I went in to activate my hot spot an This place sucked a## waited in line 30mins to the same customer talking away... they need more reps to help the other customers... their was also 4 other people before me... an they were all complaining

I usually love metropcs til I came to Carlsbad NM. Customer Service here sucks. Also everytime I walk into there store it smells like weed..........

Internet is always slow, I have to call one to two times a week for them to send a kind of signal that will get my internet to work again but it will erase my greeting from my voicemail.

Worst customer service ever. They were really prejudice and just plain rude sometimes.

I went to add a line and the store said open but the door is locked obvisously not open use common sense and shut the sign off
