I ordered a Motorola droid max 2 screen and digitizer from them. I did the repair and the screen shattered into bits after dropping the phone from two feet TWO FEET! My original phone survived 5 feet drops all the time before cracking.

Bar None this company ROCKS! Had all that I needed from them, the tools brand new well packed and boxed and amazing service. I didnt have to wait longer than a week, and Im stationed in Hawaii. OORAH!

These guys provided great service the first time I used them. The first replacement screen they sent was malfunctioning and they sent me a replacement that worked fine. I tried them again to replace a malfunctioning rear camera on an iphone. I submitted my order and it never came. They had no tracking information and made me wait 2 weeks before they would send a replacement. The replacement never showed up either and I just gave up and asked for a refund after a month of waiting. Unfortunately Ive lost faith and I dont think Ill be using this company again.

*Updated* They sent me a new screen and all the problems I had were fixed. I did order a screen with a camera and I’m not a fan of the camera so if your old camera still works I recommend just transferring it over. Other than that I have no other complaints and I am happy that they fixed the problem.I ordered a new iPhone 8 Plus phone screen and after having the screen for a day my phone already starts to glitch. The home button does not fit the screen. My camera has a weird yellow thing around it and when I use the flash my photos come out yellow looking. My phone screen contrast is really dark, I even messed with the settings to make sure it was the screen. EVEN WORSE when I called customer service the lady talked to me for 2 minutes and told me she would send me an email. 3 days later and I still have not received the email she said she would send within 5 minutes. I do not recommend.

I definitely recommend this company to friends who are in need of repair parts, for quality of product and customer service. I was referred to this company by a coworker and am glad he did. I know changing a cracked screen out yourself is intimidating, but I was able to do it on my own after watching a few “How to” videos on YouTube. I actually got the screen swapped out and working on my first attempt, but accidentally cracked it when I was pressing down on the sides/edges to make sure the adhesive sticks well. I was so disappointed in myself. I wrote Repair Parts my unfortunate incident hoping to get a discount or even a replacement. Within 24 hours they replied and said they’d be “happy to send me a replacement.” The best part is that they didn’t charge me anything, not even shipping! Another reason to buy from them is they are a U.S. based company.Please don’t be intimidated in changing out your broken devices yourselves, you can do it.I would recommend eye protection and a lot of patience when removing a cracked screen. The factory tape is really strong and glass fragments could fly into your eyes when removing the screen. There are great how to videos out there, just follow them step-by-step.

This was the first iPhone repair I needed to do and it is thanks to the help from RepairPartsPlus that it turned out very well. I had to install a new LCD screen, since the original had shattered. The first attempt took about 5 hours. The online guide led me through all the steps, but the parts are tiny and delicate, and at the end, the touch screen did not work. I contacted RepairPartsPlus by email to ask for help. They responded very promptly and were extremely helpful. After a few email exchanges, they sent me a second replacement to try. This time the repair went more quickly and was successful. Thank you to RepairPartsPlus and Alyssa for their prompt, knowledgeable help. I hope that I will not need to repair my iPhone again, but if so, the first place I would look for a replacement would be RepairPartsPlus.

Great company to get replacement parts for your Surface Pro 4, I got a replacement screen kit and it worked out great. I received the kit very quickly and watching YouTube videos from the company website was easily able to replace the broken and cracked screen on my Surface Pro 4. Customer service was also outstanding, I chatted live with Alyssa who was great, she was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. I would highly recommend getting anything you need replacement wise from RepairPartsPlus and if I need anything further I will certainly being going back.

I purchased an LCD screen kit with tools and a tempered glass protector for an iPhone 7. Unfortunately, the first replacement screen did not work properly (the original home button did not work with the new screen); however, Alyssa with RepairPartsPlus quickly sent a new replacement screen at no additional cost which worked perfectly with the original home button. Overall a positive experience with RepairPartsPlus and I would consider purchasing from them again without hesitation.

