They did not secure my screen plus it’s broken. They did a terrible job don’t go to them.

When this store first opened the original guy was amazing and made sure he did a good job. I brought my phone in functioning fine, just had a cracked screen that was bugging me. I dove from out of town to use them and when I got my phone back the flash didn’t work, my camera was blurry and many more problems it didn’t have. The person that answered couldn’t hardly talk English and they told me I would have to pay. When just paying $200 for a cracked screen. I do not recommend!

I cannot say anything but amazing things about this store and how much they have helped me!Juan Carlos has helped me all 3 times I’ve been there and he has been on of the most patient,kind, and diligent workers I’ve ever worked with.I always recommend my friends and family to visit this store for any cell phone repairs because of the great customer service!

Quality work, competitive pricing, exceptional customer service! The owner takes time to really connect with the community. He supports local causes, and people wether its an up and coming rapper selling his merch or trusting someone to come back later and pay him bc they didnt have enough money. Definitely the type of place where I would take my business, and go out of my way to recommend to others!

If I could give them no starts I would. I seriously do not recommend at all. They charged me over $200 to replace my screen seconds later the screen started to glitch. I called and asked about it, they said there was nothing left to do. The screen stoped taking my touch and completely blacked out. I had to pay double to get my phone fixed by someone better.

Please handle all future customers and their devices with care as if it were your own.

Took my phone to have a screen replacement, charged me 400$ jus for the screen to go black 4 days later. Took it again, paid 200$ jus for the screen to go black repeatedly after some weeks. Took it to Verizon finally and was told during the first repair they didn’t put in all the screws!!!! WOULD NOT recommend! scam artists for sure.

We went into this store on a whim because my boyfriends phone was not responding to anyone’s efforts. Google, at&t the managers there... and we walk in Tevin does something literally magical and bamn he is able to use his phone again and didn’t have to pay the $600 at&t was requesting. COME HERE. TRUST TEVIN lol I’m not kidding. Magic 🔐🙏

I came in with a phone that no one has been able to unlock. Khan was very helpful and tried for an hour to unlock it. He told me that it could be unlocked but it’s gonna take a good amount of time. I wanted to stay with the same model of the iPhone and he gave me a good deal on the iPhone same as mine. I am very low tech and Khan helped me do all the setup on my new phone. A very happy experience! And I highly recommend!

Just took my IPhone X yesterday, wouldn’t turn on after I took it, it started working fine took about 30-45 minutes I believe and it was affordable, would definitely recommend!

I had dropped my phone so I went here to get the screen fixed well the man who fixed it took my original home button and never gave it back and didn’t mention it to me and he messed up my camera so I had to go get my camera fixed at another place which was another $50 and it’s really just a mess I spent $226.06 at cell geeks to have my screen fixed but was charged extra for the button and the camera to be fixed and neither was done. I would like my refund this is poor service and I should’ve been told fromThe beginning what was going to happen to my phone but I wasn’t.

Have galaxy s9+ needed screen repaired & went to this place. The guys there had my phone ready in 25 min. All was working great! Paid 215.00 to get my screen replaced on a iphone XS MAX, they used a cheap led screen(SL brand) instead of the original OLED screen, after 15 minutes of use and leaving the shop, the screen glitches and not responsive all the time, they dont do refunds, why would i go back to get the same cheap screen again, verizon store blocks down the street charges 250.00 plus tax for an original apple screen, also done in less than 20 minutes,

I have not been here, but as I can tell by looking through all these reviews is that they are obviously faked and would not put trust in this company to repair any of my phones. With them being open for only two weeks and having 20 reviews (Some were removed - lol I wonder why). I would hope that the owner would flag this review and try to take it down, but that would make Google themselves actually look into this review and decide. A little obvious when every review is 5 stars and little detail was put into them and most have only given one review on their Google account. Okay, I’m done.Edit: The response below doesn’t include the issue I am having in the first place - The reviews are mostly inauthentic and puts the business at a lower standard of authenticity. I would not recommend this place solely on the fact that they do not trust real people to give them reviews and/or gave the people writing the reviews a discount of some sort. With your grammar not being so-great, as example “%100” and not having a space in between periods. It doesn’t look good for a business to be heard. You didn’t even deny that you per say “bought” your reviews. Ok, done again.

I am super happy with the quality work they did on my iPhone X it was stuck on the Apple logo and wouldn’t go past that plus I had broke the screen he fixed all my iPhone X problems quick and I’m so relieved cause I did not want to lose my data on my phone . Thank you cell geeks !
