The experience I had with the Manager David Quinn was Horrible and the Staff including Jasmine had no CUSTOMER service experience. I would never recommend this particular store. They are rude and both the So call Manager and employee lied about my purchase at this store. I will complain to TMobile Customer Service. This store has 4 employees and a manager who had nothing to do for hours but play on their phones and eat on the tables in the store. The manager sits in the back of the store for hours and when I asked for the manager they said he was not available. I had to make two trips which was a waste of time and a waste of my gas. No one in this store is Professional. They are just kids that are obviously not experienced in customer service! Never try to buy a product and return it because they use every excuse to make you pay for something you dont need! They do not care about Customers!!

The staff was helpful, friendly, and prompt! They answered all my questions in a clear and professional manner.
