I read all the bad reviews and I just wanted to say that this store is under new management and their new employees are so helpful. They have a great selection on products with great deals. They almost always have a free gift with a qualifying purchase and great deals on their skin care and makeup. Love this store.

Had a friend drive me 30 min away, disabled and cant on my own; and they were temporarily closed is what their sign on the door said. Yet this location updated their fb updated yesterday and they failed to mention that they wouldnt even be open Nov 2nd, 2021. It didnt say how long it was closed for, but I waited in the car a while and it didnt reopen, so who knows how long it will be shut for?

I was in the store last week and the customer service was really good. I was so impressed with the prices because I was trying to avoid the black Friday crazy rush. I know it’s an outlet store so they don’t do color matching, but they really worked with me to make sure I picked out the right product.

I bought 4 Jo malone cologne bottles from there and asked employee about the box. They didnt have the box. They just wrap 1 tissue paper.About 30mins later, I go back to my car and organize them, and it scratched my skin and the blood came out. I checked and one of them had little broken from the bottom back. I went back to the store and told them. And the lady is so rude, her name is Kelly.She always said it is not broken when she sell it for me. But it is small broken, the bottle front is perfect thats why they couldn’t see it.If I did break it, there was some little glass pieces glass inside. And I am not crazy, I broke the bottle and scratch myself.

Was so excited to try this store. Rude employees don’t know anything about customer service. Sweet big guy helped though so it made up for some of the bad experience.

Very nice store with good selection and low price. The sales representatives need to work on their customer service. They complain and talk badly behind their customers back after they have left the store in front of other customers present in the store. Not very professional. As I found it very unprofessional of the representatives bad mouthing the customer after she had left the store for asking a question Im lowering my rating to 3 star.

A nice store and staffs help me a lot. BUT Some of staffs got really problems with kids. They treat kids as criminals. They said if you couldnt stop them walking around, you have to let them out the store... EXCUSES ME PLEASE!!!

I absolutely LOVE this store. I found out about it from YouTube beauty community videos. It’s a great place to find makeup, skincare and fragrances at awesome discounted prices. They don’t have the full lines you’d usually find at a regular retail store but if you’re familiar with these products you can really find some wonderful things. They have MAC, Tom Ford, Smashbox, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Too Faced, Becca, Estée Lauder, etc. All the employees here are super fun and helpful and they’re all very knowledgeable. I love to ask them for their input when picking out stuff to buy. You can find plenty of items from past collections and there are plenty of hidden gems here.

Sometimes you can find really good deals here. And always very friendly and helpful personnel.

Worse place to go to. I went in the same day teicr. On the first time i asked the old lady what the price was on a foundation and she said 22 something and left. I left and went back in a little later the old lady very very rude with kids. Just because my daughter began crying she told me to get out. Worse place to go to. I am definitely going to take this further.