I ordered a screen for an iPhone 6s. The screen came faulty. I am an understanding person so all I did was ask for me to receive a refund. They took 2 weeks to review my refund. They said okay we will refund you and I am currently still waiting for a refund. It’s been around 4 weeks total. Would not recommend take your business elsewhere as they have shown that they don’t care.

Bought a screen that was exactly for the phone that needed a screen replacement. Once you connect everything and get everything you need plugged in, the replacement glue is useless. The screen also sits very loose to where you can still move the screen when it is placed 100% inside the casing. Would not recommend at all.

Ive purchased screens over the years from different businesses. For the last couple years Ive gone with RepariPartsPlus because of the quality of the components. A lot of the other parts suppliers use cheap digital ribbons that are easily damaged during installation. RepairPartsPlus uses quality components that work great. Last month I bought three screens from RepairPartsPlus. Two of the screens worked awesome but one didnt. I contacted customer services who were absolutely awesome. They sent me a new screen that worked perfectly. They were so easy to work with it! Replaced and iPhone 6s battery, and it was a little more challenging than expected. The 2 screws at the bottom of the case are really tiny, and the 6 inside are miniscule. Two screwdrivers were included with my purchase and worked fine, but my eyesight and manual dexterity were barely up to the task. Also you need a heat gun to soften the glue and separate the case - it was impossible to open the phone without heating. The battery works great and holds a charge for 4 days (instead of 4 hours previously). Recommended if youre handy with tools and have good vision.

I love this company! It is hard to know which Internet parts companies you can trust, but I have found I can trust this one. I recently got parts from them. The LCD screen I got had the glass attached upside-down which I didnt notice until after it was installed. I contacted them and Annie was very friendly and helpful. She sent me a replacement as well as issued an RMA for the old one. However while I was removing it, I accidentally broke the LCD, so I contacted Annie to tell her I would be sending back the new Good LCD once I got it since it was my fault the old one was now broken. Annie said to keep the new one and send back the defective one. I feel like a lot of Internet companies would have been happy to just accept the good one back, but not this one. They actually cared that I get my phone back up and working and went out of their way to provide superior customer service. Parts arrived quickly. YouTube videos easy to follow. I successfully installed a new screen and battery on my iPhone 6. I am a 62 year old woman. Somewhat nimble fingers are needed then just follow the video. I would not recommend this for my 79 year old grumpy old man but anyone else should do well and be so pleased afterward.

I have used your company before and as long as you don’t need someone’s assistance, the experience was okay.I received several emails regarding my order and a problem with the payment method. Not one phone call, and my number was submitted with my order. The email instructed me to call your CS# and press 4, then 2. Your fantastic automated answering system doesnt allow you to select prompts. Just leave a message, which I did. I called at least 10 times, at different times of the day and left more than one voicemail. No one called me back. No one ever answers. I sent 2 additional emails. NO RESPONSE. Your company must be doing extremely well to treat a returning customer with MULTIPLE orders this way. Finally my order was cancelled with no reply to any of my attempts to contact you.

I purchased a replacement iPhone 8 screen from this company and paid $34.45 with shipping. The item I received was just the front glass, which was a total scam! The video in the product description was for a new screen, not just the front glass. I returned the item the next day and only received $20.13 refund. This company is based in Carlsbad which is only a 30 minute drive from my house. How they justify charging me $14 for shipping me the WRONG product is beyond me. Buyer beware! I wouldn’t trust anything this company says on their website.

Please heed the warnings the reviews warn you about. This company is listing products (the one I wanted in particular) and giving an inaccurate description. They kept over $12 of MY hard earned money when I returned the product in perfect, (just as it arrived) unused condition and within the return deadline. Im currently still unable to get in contact with this company. They are not answering their phones. I wish Id researched these guys better before ordering from them. Im happy to change the rating when I get my $12.18 back. The return policy is ridiculous and unfair for products returned in perfect condition ready for resell..So why keep my hard earned money?? Bottom line: Customer service is key and customers come first for a biz to make it! I want my full refund. Make it right RPP!

