Hes a mobile repair service now. Came to my house, replaced the LCD on my iPhone X in about 15 minutes. It was awesome. Pricing is great for the convenience. Definitely recommend.

I had a crack on the back of my iPhone and issues with my camera. Sheldon was able to come to my location and help fix everything. He was very communicative and helpful. The convenience and service was great!

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful.After my phone malfunctioned due to spilling wine on it, called and talked to a man named Sheldon. After listening to my phone issues, he explained some likely issues and that he might be able to fix the phone and have it work for a time, but ultimately, it would likely never work well again. He added that repairs would be more expensive than a replacement, and even took time to make a couple recommendations of where to find good phone deals.He could have simply taken my money for a quick fix, but instead the man gave an honest reply and even tried to help find a replacement, despite not making any money. I recommend him not only for his knowledge but for his honesty. 5 stars.

This is the kind of place you don’t have to want to go to... usually it means you did something dumb, as I did, and you need to get your phone repaired. Well, these guys made it simple, and for about 25% cheaper than the same thing would have cost at the Apple Store.They’re prices are bit higher than the same type of place in Oceanside, but you’re in Carlsbad, and the service is a tad better and the knowledge and honesty are worlds better.Go here!

The bomb! Phone Phix is great! I busted my screen on my I phone 6 plus. I was so pissed. But Sheldon over at Phone Phix had me taken care of in just a couple of hours. It was pretty sweet! Super happy!

I went here to get the screen replaced my Galaxy S3. They were completely upfront and told my that since there are several newer models out, parts for the S3 are harder to find, so it would probably be more cost-effective to get a new phone. I hadnt backed up some of the stuff I had on the phone, so I chose to have them repair it anyway.The repair did take a while, but that was all time spent waiting for the part to arrive, so it was not their fault.I just picked my phone up today, good as new, and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. They showed my the old screen that they took off, and where it was broken (it was under the glass, and not easy to see). They even switched my screen protector from the old screen to the new. And, the price I paid was $10 less than the estimate!

Chris was very polite and respectful, and gave me a great deal to fix the back glass of my Galaxy S7 Edge; only $40 and he fixed it perfectly in 15 minutes! I will do business with him again!

Sheldon is awesome he doesnt charge for little fixes and he does good work at reasonable prices.

My experience wasnt great. I know people who have come in here and paid $100 to get their screen fixed. I paid $130. The man behind the counter was not friendly whats so ever. When I finally was paying for it his mobile card swiper wasnt working and I had to walk a block down the street to the closest ATM. I asked for a discount for the in convince and he refused, so I asked to be refunded the $3 I was charged to take money out of a bank that I do not belong to and he also refused. Also, now the wifi on my phone wont even turn on. DO NOT GO HERE. It is a waste of your money.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Would give 0 stars but I cantWho ever owns this store needs to educate the kid working the counter about customer service. This was the worst experience in my entire life.They use cheap refurbished parts and pass them off as new. When I called them out on it after taking it to another store, the kid working was beyond rude and basically told me that Im uneducated in iPhone screens when I had the old one showing a refurbished sticker on the back. Will never use this place again. Theres cheaper places around that actually use quality parts.
