My husband was in Carlsbad working(we live in Texas) and went to this store on Sept 16th 2021 to buy a grease gun. When he attempted to use his Tractor supply credit card, it was declined. Some woman standing with the cashier announced that he is probably late with his payment. In front of a line of customers. Even though she had no idea why it was declined. In reality, it was declined for possible fraud since hes never used it any where but home. We got an email letting us know why it was declined. So rude to assume and announce that hes behind on the payments. Corporate has been notified. Absolutely inappropriate. * response to owner....I am aware that you all have no access to know why the card was declined. So maybe not say anything at all?Instead of telling the customer that hes probably late on his payment. Just know that Ive called corporate. And posted to social media the inappropriate conduct.

Thursday July 22nd my Mom and I went to Tractor Supply in Carlsbad. We are there sometimes 3 times a week. We have always gotten friendly professional service and help but this day the girl at the register Rebecca must have been having a bad day because she did not greet us when we walked in with the welcome to Tractor Supply as weve always gotten in the past. When we approached the register area uncertain of which side to go to because of where she stood she rudely y pointed to the side she didnt say hi she didnt ask for my phone number which I am used to when I told her she said you can enter it on the key pad. Those where the only words spoken to me through our entire exchange. I said thank you no response I said have a nice day no response. She didnt even say thanks for shopping with them.Absolutely hands down worst customer service I have ever received

Emily in the Carlsbad store is amazing, she when out and beyond to get me the supplies I needed Thank you for your help Emily and manager.

Everyone there is overwhelmingly nice. You always get greeted by all of the staff and they are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I couldnt find something, usually theyd ask me if I needed help first. They actually notice and care for you as a customer. I love it.

Did curbside sat out there over 15 minutes. Got text stuff was picked up right away but I didnt have it

Good prices on farm needed items as well as sales on items.

I bought some pullets from them and the guy who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that we were able to check out with a portable card reader he had. Im very happy with my experience at tractor supply.

Customer service sux!! I go to Artesia and everyone there wants to help you, there over stocked and very knowledgeable. This one here in Carlsbad is slow, no stock and service is slow. Guess Ill be making that 30 mile trip when I need something and I recommend you do too!

Its a pretty decent place, and prices arent too bad. But like everything in Carlsbad this one has been picked clean. There is no selection for anything you want...The staff is nice, and the store is reasonably clean. Adequate parking. But inventory is questionable

I love tractor supply you can find everything for your ranch or farm here amazing.

Really cute little hotties work in there love coming here just to look at all the lovely sites and they have good products here to never been disappointed at shopping at Tractor Supply matter of fact I think Im going to go over there and see if I can see a couple Little Cuties right now

Well the was fast and easy consider the fact I went to Walmart first and do to the sale out if Carlsbad couldnt find what I need real guys at Walmart Mart no weeding string shame on Carlsbad sellouts!!!!

Went in to pick up a bag of dog food thinking it would save time over Walmart, we checked out, and then they said there was an error. We check our account and had already been charged. They asked if we could call our bank and have them reverse the charges so they could run it again. Our time saving trip cost us over 30min of standing in line, and we left without our purchase. Poor guy in front of us had the same issue, but it was on his bosses card, was still waiting when we left. Will seriously consider driving to Artesia from now on.

Great supply house that carries the stuff you need when youre in a pinch. I needed steel toed boots at a realistic price, a battery for a tractor and a set of bolt cutters and found all three here which saved me time and money.

Its good. Nothing special. Just a regular TSC.

We had great service the last time we were here. We couldnt find 2 things we were looking for, and the employee helped us, and went into the storage area and got us one of the items, and let us know the other was on order.

Bargain bin at the front of every store usually has something I want, usually something I didnt know I wanted. Prices are good and they carry almost anything a cowboy, farmer/ranch hand, mechanic, blue collar worker, or even weekend gardener could want!

I buy 12% horse feed from this store, a brand they sell a lot of, but rarely have in stock. Theyve forced me to buy more expensive feed if I want to shop there. Not sure why they cant order more of this brand, to keep shelves stocked. Complaining to a manager doesnt make any difference.

They dont always have my dog food in stock. Other than that, great place!