The instructions make it look so simple just to get the order but not so. The tools are flimsy and break off. Returned the $33 package refund was $19. Sounds like a good business plan, making $14 for a useless product. Big waste of money.

I received the LCD display “dead on arrival”. I contacted them immediately ( same day I received it) and asked for it to be replaced that it would not power on. They provided a shipping label and I returned it. They said that I took to long to return it so they would do nothing towards the defective display. Despite the fact that it was their issue, I am now out of my money and a display. I will never buy from them again. At least other companies like Amazon ensure customers are taken care of by the sellers. I guess with no regulatory body with repair parts plus, they can do whatever and move on. I will never shop here again.1/10/2019 update:It’s interesting how they sort through the reviews and seek to reply to these posts by blaming the customer for their negative experience. My advice is instead of finding fault and blame with your customers, seek to identify the top common complaints and their root causes, as there is definitely a trend. After you identify this, apply some corrective measure to mitigate these issues. Because blaming the customer for everything doesn’t gain you 5 stars consistently. Getting to know your customers and what satisfies them and putting those things into place does. Until this happens, it’s a gamble for any customer to shop with you. So basically, shopping with this merchant (be it on Amazon or anywhere else on the net) you have low probability of a good experience. If it’s worth the risk then good luck and I hope you don’t loose out like many others have before you.

Repair Parts Plus has horrible customer service. It took me several emails for them to return with a response the first time. I then received confirmation to return a wrong item, so I mailed it back. I paid $32.99 and I was refunded $16.80. I keep emailing their customer service again to find out why I was only credited the $16.80 only to be ignored. This is unprofessional and rude. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Not to mention I found the same item on ebay for $14.00. Its funny how they explain for me to return my item and nothing about the money they kept.

Well where do I start. First of all I ordered a replacement screen on a Friday before Memorial Day. I paid for expedited shipping and expedited processing. I guess the company took the whole weekend off. They took my money and processed my order the same as everyone else. My order didnt get shipped until the next Tuesday. I didnt get my order until the next Friday.When I finally got my order, it came in cracked. I wasnt able to wait any longer so I went to a local repair ship to get it fixed. I sent my damaged screen back to get my money refunded. Of course they only refunded the money for the screen and not the money I paid for expedited shipping and processing. Not happy at all with this company.

I ordered a battery repair kit, but I never received the package, even though USPS says it was delivered to the door, but I didnt get it. Once I realized the problem, they responded quickly and sent a replacement right away. I was very impressed.

I ordered a new phone screen and was told a few days later that they needed to refund the money and have me purchase through PayPal as their system doesnt take international cards. No problem. My bank never received communication to release the funds back which means I am waiting 2 weeks to get my money back right before Christmas. I called them in good faith trying to let them know how to rectify it, they brushed me off and said itll probably be fine in a few days. Unacceptable customer service.

Ita quick shipment for my order. When i received the glass screen I was amazed of how the glass screen looks like the original screen of samsung s8 plus, its thick. I was in doubt at first ordering it thinking it will be thin plastic but its not... well bad thing I have to return the product and order the correct item. I found out that need an lcd replacement instead... Also supposed to be the product should come with a wire to help remove the glass screen but its nowhere to find in the box I received. I recently purchased a new screen for my iPhone 6S. I was a little worried about the installation. I followed the instructions, and watch the videos. I took my time, and worked carefully. I did remove my old home button, and put it on the new screen. I put everything back together. Everything works fine. I do recommend this product, but just take it slow and follow the instructions. Beware of this business. The reviews on their website are fake. All the reviews state perfect product and fast shipping. They are all very similar and all 5 stars. What company have you seen that has perfect 5 stars on every product. All their products come from china like everyone else.

Parts are fine > they work, which got them all of the 3 stars. Now on to the 2 they didn’t get. No repair instructions included, and one (hex) screw removal tool (to remove 1st screws from bottom of iPhone) was missing entirely. Repair website listed on the box sent could not be found. Going to their website, I navigated to their repair section. If you are looking for a step by step guide, they do point you to a diy video (not theirs) on youtube. The guy moves quickly, but does a decent job of covering the steps. The step by step written instructions are so high level they are useless.

