I dont mind the occasional purchase for throw-away junk but the anti-science mask mandate nearly two years into this ordeal is out of line. Ill spend my money on something decent elsewhere. Go woke, go broke.

This store is like walking into heaven. I know thats a little dramatic to say about a tool store but think about this. This time of year its likely to be 100°+ outside youve been in traffic your shirt is drenched with the soda you just bought and sweat. You pull into the parking lot, park the truck and walk across the hot pavement. The doors slide back and your chilled by the blast of artic air from inside the store and your spirit springs back to life. Then the scent of brand new tools rejuvenates your body and the days troubles melt away and you know it aint some desert mirage when you hear the phrase welcome to Harbor Freight! This store is always clean and perfectly in order. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are heavenly. Stop in cool off and grab some new tools

Lots of selection of tools. Not top quality overall, but sufficient to do the job theyre intended for. Service is neither good nor bad. Clean and organized.

Store always looks great and stocked with what i need. I just wish they would join the rest of the world for privacy and allow customers to kiosk their preferred phone numbers. Instead of demanding each sell to announce out loud customers full phone number. Which is then followed by teller blurting out your name. With this prehistoric method There is a great deal of personal privacy shared with strangers every time they check people out.

Awesome place to shop. Great quality tools.

Terrible spent 409.00 dollars on a drain snake that didnt work properly. Did not retract kinked constantly, did not get the job done, as when renting job done within an hour. They will get this thing back tmw, and will just rent one, as Ive done in the past, thought it would be a good investment, not with horbour freight. Never again would I buy from that store.

Tools break easy

Everyone was very nice and the store is clean

They send constant emails advertising sales almost every day. Sale items hard to find in the store and you have to print coupons in advance to get the advertised price from their emails. Otherwise they charge several $ more, kind of a bait and switch scheme. Store help is getting better, more employees and they are more helpful.They do have a lot of cheap tools, good for light duty use, not contractor grade.

Smaller than most HF I have been to but still have what you need to get the job done. Staff is helpful and will point you in the right direction.

I Love Harbor Freight. Especially the Free Stuff. I always get Gloves there. I like that they have different sizes in the gloves. The Employees are friendly & they remember you, even if its been a while since you last were inThey have slot of great stuff, at very affordable prices. If you havent been there yet, you really should stop by & check it out.

Lotsa man stuff, reasonable prices. They are beginning to stock some better quality tools which I like as they are not as expensive. I frequently purchased goods here and I have not had to return any products. I always remember that you get what you pay fot.
