This place is awesome!! My server Sophia was the bomb.com!! Not only did she have a great attitude she was actually a good listener. She heard my requests and then went above and beyond to deliver!! I will be back for sure!

NEW FAVORITE PLACE. Came in close to closing so I felt terrible doing that to the young gal working, but she was so incredibly sweet about it, and help me customize my bowl a little bit (nutty bowl with almond butter instead of peanut butter was insane) ! pro tip ask for extra thick and it came out TERRIFIC! I never write reviews but this creation is too yummy not to share.

Warrior bowls are super good.. only bad thing is the pricing its so expensive and you can get the same stuff at other places for half the price.. the menu is just dressed up to make it sound superior.. or it makes unhealthy people feel like they are healthy

Nutty bowl was the consistency of chicken noodle soup. Was also 3/4 full and had 8-10 slices of banana. For $13.50 you think you’d want to make it so the customer is satisfied. I usually go to the UTC La Jolla location, its made the same every time the workers are very consistent no matter who it is. Don’t recommend this location.

Stumbled upon this place when looking for fresh juices on Postmates. I ordered a Green juice and requested to substitute 2 items. They got my order correct and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Warrior bowl and Kale Salad with goat cheese was also very yummy and huge portions. A lot of times these things can be overpriced and you get a small portion but I was super impressed with the size of the warrior bowl as well as the salad.

I guess i just got the bad egg out of everyone! I ordered a vitality bowl and i got a nasty smoothie poured into a bowl it looks like that is all melted... very disappointing :/

Get the nutty bowl but sub on top bananas for on top strawberries. Everyone who works here is very nice and they always have my bowls ready and waiting when I order online.

The staff was kind, and the amount of variety is insane. Definitely easy to accommodate to just about any dietary preference. A little pricy, but good nonetheless. Don’t base your opinion on the appearance, for instance; the detox bowl was not appealing to the eye because it was a blend of so many fruits that it just looked like a dark gray slush. I won’t post a photo just because of how it looked was so offsetting. Optimistic about it, I still gave it a go. So if you look passed the appearance, not too bad.

Had the dragon bowl. Very soupy — probably better as a smoothie. Fast and friendly service.

If you look under the hood, youll find that this stuff is not very healthy. Beware of all the sugar, even if its not added. If you think of the bowls as desert instead, youll be better off.

We got a green bowl it was delicious but I dont remember what it was called. Got a panini, I think it was basil tomato and mozzarella. Delicious. Better luck parking far away near the library than fighting some blue hair Mercedes driver for an up close spot

The food was amazing! I got the Vitality Bowl, and it is so yummy. The soup we had was also delicious. Definitely will go back. Service is great as well.

I went here because my usual place was unexpectedly closed. The smoothie bowl that I ordered was very refreshing but a bit pricey for my wallet. If prices ever change I would consider returning! Customer service was top notch btw!!

Watery and over priced. Definitely don’t recommend this place over other smoothie shops. Save your money and your time. Thumbs down.

Both times I have come here I have been disappointed. The first time I stood in line (with 6 other people) for 10 minutes. And no one even came to the front to take our orders. The second time I came I finally placed an order. But, the smoothie didnt taste like anything! Literally nothing. How does someone make a smoothie taste bland? Its in a convenient location with plenty of parking, so thats why I am giving 2 stars.

Really superb health food options that are delicious and nutritious at reasonable prices! Food may take awhile to come out but I believe that just means that they use more natural and fresh ingredients that are not already prepared.

Very delicious place but way to expensive. Any other acai smoothie shop can give you 2x the size bowl that vitality does. I appreciate the fresh quality of the food, but these outrageous prices need to be lowered.

Meh. Ive been here probably a dozen times. Service is good although sometimes my order is messed up. Tried juices, smoothies, paninis, and acai bowls. No bang for your buck. Its expensive. Smoothies and juices would be my recommendation. Not sure if I will return... at least for awhile. Other alternatives available.

We happened to in the area and wanted to try some healthy lunch. The panini and acai bowl was yummy. Very fresh and tasteful. The customer service was great and we were greeted with smile. I cant wait for them to open close to my house.

I ordered DoorDash from here. The employee called me to complain that she was by herself and was closing early. Apparently she would rather go home than do her job. Then asked if I would cancel the order! Completely unprofessional. I will not be giving this lazy company any of my business in the future. Very disappointing

Just found this great place. The Acaj bowls are delicious and have a great selection. The own is very nice as well.

Worst place ever. I have never written a review before, Bc i always thought of them as a waste, but this time, I must warn the others. The service was soooo terrible and the quantity of the the açaí given was sooooo skimp, I had to make others aware to avoid this place at all cost. Even more ludicrous, a woman with a family of four, waited 30 minutes for two açaí bowls and a panini. She was soooo heated she demanded her all money back! The portion size here is trash. I spent $13.99 to feel unsatisfied and upset. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am now late to class. Thank you Viatlity Bowel.

The food is very good, and thw girls are always nice, friendly and efficient.This is a good choice for after or before a movie visit, if you dont want to eat junk food at the neighboring cinema.

As far as food goes, they have delicious bowls and smoothies. Theres a wide selection of different açai bowls, panini, smoothies, and more. It is very expensive, but I guess thats expected with this sort of place. Customer service could use some improvement, though. Seems like theres always just one or two girls working the whole place. I saw one man walk in, only to leave because no one was showing up at the cash register.

I went in and no customers were in but me. Two people came in after me. I just waited 18 minutes for a drink 😣😣 both guests behind me got their drinks before me. the smoothie was deff NOT worth 20 minutes.
