No help. I told them someone was stealing my service & they had the audacity to tell me thats not possible. I cant use my data so I cant even go on my phone & do the customer service chat instead of waiting for hours for nothing & having to redial. Everytime I call customer service Im on hold for hours with no answer. I made a police report & I think I changing service carriers. Ridiculous. Paying for a service Im not receiving. Will NEVER go here again!!!

Went in to at bill and change address. Guy didn’t know how to change address. He had to add the app. I asked before hand if it would change my billing coming to my mail. He was talking to someone on the phone. They both said I would get bill by mail. I’m now getting them via email which I specifically told him I didn’t want. Often after visiting to pay bills here I’ve started getting advertising texts or emails. I’m trying to change my preferences back and it is just an endless loop of log ins and what every he changed my security question to.

Good customer service. I gave it 5 stars because the lady that helped me, called me 2 days later to check and see if I had any issues with my phone.Thats a first for me. Usually they resolve your problem and assume you will be back if you have any other issues.

I completely cracked my camera on the inside (not lens) and they were able to order new parts for it and fix my camera.

Esther was such a big help for me, been seeing her for a few years for all my products. Very knowledgeable, professional, very patient, looked into anything I have asked about, keeps me updated when I order anything. Recently upgrade my iPhone and Apple Watch with no problems. Kristy is very knowledgeable at what she does. She is always very helpful whether it be on the phone or in person. Shell always try to find a great deal that will work work you. Ive used Kristy as my rep for a few years now and wont deal with anyone other than Kristy. She takes care of my familys plan along with my mothers. I tell everybody to just use Kristy cause shes the best. She isnt just in there to make a sell but she truely cares about her customers and will always try to find a great deal for you.

Sarah at Verizon in Carlsbad NM is AWESOME! She has helped us numerous times with our personal phones as well as our business lines. She is always so helpful and polite! She is now our “go-to” girl when we need anything from Verizon. It’s refreshing to see old fashion customer service in this day and age!!

I recently made a visit in hopes to get an issue with my phone resolved. I was promptly greeted and helped by Rivers Chadwick. He took the time to listen and look at the problem I was having with my phone. He discussed all my options and made sure I was comfortable with any and all decisions made. Very patient and helpful. Awesome experience. I had ordered a tablet with accessories from Amazon. I went to this store to have them apply a screen protector. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Since I had everything they didnt charge me to apply the screen protector.

I am currently with at&t and was looking to switch to Verizon. I spoke with Sarah Carnero and she was a great help with every question i had. Shes very friendly, polite and knows her job well. Ive dealt with other people on this and i walked out on them because they were rude or just didnt know what they were doing. Im still undecided on switching over, but if i do i will definitely drive the 30+miles to see Sarah to get everything switched over for me. We have had problems with our account since it was made over 5 years ago. Ive talked with literally dozens if not hundreds of reps, and no one could ever even offer ideas of what was happening, let alone fix it. Ester fixed it in one phone call.Simply put, Ester is the best when it comes to phones and knows the Verizon system better than any corporate employee, branch, business account manager.

Esther Munoz and her store is by far the best place in Carlsbad to get your cell phone service!! The other Verizon stores just do not compare. She was so friendly and really felt like she helped me out everytime I have been there. 11/10 service!!

Erika Granado was the sales person that helped my boyfriend and I at the store. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the phones we wanted and the plan we needed for a decent price. I can message her any time till this day if something is going on and she will answer my questions in a timely manner. Talk about someone who goes out of her way to make her customers happy! Verizon has great, reliable coverage in the Carlsbad area but the best part of dealing with this business was a young man named Jay Fairbanks. Jay helped my wife & I pick out new phones & was very patient & helpful in doing so. Jay kept our budget in mind throughout the process & didnt try and push us into something we couldnt afford. Hes a great kid...ask for him!

Customer service was good. But They did not tell me what i was charged for until i actually got a receipt in my hand. They charged me a $35 program/set up fee when they DID NOT set up the phone or transfer any content. And it was a non refundable fee that was charged to me that wasnt even done.

Jonathan was the best in helping us with joining Verizon. The new phones are a great upgrade. We will come back for upgrades in the future!
