I have to say one thing Jeff surprised me to no end. I went in looking for a car stereo system and left with that and more. If Jeff makes a suggestion about a system take his advice. Jeff you did an awesome job sir and I will highly recommend you to anyone that asks me. The best money on a system I have ever spent and Im 49 years old. Decor you have an amazing man in your store. 4 years after purchasing a reclining couch and loveseat from Decor, the motors that made the seats recline stopped working. I called the store and asked them To look into getting replacements. I checked with them once a week, and they never had any ideas. Weeks went by. Finally they told me that they had found the motors and they would cost $500 each. I said I thought this was ridiculous for 4 year old furniture. My engineer son came home around New Year’s, unplugged the motor from one of the pieces of furniture and plugged it into the other. In five minutes he figured out that all I needed was a part that I could order from Amazon for $17.95. What kind of furniture store doesn’t have anybody who would know that? I will never shop there again. I believe they gave me the run around because of my age and their thinking they could pull one over on an older lady, as I am in my 70s.

Im a car audio customer at Decor, and they constantly exceed my expectations. They offer great selection of quality products, beat the best prices I can get elsewhere, and give me all the information I need to install things myself, which I like to do. I would trust them with installs if I needed it, and Id know it was done right if I did. Theyre always friendly and it looks like they have a great selection of furniture in their primary business and home theater products as well.

Had a stereo that needed to be fixed. Took 6 months to receive it, and still got charged after UPS damaged it. Their employee Aaron is rude, and unreliable. Would not recommend for stereo products.