Excellent quality but no instructions. Thanks to online tutorials my husband got through this tedious task to replace the iPad 2 glass. Not as east as it seems and requires lots of patience. Dont lose any parts, especially the screws! All in all, a good result.

I also did not see the fine print regarding the restocking fees for returns, and that would have made me think twice, but luckily I didnt need to return the screen. It came well-packed and in perfect condition, and I managed to get it installed without damaging it. My advice - use the daggone suction cup thingy to hold onto your screen if you need to remove it for any reason. I had to change a defective battery in my phone; thought I was being VERY gentle with the old screen, but managed to kill it, apparently, and had to get the new one...

My son bought an LG Stylo 3 plus phone and broke the screen within one week. The phone worked, but I felt badly that it was broken. I got estimates for the repair, but they were no less than half the value of the phone. So when I saw the LCD and touch screen available from Repair Parts Plus for about half the cost of a professional repair, I was thrilled. I did receive the part I ordered. However, there were no support materials, as promised, for my sons phone. I cobbled together whatever information I could get from the Repair Parts Plus website and YouTube, but when I got to adhering the new part into the frame, the flex cable was seemingly brittle and broke. Game over! I am quite handy and was unsuccessful. So I would strongly caution anyone, who is not a professional, against trying this repair. It is considerably more challenging than the thousands of 5-star reviews on their site would suggest. In fact, my review is one of those, but only pertains to the ordering process.

I contacted them via email about my water damaged v30. Instead of being told to buy a new screen I was advised against it. The rep told me to take it to a local repair shop since the logic board could be damaged. However, I had already purchased the screen from them. The point is it is rare to have a company advise AGAINST purchasing their product so that you may properly resolve your issue, but thats what they did. Fyi, the part did solve my problem and I wrote this review from my fixed phone!

Good battery, good tools. Light on the instructions, but you can find plenty of those on other web sites. The ipad is back up and running like new!

I didnt get the link for the video instructions on how to change the screen. I was trying to get in touch with the staff via chat but got no response. Ended up figuring out how to install the glass screen myself. Then the glass didnt stick properly to the iPad so I had to redo that part of installation process again. Make sure you heat up the glue on edges of the glass really well but dont damage the glass and touch screen.

I am very pleased with my purchase! Things were a little rough on the edges so to speak being there was no silver blu vivo replacement screen, and the video repair YouTube videos are old and the people rambled.There website has no information on my phones replacement. My advice would be if they carry and sell older model phone replacements they should keep the proper repair information on hand and all styles for customers like me. Nice packaging, good shipping time, all parts worked! Would have given five star IF the things I went threw were updated for the repair of my products.

The suction was no where near strong enough. I could not fix my phone nor could 7 other people that I asked to try.

Everything went fine when I installed the new screen. When I installed the new battery, I didnt get a good fit and forced the ipone closed...Well I pinched the screen apparently and the upper half wouldnt work!My fault for sure. I took the iphone5 to CPR aka Cell Phone Repair and the tech there figured it out. He trimmed the rubber off from the outside edge of the battery and it fit correctly AND he replaced the screen...So that mistake added up to $75. Hopefully I wont need to go through that again. I also bought an Otter Box like I should have done when I got the phone. Overall my experience with you was top notch...And those screws in the iphone are the smallest screws Ive ever seen! I have never had such a great experience in dealing with my technology issues and repairs. I received 2 replacement screen kits for 2 ipads that I was repairing for my grandchildren. I ran into a bit of trouble at first, so I contacted RepairPartsPlus service on line just to ask if they had any advice on what I should do. Halei responded almost immediately, by recommending that I use 2 new screen kits to test the set up. I received the 2 new kits 2 days later, followed by a call from Halei the following day to see how things were going with my set up. Once I got it done, they worked great. The products are great, the support is even better, and if I can keep dealing with people like Halei, I will always to turn to RepairPartsPlus for all my technology needs. Thanks for enabling this Grandma to get the job done.
