Had a lot of help during my search of a dining room table, the staff was great and friendly. They were not too pushy about making a purchase but was there when needed and worked with me to getting a good deal!

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY’S FURNITURE EVER AGAIN. If you want to ever get your furniture and not just give your money away, I would go anywhere else. I ordered furniture few months ago and customer service is awful. I still haven’t received my furniture and every time I call to check on it, they put you on hold for 30+ mins. I understand COVID has slowed things down, but not being able to deliver for 3 months is ridiculous! I went to a local furniture store in town and was able to get some different pieces of furniture and was able to get it that day. Had I decided to get it delivered, they said they could deliver it a few days later. How is that a local furniture store is able to out pace Ashley’s logistics model. I know why this local furniture store is better at customer service, but the logistics of delivering customer’s furniture doesn’t make sense with Ashley’s size and number of trucks.

The two gentleman that help us with our purchase were nothing less than amazing!! I would absolutely recommend Ashleys Homestore.

Did not want to sell me what they had in the store. She told me it was because her boss was in bad mood and too come back in a few days and hed be in a better mood..Told me itd be over 2 weeks to come in. And tried to charge me $2,000 over what the online price was. And they charge over $200 for delivery. Place is a joke.. I ordered the same couches off Amazon and saved a ton of money with free delivery.

Everyone was so wet helpful down to attention and support on finding exactly what I wanted not to mention very kind! Andrea, Seth, Jody, Gordon, and the delivery gentlemen were awesome! Prices are great and shipment came in quickly. I had to return some things and no hassel. I will be shopping there again! 🙂 Great place for our town!

This Ashley homestore is one of a kind when it comes to staff, and products. They are extremely nice, and super helpful when it comes to getting customers exactly what they want. When it comes to furniture selection the possibilities are endless with all the mix and match options that are available. I recently visited the dream destination in search of a new mattress, and I ended up getting a great mattress, at even a greater price! Ordered my daughter a bedroom set. Came in at an expected time. A piece was missing from my order, I called the store and they were able to fix the situation quickly. Ill definitely be back again.

I’m from out of town, but visit Carlsbad often. Each time I’m in town, I have to stop by the store to see their new items. This is not a “one-style fits all” kind of furniture store. They have a wide variety of styles to fit everyone’s decorating tastes. The friendly staff and homey atmosphere make shopping enjoyable. I love this store for their great service, wonderful variety and reasonable prices. If you are in the market for new furniture or home décor, this is the place to go!
