open minded to trade in my Jeep for a newer one. The general sales manager low balled me on my trade in. After I asked where he got his numbers, he showed me the estimate on TrueCar. Which he rated my vehicle as “POOR.” I questioned him regarding the price and he started saying that all their used cars on the lot are rated as poor. I mean is it such a thing? I have traded my past vehicles at a different dealership and have never came across them saying my vehicle has to be rated as poor. My Jeep has low mileage and has been well taken care of over these past two years. The general sales manager wasn’t being transparent on the price. He got up from his seat and walked away. After looking at the reviews I still decided to stop by and judge this place on my own. I will take my service elsewhere. This has been the worst experience ever!

I bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade at a really good price. They even offered a custom leather package at a discounted price. However, my Jeep has had squeaky brakes for the first 20k miles. I took it to the service department and they said I need to brake them in. Its now at 25k miles and my brakes are still squeaky. Theyre making me pay for these squeaky brakes even though its a brand new car.The sales process was great and really good environment. My recommendation for any buyers is to check the new cars brakes and oil even though they are new cars.

BUYER (OR LEASER) BEWARE!!Bob Baker Jeep was the worst experience in our first and most likely last lease ever. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I get that dealerships make a LOT of their money in after-market products and warranties. We told them we didnt drive much (at most 10K miles/year). They talked us into buying extra miles, saying that they were cheaper up-front than having to pay for them after the fact. Okay, that makes sense, but we dont drive much. They told us that we would be reimbursed for any unused mileage. Okay, that doesnt seem like a bad thing; so we signed up.The end of our 3-year lease was up and we had put 17,561 miles on vehicle out of the 45,021 total allowable miles. Did we get a refund for those miles. NO! Did we receive a realized value or surplus back. NO! Apparently there was a clause in the contract for extra miles, but he didnt enter it correctly. Whether accidental or on purpose (I lean toward the latter), Im the one that wasted thousands of unnecessary dollars on miles that I told them I would not use. To top it off, I even replaced all the tires and had the car detailed before bringing it back to ensure I received my credit back on the unused portion of the cars depreciation.

Buying your first car is always an experience; for some a great one, for others not so much. I was fortunate enough to find myself on the positive end of this spectrum thanks to my sales agent Jonas! Not only did he make this experience quick and painless, he made this experience a personal one, which I feel is even more important. His personable and understanding nature added to the value of buying my first car. Bob Baker should be proud and honored to have him on their team. If Jonas is any indication as to how the rest of the team is, I can rest assured that myself and my car will be in good hands from here on out and I know I went to the right place.

I called at 3pm to schedule an appointment for a oil change and was told no appointment was necessary as long as I arrived before 4pm. I left work early so I could get the service done. I arrived at 3:45pm to service and was told to loop around to Express service. I approached the stop line behind 1 customer that was being helped at her vehicle at 3:50pm. I waited and waited at my vehicle but was never attended to. A mechanic came and pulled her vehicle forward. My car still parked in lane. Still waiting so I decided to walk in and was told they couldnt take me because it was after 4. To be exact it was 4:04pm at this time. When I glanced at the lady sitting who was being helped when I initially arrived The cashier then said the customer sitting was the last customer for a 3:45pm service. I informed her I was here at that time and I was aware of the 4pm rule because I had just called before deciding to leave work early. Very unprofessional and complete waste of my time, gas and money. 1st time at this dealership. No clear signs or directions, no attendants. My experience has always been to wait at your car until an attendant comes to your car to tag it or give it a number before leaving it unattended so they can get keys and move it from the drive up lane when needed. On January 30th, I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X from Bob Baker Jeep...I absolutely love this new vehicle...However I do not love my experience with this dealership so far. I was told the extra car alarm I was pressured into purchasing extra by the finance department, that it could easily be removed if I was not 100% satisfied, I am not, and my issue is not being fixed...plus, I have been waiting for parts under warranty that I was assured would be fixed when I bought the vehicle, and now one month and a half later, I am still waiting...I have called my service depatment representative at Bob Baker each of the past three days on status of these parts due to be installed on my new vehicle, and they still have not called me back as of this afternoon yet...and I have been waiting for over three weeks since the time I was told the parts would be in...So far I would not recommend this dealership to anyone until they rectify this situation...as their sales and finance team lied to me just to make a sale, and now their service department is giving me the run around it feels...on a positive note, I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X. Just not happy with this dealership so far at all...

If I could give a negative star I would. Took my truck in they kept it over a week! I told them the check engine came on and to communicate with me on what the problem was, never got a call, when I did get a call all they did was fix a recall on a latch! That’s not why I brought it there! And they knew that! Wouldn’t get back to me or my husband, then when they did hit us with $900 bill, saying all this stuff was wrong! Everything should of been covered under warranty but they kept tacking random things on.Not even two months later, the check engine light came on to what should have been fixed already! I don’t drive my truck far at all. They then proceeded to say that we need an oil change and def flush and all this other stuff when that’s not true, my def has never run out and we just recently had an oil change and they never fixed the original problem, but we didn’t know because like I said I don’t drive my truck very far or long enough for the check engine to come on. They provide a rental if you’re lucky for one day! After that it’s all out of pocket. What a joke! Also when you call them, they just hang up on you or you don’t get a response. I’ve never dealt with such terrible customer service and such a scam. I’ll be contacting the BBB and reporting them. I’m not the only person to have an awful experience with them. Dodge should be ashamed of themselves for having such awful customer service and mechanics who just want to scam people. JUST KNOW THEY DO MAKE A COMMISSION ON YOU IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! THAT IS WHY THEY ALWAYS SAY YOU NEED A 1000x more stuff done when you don’t!Get it together!

I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance (oil, filter, etc.). The service advisor was fine, easy to talk to - no issue there. The work performed was sub-par at best. They were sloppy with the oil. Oil was dripping from the bottom of the vehicle and also spraying the undercarriage when the car is driven. Oil was also inside the engine bay on the top plastic housing that fits over the engine. For me, its understood that when you add oil it can sometimes spill. Also when you drain existing oil, it can sometimes spill. But at least clean it up. Additionally the oil change indicator was not reset. On the service paper work provided, they made sure to check the box stating that it was reset, but after cycling through the display on the dash, it still indicates the old reading. Not a huge deal, Im sure I can figure out how to reset it myself, but it makes me wonder what else they checked off as complete that wasnt ever actually addressed. In my opinion I would find another dealer if youre expecting at least average service. At a minimum, if you choose Bob Baker for service, lower your expectations significantly. Youll be much happier. Good luck!

A lot of Jeep dealers are dishonest and will flat out lie to you about what price they will sell you a Jeep for. Also they add on things that you don’t need like paint protection for extra $$$. I worked with James West and he was great. Gave me a straight and honest price and honored it with no bogus extras. They also beat the rate my credit union had so I financed through them. For a professional and straight forward buying experience I would highly recommend working with James West and buying at Bob Baker.
