This CosmoProf is a little hard to get to. If youre coming from the south on Avenida Encinas you have to make a U-turn to get to it. But it is so worth it. Inside is set up so neatly and easy to find products. The personal customer service you receive and professional knowledge of the personnel is really impressive. Take your business here and get somegood old fashioned one on one customer service. Youll really be glad you did.
