I took my Daughter to Jc Penney’s Optical dept in Carlsbad, CA....Sabrina was So helpful and ExtremelyProfessional!She let my daughter try on several glasses without being pushy....Sabrina is very patient ....& cares about her customers !She helped us pick out and order our polarized prescription sunglasses!And a regular pair!!I highly recommend Going to J.C. Penney’s Optical in Carlsbad!Sabrina! Thank you & you Rock!!

The staff is fabulous at this location! They are helpful and patient when teaching new contact users how to handle contacts. They worked with our limited time schedule with grace. I would highly recommend this place for its amazing customer service!

I called and got an immediate answer on Saturday afternoon. They made an appointment for me the next day, on Sunday! Super fast to get in and I will let you know how it turned out. So far it sounds very good! The fellow on the phone asked enough questions to get me started, told me what price to expect for a routine exam to get glasses. Sue

BEST Experience EVER!!! I cannot say enough good about the Manager of the Carlsbad location, Sabrina-Alexis Rabanzo. I love this girl, she is amazing!!! I now have to wear glasses for the first time in my life and I was frustrated after going to 6 other places and not finding what was right for me or an affordable price for me. Sabrina is not only honest, helpful, and pleasant, but she brings 17 years of knowledge to this location. Honestly, the very best experience Ive ever had in purchasing something I wish I didnt need. Im actually excited to get my new glasses now. I also want to mention that JC Penney offered the best prices and deals over any of the other places that I priced for glasses. This was such wonderful news since I live on a budget. I promise you, you must go to this location and ask for Sabrina. JC Penney, youve got a GREAT employee in her. She deserves a raise. She is nothing short of AMAZING!

I have been trying to call there for 3 days now! No one answers the phone, talk about terrible customer service? I would rather take my service somewhere else then waste my time ANY longer with this company. REALLY sad as my mother AND grandmother used to go there...I cant even give it one star as it doesnt deserve that (Had to do a star to post) it doesnt deserve the star!

Waited 2 weeks still haven’t got my glasses. I was told wait a week to get it when I ordered.
